“Great Downtime in San Juan” Unit was perfect for a getaway week in San Juan. We were on the beach every day which provided warm water, sun, and shade. Condo was perfect size for us, and on 15th floor very safe, quiet, and private. Had everything we needed, washer-dryer, etc. Building employees very courteous and helpful. Variety of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We did not have to rent a car. We ate breakfast and lunch in condo, then ate dinner out every day. Pool deck is beautiful and health club a big plus. Overall great place to relax, chill out, and enjoy the ambiance.

“Fantastic!!!” Alex,thank you so much for renting us your beautiful apartment and for making the rental process so much easier and the service you provided. It was perfect! We all had a great time. The apartment had every comfort we could have hoped for and absolutely everything we needed. It was very well kept. The location of the apartment was good and the 3 swimming pools and its facilities were exceptional. I liked everything about it. The fact of the controls at the gates are very reassuring. I did not appreciate the attitude of the female guard towards some other guests (not within our party)where instead of directing herself verbally to him, she basically blew her whistle in his ear and pointed to him with gestures what he was doing wrong. It was the only negative thing I can mention. Once again..it was a fantastic stay and would rent the same apartment again!

“Nice and tranquil” The apartment was clean, comfortable. The close beach is right behind the condo which was something I loved. The supermarkets are close by, and if you wanted fast foods they were just across the street. Also if you needed the bus was right in front or if you needed a cab always one around. The hotels all walking distant to go dance or eat. I felt safe. 24 hour security great. All in all I would recommend to stay here. I will be coming again.

“Great place and great value.” This was a nice little place to stay I had no complaints at all with the owner and manager. Monty was good to deal with on the phone I never did meet him but always answered all my questions. Phil (site manager) was great to deal with too. They were both very helpful and prompt when communicating with me. The place was clean and everything in the kitchen worked great. The beds were comfortable. One night the power did go out for about 10 minutes but that was no fault of the owner it just happens in PR sometimes I guess. Like I said it was very quick and came right back on. The backyard is nice and the neighborhood seams quite and safe. One thing about the location though it is very close to the airport and right in one of the flight paths. You can see the location when booking it so that is what I expected and not a knock on the owner. Overall this was definitely a great place to stay and an awesome value! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here and had a great time in PR. Thanks Monty and Phil!

“Excellent Penthouse and Lovely Stay at ESJ Towers” Thanks Isabel for making our stay that wonderful. We had lovely stay and time at ESJ tower PH 1753. Good spacious PH for stay with my wife and kid. We had no problems staying. All ameneties and services were up to mark. Had speedy check in and sppedy check out. Tour desk at recpetion helped us with good tours while our stay. “One of the best vacations I've ever had” This villa has two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, great balcony and comfy living room. It housed ten of us comfortably (1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, 1 full sized bed, 1 futon). The showers were fine - using them both at the same time often decreased water pressure a bit. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware. There are supermarkets on highway 3 not too far from the resort. There is cable and aC so we ended up hanging out in the villa a decent amount. While the beach isn't the prettiest that Puerto Rico has to offer, we definitely got use out of it and spent nearly every day there. The pool area has a kiddie pool, infinity pool, laps pool, and hot tub. This area was is primarily for those living in the villa and was never really crowded. It is also very close to the hotel pool and bar if a renter wishes to interact and meet new people. This area of Puerto Rico is only about a ten minute drive to the Rainforest. My friends and I enjoyed spending a morning/afternoon at El Yunque National Rainforest Park. Such proximity to the rainforest did not provide 24/7 sunshine. We did get rain here and there everyday. San Juan is about a 40-minute drive away, and we ended up going there three times out of our six days - I recommend renting cars (we used Enterprise, and they were great!). This also meant that we decided against "going out" to clubs/bars in San Juan because we would've had to designate drivers to drive back really late at night. From the very first moment we were interested, Diana had been in constant communication with us. She made the whole process of planning our Spring Break so easy and efficient. When we were finally there and settled in at the pool, Jesus came by to introduce himself and welcome us. Then, all ten of us were invited one night to come over to their other property for some drinks and hors d'oeuvres. This was a great experience, and I definitely hope to come back (she'll be the first one I contact).

“Special family vacation/visit for many memories to cherish.” It was a pleasure to stay again in this house in Vista Mar after our last stay four years ago. It very comfortable and spacious. I'm from Puerto Rico and every time I come back to visit I stay here and my family who live in Puerto Rico love to come to this home and visit as well enjoy the house and the ambiance. There is a few things I told the owner to upgrade for and more pleasant stay. On my next trip back I hope they will be done. Besides that its perfect. And must I let you know who Chester cheetah and Tigger and Symi are they will love your company and please feed them they are the neighbor cats and are sweeet as can be. If you have pets at home and you miss them they sure will help you feel at home.

“Wonderful Experience in Beautiful Property” We stayed for one week at this property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a centrally located condo to explore the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. The condo is in the Rio Mar Wyndham resort. The property is very well-maintained. The owner of the condo was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions prior to our arrival. The owner provided a comprehensive document filled with tips, suggestions and recommendations for day trips, restaurants and grocery stores. I used this document a lot both before we arrived and while we were there. I would suggest the day trips to San Juan and El Yunque rainforest. For restaurants, we tried several of the owner's recommendations and none disappointed. Our favorites were Raices (Old San Juan), the Patio del Nispero in the Hotel Convento (old San Juan) and La Parilla (Luquillo kiosk). The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The condo is steps away from the pool and beach. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to come back again!!

“Beautiful house and perfect location, plenty of room for our Family.” Ray and Gwen were great hosts, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. “Our best vacation yet!” My family is from Puerto Rico, and so is my husband's, so we go to the island often. The last two visits we stayed at the Embassy Suites, but it gets pricy for such a long stay. This year we opted to stay at San Juan Towers and room 663 was amazing! The view from our balcony was the beach and the pool - you can't really ask for more than that. It was great to have a kitchen available, fully equipped, and the front desk, doormen, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Best part for us was free parking. I will definitely be staying here in the future, and recommend it for anybody making travel plans. Isabel made the process easy and made herself available via email and cell. The reservation deposit was reimbursed immediately upon our return, and I will be sure to rent from her again in the future.

“Perfect!” My husband and I stayed here in April 2015 with our 10yr. old daughter. The Condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The owner took a lot of thinking into everyone's needs that would be staying here. Both bathrooms were stocked with multiple toiletries, all kitchen appliances necessary, including coolers for the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, baby equipment and the list goes on. The location was absolutely perfect. We rented a car so did a lot of exploring but if you do not rent a car, you will not miss it. Everything you need is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride for groceries. I was a little worried about the condo being so close to the airport, although very convenient, I thought it would be somewhat of a disturbance with the airplanes flying over. We never even noticed the airplanes! That was not an issue. We had soooo much wonderful food in Puerto Rico but I must say, One of my very favorite things was walking down the beach, to the left and getting fish taco's. It is about 1 block down from condo if you are facing the ocean. We like fine dining and have tried fish tacos from all over, even the ones from Cabo do not compare with these. We were skeptical at first, but you will not regret or "get sick" if you try! The leasing agent and owner both were very friendly and very timely will all responses. Comparing this condo to a hotel, you can not beat the price. We normally stay in luxury hotels but because our daughter was with us, we did not spend the extra money. We made an excellent choice and would absolutely stay here again.
