“Second Time Around” This was our 2nd stay at Ocean One 402. I am sorry to say this year the condo was the total opposite of last year in regards to cleanliness. We vacuumed as soon as we arrived and the furniture was thick with dust in every room. The bedspreads were very soiled, and carpet in living room was in dire need of scrubbing. Last year the place was immaculate.

“wonderful! all the 4s should be 5 tablet trouble” We loved the island and the property. I would only note that the cleaning crew unloaded a trash bag of ours from the outside trashcan and left it in the street. We saw them do this as we checked out, but had to return our bikes. I would think the neighbors wouldnt be happy with their carelessness.

“Exceeded Our Expectations” We rented this condo for 5 nights starting on Labor Day. My husband and I arrived at the rental office early (1:15 pm) and we were able to move into the condo 30 minutes later. Seashore Vacations was great to work with. They were professional and very customer oriented and accommodating. The condo was very clean and had a remodeled kitchen and new living room furniture. The Master Bedroom overlooks the ocean and pool with its own balcony and 2 chairs. The main balcony is accessed through the Living Room and had seating for 6. We loved the ocean and pool views from both. The bathrooms looked like they too had been recently updated. They supplied enough paper products and soaps that the only thing we had to purchase was regular dish washing detergent. There was a ton of storage space throughout the condo. They even had chairs and floats for the ocean or pool. We did purchase an umbrella at the nearby Piggly Wiggly to use on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the layout of the condo with the Kitchen and Living Room on one side and both bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side. The Master Bedroom had a huge closet and more hangers than we needed. The pool and ocean were both a short walk - the access to both were just off the elevator. The pool was right below our condo and the beach right beyond the pool. The beach was clean and big enough that we were never crowded. There were showers between the ocean and pool area to wash off sand. The pool was cleaned and treated every morning and was delightful! Housekeeping did a great job and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was the closet door in the foyer which was difficult to open and close (maybe because of all the sand - this was where the beach chairs and floats were stored). But this was really no big deal. We would definitely return to Ocean One and stay at Unit 409.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“502 review” Overall very good. Nice pool and convenient to ocean and Coligny. However, read in an earlie review one bathroom shower did not drain properly. Was told it was fixed but it is not. Dining room chairs much too big for area -- awkward and couldn't get around table when all seated.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Updates needed” We love Ocean One and have stayed there many times. This was the first in this unit and I would only rate it as okay. Desperately needs a new coat of paint and updated furniture at the least. New carpet wouldn't hurt either. Was satisfied with the off season rate we paid, but wouldn't pay summer rates for this unit. Just not that nice.

“great location” this unit was great for group travel. we loved that you could hear the live music from next door all afternoon but didn't have the crowds to contend with. only con would be the cleanliness. unit smelled the first day and then got worse. we finally realized it was the disposal that hadn't been run. we squeezed an orange down the disposal and the smell dissipated. Also found candy wrappers or napkins in couch cushions throughout the week. I think the cleaning service they use needs to be changed. Overall a great stay!

“Ocean One Unit 503 Spring Break” We have been staying at this property for the last 20 years always in different units; the location is great. Unit 503 was nice and clean but needs to update the furnishings and do some maintenance (painting). TVs were outdated. It would be nice to offer your guests Wi-Fi also. We recycle but the property did not have any type of facility for recyclables. Please consider some type of recycling facilities. Seashores has always been great to work with. We will definitely be back again.

“Loved, loved, loved it!” Great vacation experience all around! Location absolutely cannot be beat! Close to beach, pools, shopping, restaurants, etc. our unit was very spacious, with everything one would want. Clean and comfy too. Reservations, check-in/out were super easy. Staff was friendly & helpful. One small maintenance item was quickly attended to (on Friday evening!). Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend it!

“Great Price Point & Location for HHI” Unit was nice. Has had some renovation done needs a bit more. Front door handle loose, master bath drain needs to be cleaned out not just a jug of drain cleaner under the sink. A cookie sheet for the kitchen would be nice. Overall would definitely stay in the unit again. Staff at Seashore were great and quite accommodating. Hope to return again!
