“A week in paradise” I now know what paradise is like, having spent 7 days at Palma Real, Neville Gardners wonderful condo, facilities amazing, location truly wonderful. “Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “Great condo - definitely worth going” Had a great time at this place. Loved the location. Close to the beach, close to 5th avenue, close to Wal-Mart and further superstores. As the condo is not directly located on 5th avenue you don't hear the noise of the restaurants, clubs etc. during the nights. The condo is nicely furnished and decorated and equipped with all you need to have a great time. Really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace. The building itself is very modern and very well maintained. The roof-top pool is perfect to relax and enjoy the great view. As there is only a limited number of condos in the building you feel very private. Papaya's staff is really welcoming and helpful. Organisation of check-in & check-out were great and the team has good tips for things to do in Playa. Communication with Elena & Christian prior to the trip was very nice. Thanks a lot. I can highly recommend your condo.

“This Penthouse Was Awesome!” I recently stayed one night here with a group of 8 friends and we had the time of our lives. Tim and his partner, Mike were very accommodating and made it extremely easy for us to get settled in. The views are breathtaking as you are truly at the highest point of view in Cancun. From the outside of the building, the hotel itself looked run down but the penthouse was nice and had plenty of room. We took a short bus ride for ten pesos a person downtown at night to party and had a blast. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and clean and the pool was enjoyable as well!

“Wonderful experience” We stayed at Casa Colonial for a week and truly enjoyed it. Sara was a great and attentive host. She was very helpful in recommending and guiding us to all the good (and non touristy) restaurants and shops. She always ensured we were very comfortable. The villa has a very open plan with a beautiful garden, pool and a Jacuzzi. There are a lot of pet tortoises (with whom our daughter played for hours) and humming birds. Once you enter into the villa, it feels like you have entered an luxury oasis. Its very tranquil. Each of the condos is tastefully furnished and since each unit has two levels, guests can enjoy their own personal space. There are hammocks in front of each unit. This is where our teenager spent most of the time either reading or watching surfing the internet on his iPhone (yes, there is a free Wifi, too). The maid service was very good, too. Overall, we had a very wonderful experience. Our whole family enjoyed the stay thoroughly and we look forward to visiting, Casa Colonial and Sara again.

“Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“Fantastic!” My wife and I stayed three nights in unit 216. The service (from the maids to the front desk attendents)at this condo was exceptional. I think 216 is one of the best units this place has to offer. Each night we would sit on our private balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool and talk about how we never want to leave. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The location cannot be beat. The beach is a one block walk and Fifth avenue with its countless restaurants and local shops is one block in the other direction. This is truly a great place to spend a vacation. My wife and I are already planning a return trip!
