“Absolutely perfect!!” This house has everything you could ever need or want away from home. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 6 children (including 2 toddlers), this house was perfect. Everyone had space to sleep comfortably, and we all had enough space to enjoy our company without driving each other crazy lol The house is set up with everything you need, we were amazed to find toiletries in the bathrooms and the garage so well stocked up. First time we ever find this at a rental property. The kids loved the beach and pool toys. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our visits to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. We had enough beach towels for everyone too which is a big plus! The kitchen had everything we needed, even Dunkin Donuts coffee! We had a great time making easy meals to accommodate everyone's taste. The grill was perfect for making a great meal and enjoying it outside. If you need to take a break from the everyday hassle, you do not need to look any further! This house is perfect, has everything you need, in perfect condition, with a great surround system. We hope to visit again next year! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

“March in Cape Coral” House was in great shape. Clean, well appointed, good 'jumping off' location for area. Pool not heated, stayed at about 71 the whole time we were there...refreshing to say the least but a bit chilly. I would come back to this home if and when I have the opportunity.

“Perfect week” Although I had last minute panic about doing everything over the internet and nothing written on paper, everything turned out as it should. House was super, pool wonderful, views from house incredible, just the weather in august includes regular storms, not so suitable for going out on the boat. The week was very relaxing just what we needed after a lot of sightseeing and theme park attractions. Maria and Frederik were very helpful and quick to respond to questions etc. We (family of four with two teenage daughters) were more than happy with property, location and service.

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. The house was very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the spacious lanai.The rental company was efficient and friendly.We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. “Fantastic holiday” We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this holiday. The accommodation was very comfortable and lacked nothing. We were lucky with the weather - only 1 day of rain, and although we saw plenty of lightening we were unaffected by storms. The boat made the holiday for us - it was such a joy to go dolphin spotting, and we spent most days on the water just to keep cool! Some lovely eating places - we would highly recommend The Boathouse, Nervous Nellies and Iguania Mia. Go to The Tiki Hut for the atmosphere and experience when a band is playing!

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Vacation in Paradise!” Our vacation in Sanibel Island at Maggi's condo was a vacation in Paradise! This was our first time in Sanibel Island and it was a great vacation and I hope to come back and stay at Maggi's condo. What a beautiful island! There was everything we needed in the condo and sitting in the lanai in the morning and at night having our coffee or drinks watching the dolphins was amazing. The information and directions that Maggi gave us were great and she was always available if we had any questions. Our preference was the lighthouse beach. We did go visit Bowman Beach and that was also very nice. Captiva Island is beautiful but you must get there early or there is no parking. I would recommend the thriller boat ride it was great and what an amazing dolphin show! There is something to do for everyone beaches, bike rides and nature! There are many restaurants on the island and they were all good and many shops for shopping. It was very hard to leave Sanibel paradise!

“Absolutely wonderful!!!” Location was perfect. So much to do and see without much driving time. Close to beaches, shopping, grocery stores and the many attractions. Great place to stay. Lovely condo and very nice people. Want to go again asap. The owner is a great lady!!

“Love the condo!” We are absolutely thrilled with the place. Your pictures don't do it justice. Because of past experience, we brought our pepper grinder and a few "specialty" utensils; however, you are so well equipped we could have left them all at home!! And we absolutely love your lanai. There is so much room out there. And plenty of seating too. We enjoyed a glass of wine outside tonight. Everything looks great. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We are both looking forward to some sun and warmth, some cycling and tennis. Thanks for the use of the bikes. And having extra rackets is great. You were right even the sofa bed is very comfortable. Your place is so convenient to everything. Just wanted to let you know we love your place!!
