“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Beautiful ocean front getaway” This is a hidden gem as far as resorts. You can't get closer to the ocean for this price. A lil small and dated but perfect for my wife and I on our weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!! Gated community,on site eating options and a beach front bar are just a few of the perks. Doesnt get much better for the price!!

“Perfect family getaway.” The villa was large, airy and perfectly suited for a large family. The layout gave us all plenty of room. The location is absolutely ideal and the Whites (owners) provided great local information for us as first time visitors and were available for any other questions. The availability of the Westin Resort amenities, pool, shuttle and beach access a few minutes away were indispensable. Lucked into finding this unit and will look here first for our next visit.

“Very nice place.” All the amenities that you could ever need at the beach - nice indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room and short walk to the beach. We loved Coco's and great food. Lois

“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“Super Nice Place” Nice amenities and clean condo. I enjoyed the whirlpool bath and sauna. I really enjoyed my vacation on Hilton Head Island.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Loved it!” Great location, well equipped, comfortable. A little limited on space, but convenient to beach and Coligny.

“too many bugs” there were a lot of roaches and palmetto bugs. Cable tv was difficult to navigate. was a very nice place.

“great location” this unit was great for group travel. we loved that you could hear the live music from next door all afternoon but didn't have the crowds to contend with. only con would be the cleanliness. unit smelled the first day and then got worse. we finally realized it was the disposal that hadn't been run. we squeezed an orange down the disposal and the smell dissipated. Also found candy wrappers or napkins in couch cushions throughout the week. I think the cleaning service they use needs to be changed. Overall a great stay!

“Ocean One 411” Suggest the ceramic tile be mopped between reservations. We noticed our feet were dirty as we walked around in bare feet so we purchased Pine Sol and Bill mopped all the ceramic floors. Also, the dryer is not drying very well - suggest you have it checked

“A Nice Place to Stay” The condo was conveniently located and well equipped. I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking guidance.

“Ocean One- Best Location on the Island” Awesome location. Walk to the beach, stores, pool! Unit 209 very outdated. Master suite not Ocean Front and very noisy with Electric closet located below. Seashore staff AWESOME!. Been renting and staying here for 10+years and will keep coming back, just not to unit 209.

“GREAT PLACE FOR THE MONEY” IT WAS PLEASANT, CLOSE TO THE BEACH. THE ONLY THING WAS THE PROPERTY NEEDED UPDATING.COFFEE POT NEED TO BE REPLACED THE CLEANING CREW COULD HAVE DID A BETTER JOB.

“Beach Lover” Enjoyed our stay at Courtside 46 very much. The location was very convenient to the beach (a short walk) and to shopping. Nice quiet location. The condo was very clean, large and comfortable. We would come back for sure.

“Luibrand Stay @ 431 Shorewood” The whole kitchen was renovated which was very nice. However the two bathrooms need renovation badly and the carpet needs to be cleaned. I love Shorewood

“Exceeded Our Expectations” We rented this condo for 5 nights starting on Labor Day. My husband and I arrived at the rental office early (1:15 pm) and we were able to move into the condo 30 minutes later. Seashore Vacations was great to work with. They were professional and very customer oriented and accommodating. The condo was very clean and had a remodeled kitchen and new living room furniture. The Master Bedroom overlooks the ocean and pool with its own balcony and 2 chairs. The main balcony is accessed through the Living Room and had seating for 6. We loved the ocean and pool views from both. The bathrooms looked like they too had been recently updated. They supplied enough paper products and soaps that the only thing we had to purchase was regular dish washing detergent. There was a ton of storage space throughout the condo. They even had chairs and floats for the ocean or pool. We did purchase an umbrella at the nearby Piggly Wiggly to use on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the layout of the condo with the Kitchen and Living Room on one side and both bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side. The Master Bedroom had a huge closet and more hangers than we needed. The pool and ocean were both a short walk - the access to both were just off the elevator. The pool was right below our condo and the beach right beyond the pool. The beach was clean and big enough that we were never crowded. There were showers between the ocean and pool area to wash off sand. The pool was cleaned and treated every morning and was delightful! Housekeeping did a great job and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was the closet door in the foyer which was difficult to open and close (maybe because of all the sand - this was where the beach chairs and floats were stored). But this was really no big deal. We would definitely return to Ocean One and stay at Unit 409.

“Courtside 43” The condo was clean and the property was fine. This was our first stay non-oceanside. It was convenient for this visit

“Seashore Vacations is a classy organization” Seashore Vacations is a very reliable and professional group of people. Buddy and his staff do an outstanding job. I have rented condos from them during 8 different trips to Hilton Head over the last 12 years.

“Nice Condo” The best condo we stayed at, at this location. The TV'S were nice but a little difficult to start up whenever we would turn them off. So we kept them on for most of our stay.

“Location is Great...but units are showing their age...” Shorewood is in a fabulous location on the ocean in S. Forest Beach with a terrific pool. The units are spacious and clean...but many are in need of updating. Functional... but all the kitchen drawers are in terrible shape - most don't open and close properly. Bathrooms are OLD but, again, functional. The beds and pillows - not comfortable. And judging from the print on the mattresses, probably original to the units from 1975. And the only reason we saw that print was because the sheets and mattress protectors are so old and worn that they would slip off the mattresses during the night. But...again ... it was what we expected. There are 3 TV's in the unit which is a bonus. And the view is very nice. We booked last minute so we didn't have the best pick of units as far as condition, but we did get a nice view which was more important than a more updated unit.
