“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Casa Pura Vita is the perfect choice for a fun trip to Zihuatane” My husband and I stayed at Casa Pura Vita for two weeks. The location was perfect just a very short five minute walk to the beach, Playa Medera. Playa La Ropa and Playa Principal are also just a short walk. A boat ride across the bay will take you to Las Gatos beach. Walking to the market daily for groceries was also a treat for us. We made most of our meals at the casa enjoying all the fresh produce and fish we could. The kitchen at Casa Pura Vita had everything we needed along with a great BBQ by the pool area. Having two pools at the complex was really nice, both clean and well taken care of. The casa itself was clean and very comfortable. Big comfy king size beds and a two large bathrooms. The area is quiet and I always felt safe in the gated complex and out in the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants in the area, from gourmet to great little beach huts. Needless to say we will be back. It is a great place to stay. Brian and Jan had every thing we needed for our stay in Casa Pura Vita.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience.
