“beautiful beach/condo!” Everything was as pictured....beautiful! We enjoyed our stay; the unusual thing was that the smoke alarm woke us @2:15am. We found nothing wrong, apparently it was only our unit. Reported to the front desk the next day and was offered to have batteries changed. Please have checked to avoid additional issue.

“Wonderful location, wonderful condo” We (6 adults) spent Labor Day weekend on Okaloosa Island. After doing a lot of research online, I finally found this location. Condo 401 is great! Beautiful views, spacious, very comfortable and clean. Lots of extras! Everything we needed was there. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

“Great place to stay” We have stayed at Pelican Isle every year since it was built and love the location. It is out of the heavy traffic over in Destin but only about 8 minutes to Destin and all of the great places to eat like Harbor Docks. Will be back next year.

“Nice Place” Our experience with this property was good. The only complaint that we had was the air conditioner did not seem to keep the Condo cool enough. We could never get the Temp below 72 degrees and we made sure we kept the patio doors closed at all times. The last 2 days the water pressure was horrible. But overall it was a good stay.

“loved watching the waves, great view” loved being close to the ocean, I sat out on the balcony a lot listening to the waves. unfortunately we had to check out early and return home as my dad had a stroke. it is over the pool area and at times it was a little noisey but not enough to discourage anyone from staying. it had a great view. hope to return next year. we didn't venture out in ocean much as we were under red flag the entire time there. only drawback might be not having any restaurants close by to walk to but we fixed meals in room or ordered out pizza a couple times.

“Spring Break” Beautiful View, Overall a good rental, has some wear but it is a vacation home. The amenties were great. The only issue we had was the bedding in one of the rooms needs replaced. Also the bunk room showed a tv and there wasn't one. I loved the place however it is slightly overpriced. Great vacation though.

“Perfect 3 Night Stay” We love everything about Okaloossa Island. Relaxing time with family. The El Matador complex is well maintained and beach access is handy from any building on the property. Loved being able to drink coffee and watch the waves roll in from the balcony. The balcony floor could use a fresh coat of paint, it is very chipped and kind of hurt your feet. Small issue I know. Other than that it is a fabulous condo that we would stay in again.
