“Wonderful house for a large family group” The beds were comfortable, the house was immaculate and our needs were taken care of instantly by the owner. Close to shopping, restaurants and Disney World parks.

“PERFECT FAMILY VILLA!” This villa is HUGE and gorgeous! We were traveling with a large family and with 7 bedrooms and 9 beds plus a crib in the master there is more than enough room for your whole family to enjoy a get away! There are 2 rooms located down stairs so if anyone is disabled they can use these rooms. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in private pool -with a bathroom entrance right off the pool area! We felt very safe in the community this villa is in and the area surrounding it. Champions Gate is a gorgeous little community with everything you need within 10 minutes. We were visiting Disney and found this villa a wonderful option to staying in the parks. It took us 15 minutes to get to any park and we always parked and loaded a tram quickly and went right to the door. I don't know why people have always convinced me staying of property would be such a hassle..it was no hassle at all! A lovely bonus to this villa was an ice cream truck driver lives right down the street and hits the neighborhood 2 times a day. The kids LOVED that! The home came with all the comforts needed to make us feel at home. Including pool toys, 2 high chairs, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, big beach towels, bath towels and rags, kitchen towels and all the cooking utensils and appliances needed for cooking meals. We did have a dilemma with an odd shape staircase that our child gate would not fit and a toddler but we just moved a couch to block the entry from the livingroom to the front area and that worked well. The home is tiled so it was easy to keep the floors clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were mixtures of full and flat to suit all preferences. The home smelled nice and did not have the mild moldy smell many FL homes can have from the high humidity in the area. The owners were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, helpful and prompt to answer my silly questions about where items in the house were and how to work locks etc We will for sure stay here the next time we visit orlando area. This villa felt like home and was hard to leave. It truly is so comfortable and I am a hard one to please! If you are reading this and considering this home...seriously do not continue your search. There is so much that can go wrong when renting homes on vacations. But this one does everything right!

“A Magical Stay” What's not to love about this home! First and foremost Brandie herself is a genuine person who really cares about the people who stay at her home. From the initial contact of a personal phone call, to her follow ups on every little question, to her wishing us a safe trip to a thank you and welcome home at the end, Brandie is truly a great family person! The home itself was as described in other reviews and more. The location to the clubhouse could not have been better. A short walk down the path (100yds maybe) and the kids were relaxing by the lagoon pool! The added security of a gated community provided additional piece of mind even though you are only 5mins from Disney. The staff at the community became like family before we left. Friendly, cheerful, always willing to stop and talk about anything and everything! The home itself is exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable made for it enjoyable to return home for afternoon breaks from the park. The Disney bedroom was the room of choice for our youngest! The downstairs bedroom provided a nice separation for our oldest to have her space when exhaustion took over:). We have rented homes before when traveling to Disney and Brandie's is at the top of the list! From location, ease of access, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional (what I will call) customer service and value, you won't find a better place to stay or person to work with then Brandie and her home!!! We will definitely be back again!!! Thanks Brandie :)

“Great Experience” The villa did not disappoint and was a great place for my family and I to stay during our world wind visit to Disney. I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to Orlando with a large group :-)

“Perfection In Every Way - An Unequalled Family Stay” Not only did the kids totally adore their themed rooms, the adults couldn't have been more delighted with our Serendipity rental. We were 3 families: 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. We celebrated Grandpa Norm's 70th birthday at Serendipity and at Walt Disney World. When we found Serendipity on Tripadvisor Flipkey, we immediately knew this was the perfect place to base our family for our Florida celebration and once we were in touch with the owners, Ken and Sarah, we were confident we had made the right choice. Every detail of our planning was enhanced by prompt replies from Sarah to our inquiries and every detail of the home in pictures and description on Flipkey were accurate to a "t." Each family could enjoy their privacy if they desired in their separate bedrooms with private baths but the living space made for a gathering of the entire family for companionship, conversation and dining effortless. And the outdoor space and pool area added to our family time together, especially after our long days at the Disney parks. We never felt crowded indoors or out. Every room and the outdoor area appeared to be professionally decorated. Sarah and Ken had supplies (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bread, jam and much more) waiting for us so we didn't have to make a trip to the grocery store our first venture out. The house is located close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores and Ken and Sarah's secret directions to the parks were flawless and fast. We had a couple of special requests re parking and items needed for the infants. The special requests were handled right away and the supplies for infants (see Flipkey description) was unbelievable - oh, and the gameroom! A man cave and kids cave dream come true and if anyone had wanted to golf - there were even golf clubs provided among numerous other resort quality extras. Well, I could go on and on but let me say: Don't hesitate to stay at Serendipity. Sarah and Ken will make sure you are comfortable in every way and that your every question about the house and planning your activities while visiting the area are covered. You will call them friends, as I do, even though we only corresponded by email. Again, I will say: Serendipity is perfection!

“Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Wonderful Place to stay” I stayed at the Island Club for a period of 3 months and was very happy with my stay. It was quiet, and comfortable. I liked the layout of my condo which was on one floor. My family of 5 had plenty of room to enjoy. I also liked how there was a patio in back. It made it feel more like a home. We stayed on the top floor where there was vaulted ceilings and lots of windows in the front room. This made it feel more spacious and rich. The amenities were additionally nice as well. There were 2 different pools and jacuzzis, tennis court, clubhouse and work out room to enjoy. I also liked how you could park right up against your condo building. The location was very convieinent as well. It is close to all major attractions. 15 minutes from Disney - 25 from Universal and close to shopping, and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.
