“Love love love!” We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Anita was extremely helpful and the house was beautiful! We loved sitting outside and listening to the stream and the hot tub was perfect! Our stay was just what the doctor ordered and we loved every minute of it! The location of the cabin is amazing too because you are secluded while being a short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back!

“Honeymoon of our dreams!” These cabins are amazing and we cant wait to go back! We stayed only 2 nights, which wasnt nearly enough. There is a lot to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The one and only complaint we had was the directions sent after booking to the specific cabin. No N,S,E,W, the sign you turn at is 2'x2' (hard to spot as a tourist), and "between the trees by the creek" isnt what I call good directions. We didnt get the physical address until we qrrived.

“Nice and clean!!” What a view!! Owners were wonderful to work with. The kitchen had anything you needed to prepare meals. The hot tub was amazing! Large dinning area made it wonderful for meals. Kids as well as adults loves the game system. It was close enough to Gatlinburg yet gave you to feeling of being out and private. Best of all it was very clean!!! I would recommend and hope to stay again!!

“Awesome Cabin - Rude Check In” This was a wonderful vacation, highly recommended. Although Jeannie was extremely rude during check in. We traveled in two family groups for a nice family vacation. Upon arrival, after driving 12 hours, Jennie informed us that we could not check in until our friends arrived. (We already prepaid in full the entire trip splitting the cost half and half) I informed her that they were 6 hours behind us. She insisted that we had to wait and come back when everyone was present to sign in. I insisted this was not fair and it was time for the check in as per our agreement and they would also stop in when they arrived. She acted like she went and talked to a manager and returned and still informed me we had to wait and come back 6 hours later with the other family. I asked her what would of happened if they arrived after hours and could not sign in. She informed me that that would have been fine, but we would just have to come the next day together, although she said we could not get access until after hours using a code then. Clearly this was unreasonable that we had to wait past the check in for both parties and if they did not make it until late then we could enter anyways without signing. So obviously I got upset and demanded to talk to a manager due to me arriving on time six hours before our friends. She informed me that as far as she was concerned she was the manager for today. I became louder and demanded to speak with management and she walked all over the place and then returned stating that we could check in a hour. Without any place to go my whole family sat in the waiting room and suddenly the cabin was ready in ten minutes. Not sure why the mean greeting, but I would not recommend Aunt Bugs. Our friends did sign in when they arrived six hours later as I assured her they would. The vacation was perfect though!

“The best weekend getaway of our lives!” We took the trip as a birthday trip for my boyfriend; we just wanted to have a small weekend getaway. As we first arrived, the driveway proved to be very steep (fair warning) (many cabins' driveways are that way) and parking space was small. We had enough room to park and turn our '06 Jeep Grand Cherokee around; however, I do not know if there would be room for two cars at the top of the hill in the parking area for the home. There is room on the hill, though. This was the only issue we had with our stay, and it was very minimal, as it did not affect our trip in the least. We picked the most perfect weekend in January, as it was warm enough to wear shorts any day, and the hot tub on the front porch provided a great view of serenity and sense of privacy. Each bedroom has ample space, and the showers in the bathrooms are very nice. There is a back door leading to a porch that wraps around one side of the cabin and a sitting area on the side. We had such an amazing stay that none of us wanted to leave at the end of that weekend. We will probably plan another stay at this cabin.

“Amazing” I can't say enough good things about this cabin or the owners. Our stay was absolutely perfect, cabin is up to date, clean and fully stocked to feel like home! The owners bent over backwards to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Whenever we come back to Gatlinburg, we will most definitely be staying at the treehouse at the glades!

“Fall vacation” We enjoyed the hot tub. The final drive is very steep, but we had 4 wheel drive. We loved the veiw out the front windows. Was very relaxing. A couple of neighbors but still had privacy. Loved being able to prepare meals at the cabin. Would stay there again.

“Family Friendly Vacation Home” The American Patriot Haven was family friendly, my grandkids loved the rooms, and TV. My 5 year old grandson picked the bedrooms we were to sleep in and my granddaughter picked the TV programs we watched. They wanted to play basketball, but we did not have time. So, they decided we need to stay there again but next time stay longer. The location is perfect; it is close to everything we were interested in seeing. We have season tickets to Dollywood and were pleasantly surprised how quick it was to get there. The house was very clean and accommodating; it had everything we needed. Renee called to check on us and to see if we needed anything. That was a very nice personal touch. We will definitely stay again and recommend the rental to friends. Great place, thank you for a positive experience.

“Clean and comfortable” Great cabin and very comfortable. Owners were very pleasant and prompt in their replies. The cabin itself was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Was disappointed the fireplace was completely cosmetic and had no actual flame. Though the location was fantastic, I was not too thrilled with where the cabin was. I was unaware it was located in what felt like an HOA. All the cabins were on top of each other and it felt more like a neighborhood home. The trip was great though and we appreciate the kindness shown by the owners.

“Breathtaking views with the cozy feel of home, perfect for a fam” Check in was easy & map quest brought us right to the location. Being from Florida we were very excited to see snow. The weather has been absolutely amazing. The cabin is stunning! There are two levels that both feature 4 bedrooms. The house has a downstairs game room and a large TV! This was perfect for our children. They have a pool table, air hockey, and foosball. Every bedroom and bathroom was very clean. Cozy fireplace and super comfy couches. Outside on the balcony there is a hot tub that lights up and has a built in stereo!!! Our first night here we spent hours in it with the mountains all around us. Absolutely beautiful! We would highly recommend this cabin for your next vacation.

“Perfect Honeymoon” Two days after the whirlwind of our wedding, my husband and I made our way to Bear Foot Memories for a week-long honeymoon. The cabin was immaculate, and we immediately felt at home. The location of the cabin was great too, as we had lots of privacy, but were close to several entrances to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The road up to the cabin is in good condition and my little Acura had no problem getting up there. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and the keypad entry meant that there was no key to lose. There's even a grocery store nearby that had everything we needed that we forgot to bring! The cabin was beautiful and had far more amenities than we ever needed, but we really enjoyed having the extra bedroom and loft space, and even the little lawn outside. We really loved our time here and were very sad to leave. We'd like to return as soon as we have some more vacation time saved up!

“Great place - Great location!” Great cabin close to downtown & Smoky Mtn Natl park. My kids really enjoyed having the pool table. Perfect for our family of 4, but could easily accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. Close to Bypass so if not going into downtown Gatlinburg, could easily avoid that traffic. All in all a great stay.
