“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. “Relaxing” This was the first time every staying on a houseboat. We were a little apprehensive to began with, the boat swaying in the wake, but it didn't take long to get use to the motion. Then there was the spectacular views of the yachts, fishing boats and barges passing right in front out you on the Intercostal waterway. Then just about evening Dolphins would pass by, just amazing. We enjoyed fishing from the front deck, not much luck, but very enjoyable. The condo was clean and comfortable. Not to far from downtown Beaufort, we enjoyed the sites there and the surrounding area’s as well. A very enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thanks

“What A View” Clean and great rates! Thoroughly enjoyed the private deck and the views. Loved the fact that the master bedroom had sliding glass doors opening to this deck. What a wonderful way to sleep every night to the sound of the glorious ocean! Loved the island ~ wonderful restaurants and awesome crab legs! Be sure to bring essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, clothes soap, body soap, linens and towels.

“Location, Location, Location” Apartment was as advertised - clean, one bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette. Location is wonderful, beachfront right at 22nd street. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Laundry right on premises. The only thing preventing me from giving it a 5 star is the sofa bed is very, very uncomfortable and almost impossible to get a good night's sleep on there. So, that means there is only 1 comfortable bed in the unit. Owner was responsive, but left us alone. There were towels, beach towels, and free use of bikes. Would stay there again if the sofa bed were more comfy.

“Myrtle Beach” Beautiful condo!! A bit chilly but we had a great time in the heated pools and walls on the beach. Very clean and updated. Sarah was just a text away if you needed any help. Would deffinatly return. If you get a chance visit Inlet plantation to horse back ride on an island on the ocean. A experience of a lifetime.

“Love this place!” The Sheraton Broadway Plantation is a beautiful place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We are not timeshare owners but find a way to rent there every year. The rooms are gorgeous and clean and the staff is very friendly. The pool is great and if you have small children the Splash Park is the place to be. Highly recommend checking them out!

“Beautiful cottage and perfect location” Having never been to the outer banks, I had no idea what to expect. I booked the cottage based on the pictures, description and Keith's quick response to my numerous questions. When we got there, we were amazed at how bright, clean and comfortable the cottage was not to mention the perfect location. My 4 and 6 year old daughters had a great time exploring the numerous beaches in the area and we were all able to windsurf right out the back door. Keith was great to deal with and communication was excellent. We will definitely be back.

“Lovely Condo with an Excellent View” Our family stayed mid Oct and was blessed with great weather. It was our first trip to the Outer Banks. This condo has an amazing oceanfront view with a large furnished balcony. It was clean and well furnished. The owner was very attentive. The location was also excellent- we were within walking distance to several great restaurants. We also enjoyed the nearby Wright Bros Museum. Definitely would stay again.

“Cozy and beautiful beach condo” This condo at Mar Vista Grande is beautiful, right on North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our week stay. Anna,the owner was very responsive to all of my questions and emails. She was Lovely to deal with. I told her carpet had stains on it when we arrived, and she is going to replace the flooring. There is no iron or ironing board, so you would need to bring your own. Washer and dryer worked great. There is supposed to be no smoking throughout the entire condo building including pool area and balconies which we like because we are not smokers. People staying in condo to the right of us, 1206 smoked daily on their balcony. We couldn't sit outside on our balcony because of it. The beach was wonderful. We bought boogie boards and spent hours riding the waves. You can rent an umbrella and two beach chairs for five days from the local Myrtle Beach company for $125. A lot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars were on the beach all day long!! It was very annoying to try to relax and enjoy the beach with the smokers. Once your beach equipment you rent is put there, you are stuck when people who smoke set up in front of you and behind you. Mar Vista has a little bar hut that served beer but no liquor. So when we ordered Pina coladas for $8.00 each we were not told about no rum in them until after drinking them. They are served with white wine. My husband asked what rum they used and they said none. We wouldn't have ordered them if they would have been honest from the beginning. You can get a regular Pina colada for $5. The indoor pool was great when we needed relief from the sun. We spent time at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Both are nearby and have activities for all. Both had awesome fireworks! Overall we would recommend this condo.

“Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Great place and wonderful owners” We had a great experience at Sea La Vie. We used to stay right at the boardwalk. But now we discovered how much better this area is. It is the best of both worlds: calm and beautiful beach that is not too crowded, but is also very close to the fun activities and night life of the boardwalk. “Fantastic Outerbanks Vacation” The condo felt home-like, very clean. The pool and beach areas were great. Take lots of lotion! Sitting out on the balcony was beautiful and very relaxing. If you like to cook, there are a couple of fresh seafood shops close. The ferry to Ocracoke was a fun day trip. Overall, this vacation was fantastic.

“Great place to stay.” Our condo was on the 2d floor, and we had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed - including a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. We ate in a lot and found everything we needed to cook was in good shape and clean. The pools were clean and the beach was fabulous. The waves aren't as big as at Va Beach, but we still had plenty of fun. I was surprised all the places had lights on at night even though the turtles were nesting. This complex was right on the beach -just a short walk away! We will probably be back and hope to stay in the same unit.
