“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

“We will definitiely visit this property again soon!” We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

“Perfect place for vacation, lovely house to live” The vacation in Cabo San Lucas and in the house was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the ocean and water activities there. First of all, the owner is really nice and the property manager is really helpful.You can consult them for the actvities in Cabo.They speak English! The house is really good. Clean and neat. You can find everything you need in the house. We cooked several times. You can find what you need there and the Walmart is about 5-minute driving. You can buy food and grocery there. Also, there are two BBQ sites in the community and they are free of charge. You can go there for the BBQ if you've noticed the manager of the community. We did twice and it was really fun. There are gas grilled and also coal grilled. The house is near the beach and you can see the land's end and the ocean view from the house. Driving to the beach and the marina is convenient. The only problem with the house is that there are strictly two and half bathrooms. So two of the bedrooms should share the same bathroom with the door on each side. Overall, we enjoyed there and we would definitely go back to the same house if we are going cabo the next time.

“E for excellent at Waipouli Beach Resort E406” In a nutshell, this rental was first rate! The place was clean, bed was comfortable, the furniture not dated, the view was stunning, and the pool was sweet. Centrally located with easy access to all the Kauai sites in the north and south. Safeway and Starbucks located directly across the street made getting groceries and coffee mighty convenient. REMAX did an outstanding job with this rental. We were very, very impressed and highly recommend E406.

“Homey, Cozy, and CLEAN!” This house was one of my all time favorite houses! We were so comfortable and cozy in this house. We made ourselves right at home (which isn't easy for me to do!). Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather (rain!), but were able to go sledding one day and utilized the stables twice (Shannon was wonderful there! This was a fantastic added bonus for my 7 year old who rides!) I'd love to visit this home in the fall. The fire pit in the yard looked fantastic (it was snow and ice covered for us), and we would love to take advantage of the trail rides at the stables. The owner was extremely attentive...I asked a lot of questions and she never made me feel like it was a problem...and was very quick to respond! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Really Sleeps 8!” Don't know how the prices are normally but going in May we felt we got a great price for beachfront that sleeps 8. With a master bedroom, two in-wall bunk beds and 2 full size sleeper sofas in the living room we had a place for everyone to sleep! The bunk beds of course are nice for kids, however the top bunk did not have any kind of railing or side and I was concerned about one of our kids rolling off. We actually did have an incident where our son was coming down trying to get to the ladder and fell. There is an extra mattress type thing under the bed on the floor so I would probably pull that out some just in case. Two full bathrooms (one in master bedroom and one in hallway) with detachable shower heads, which I always like to use especially with kids Loved that it was all tile floors and no carpet for hygiene reasons! For a family with 5 kids it was handy having a washer and dryer in the room to use. Also has a full kitchen, which we used, but it is tight. Stovetop and oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and stocked and ready with dishes, pots and pans. Balcony had a few sand toys and pool items ready for the kids to use which I thought was cute. I believe there is Wifi- found the password the last night we were there in the guests' comment book which we would have used had we known it was available. It was in a great location for us, right across the street from the Wal-Mart where we end up always needing to make runs to at least every other day. Also super close to Pineapples Willy's and WonderWorks and we visited both. Beach was beautiful, condo looked clean and nice, good deal, great location and Jim had good communication with us which was nice. Do take your own hand soap, bath soap, shampoos and conditioners, laundry detergent, dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. We had taken half of that ourselves but didn't know to take toilet paper and bars of soap and wished I had known because I keep that on auto ship and had tons at home that I could have brought. Oh, pretty huge pool compared to some that I've seen with an outside hot tub and indoor hot tub that was the biggest I've seen! I also liked having a code to access the condo instead of a key or card that wasn't 25 numbers long. Overall, I was observing the condo and how things went the whole time to see if it was a place we would want to rebook and come back to and it is! This could easily be where we stay for our annual family vacation! The only other thing was there wasn't really great parking, that I could see, for high top vans or vehicles with overhead storage. And we were asked for proof of our bracelets at the pool so probably at least keep them on you.

“Relaxing, convenient” We had a fabulous stay at your condo! My husband did the St Croix Ironman so we wanted a place that was close enough to race venue without being right in Christiansted, and had a kitchen. This turned out to be an excellent choice! From an athlete's perspective, the location was ideal. It was about 15 minutes to race venue, and easy to get to. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked 2 out of 3 meals per day here. 2 grocery stores are right on the way from Christiansted to the condo, making stopping off for groceries very convenient. It is very quiet, so napping and sleeping were no problem. If you are coming to St Croix for an event of this kind, this is a great place to stay. After the race, we had 3 days to relax and enjoy the area and just hanging out in the condo. Our welcome packet, sent well ahead of our stay, had everything we needed to orient ourselves before we arrived. The condo was very clean, and well maintained. The décor is delightful, sunny, island type décor with bright colors, rattan type furniture. Plenty of room to move around the condo and relax in the living room, the back patio, or set up your laptop at the kitchen bar or dining table. We stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The back patio is quite large, with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. The back patio faces the water, which is a short walk from the condo. You can see the water through the beautiful palm trees from the back patio. If you like to sunbathe on the beach, there are chairs available at the condo's beachfront. If you'd rather sunbathe by a pool, there is plenty of seating at the pool. The pool is quite large if you want to get some swimming in. We swam in the ocean in front of the hotel just North of the condo. The location on the island is ideal, and we explored the island from East to West. Everything was easy to get to from the condo's location. We would definitely stay here again!

“Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.
