“Peaceful, homey cabin on bay near Gulf beaches” We loved this cabin! I hung out on the wayside dock with a crane next door while watching beautiful sunsets. The Gulf beaches are close by, easy to access, and not crowded. The cabin reminds me of what Gulf Shores used to be like before all the development on the beach. This is a wonderful site for a family vacation.

“Everything we hoped for...” This is our second year to visit Gulf Shores, and the accommodations were fantastic. The location was ideal. The house itself was in great shape, clean and roomy. We had 6 adults, with more than enough room for everyone. The pool was an added bonus, as well as the outdoor grill area, which we used every night. It was large enough to share with the other units at the same time, The owners were very responsive, and answered my text messages immediately. I would certainly stay here again. Everything was as advertised, and then some. It has been a great trip this year, and I highly recommend this property.

“Papa and Gigi's Family Vacation” This was our first time at Phoenix West and it won't be our last. Great location right on Orange Beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Lovely, clean, and spacious 2nd floor condo overlooking the lazy river. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

“Winter retreat” Had to take my daughter back to college and escape the frigid north. This condo was perfect. Clean and the furnishings were outstanding. I only hope I can do this again real soon. “Ideal family getaway” We could not have been happier with our stay! Dana was amazing to work with and very accommodating. Walking through the front door and seeing that beautiful view was the beginning of a wonderful trip. The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and that balcony, wow! Location is perfect for beach goers, poolside lovers, and fishing/kayaking in the Little Lagoon. We rented kayaks for our stay and I would highly recommend it (they delivered and picked up). We intend to make a return trip and can't think of a better place for us to call home for a week or two!

“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Quaint relaxing beach condo” My daughters and I rented this condo for three nights during spring break 2018. The condo was perfect just like the descriptions and very clean. We were right across the street from the public access beach and in a prime location for everything we wanted to do. The condo had everything we required and more. A great coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, and even a crockpot! Dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, all their and matching the décor of the condo. Just beautiful! We could not have been happier. The bathroom shower and sink were gorgeous. I didn't have a balcony, but the window opens out on the side with a view of the Hangout and the street. It was fun watching the people. The music could easily be heard from across the street if the window was open. We liked this, but if you didn't, you could easily close the window and not hear it. We parked in the structure underneath the building and never needed to drive the whole time we were there. Dealing with Aqua Vacations Group was wonderful! We ended up getting into town early. They allowed us to access the room before check-in and were so sweet! Literally, no worries were had on this vacation! I will definitely be back and will use Aqua Vacations Group again.

“Paradise by the beach!” 1203 is a beautiful unit with awesome views, access to two pools & hot tubs, and easy access to the Beach via a covered walkway. Very clean and well maintained and the owners were great to work with. Lots of good restaurants and shopping opportunities close by. Loved it, and hope to be able to make it my home away from home again soon!

“Wonderful weekend” Wonderful location. The prettiest pool ever, This condo has a very clean well equipped kitchen. The baths were clean and plenty of linens for our stay were provided. “Nice Home On The Bay” Exactly as advertised and value priced for beach trip at peak season. Very nice CLEAN unit in beach home in a small cove on Hudson Bay. Convenient access to Marina, quick walk to the bay, and less than 5 minutes to several choices of public beach accesses, three of which we utilized, all wonderful. Owner and unit manager responded quickly to email/call with brief wifi outage (no fault of owner) and manager showed up at unit to trouble-shoot issue within minutes. Unit C is upstairs, not appropriate for anyone who cannot climb stairs to enter an apartment. Loft bedroom was perfect for two young adult daughters. Living/den area was very clean and roomy for family of four plus family dog. Master bedroom average size. All mattresses, including sofa mattress very comfortable. If interested in kayaking or canoeing, this rental would be ideal, as there is a public launch within 25-50 yards, bring your own and fishing gear, lots of old wooden structures near the marina that should be great fishing. Charter cruisers and fishing are also located next door.
