“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Relaxing, fun, worry-free family vacation” We have chosen Hilton Head as our vacation spot for 10 years now. We stayed at Ocean One all but one time and have booked our stay with Seashore Vacations just about every time. Ocean One is our favorite place and Seashore has been very accomodating to our sometimes short notice and length of visit. The grounds are well kept and the walk to beach quick and easy. Unit 511 was clean and comfortable. The kitchen design made the unit feel bigger. Enjoyed our visit, always hate to leave and are looking forward to next year,

“Get away time.” We enjoyed this visit more then any in 33 years. The only issue was the lack of HD TV's and lack of HD channels. No NASCAR to be found. No way to record shows when you were at dinner. Alison was just a wonderful person to work with. We look forward to maybe September and for sure next year. Maybe HD who knows?????

“Perfect Location!” We stayed four nights at this great condo and it just wasn't long enough! Shorewood is the perfect location and unit 202 was a great location with in the complex. The second floor view was beautiful while not having to use the elevator or climb a lot of stairs. We were very happy with the condo itself. The kitchen is beautifully updated and well stocked. While the rest of the unit could use a little bit of updating and freshening up, it was clean and it wouldn't stop me from renting here again. My only complaint was that we didn't have more time!

“Loved, loved, loved it!” Great vacation experience all around! Location absolutely cannot be beat! Close to beach, pools, shopping, restaurants, etc. our unit was very spacious, with everything one would want. Clean and comfy too. Reservations, check-in/out were super easy. Staff was friendly & helpful. One small maintenance item was quickly attended to (on Friday evening!). Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend it!

“Ocean One 411” Suggest the ceramic tile be mopped between reservations. We noticed our feet were dirty as we walked around in bare feet so we purchased Pine Sol and Bill mopped all the ceramic floors. Also, the dryer is not drying very well - suggest you have it checked

“Fantastic location!” We loved the condo and the amenities! Great pool and close to the beach. Seashore Vacations is such a great company to work with, I had to change my reservation and Buddy helped me out and was so friendly. We will be back in 2014!
