“Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everywhere and a great view” Great place to stay. I felt very comfortable and relaxed, this place has a very beachy relaxing vibe in a prime location. You literally do not have to drive anywhere while you're here, everything I wanted was in walking distance!

“Wonderful” We had a wonderful stay at Pipers Nest. Loved walking right out onto the beach, watching the dolphins, the sunsets, and pick up shells. Loved that everything was laid back and not crowed at all!!! The condo was great, very nicely decorated, had just about everything we could have needed. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kids were pleased with theirs as well. Needed a few repairs on some things and the people before us didn't wash the dishes to well. But really no complaints at all!!! I-trips (Kevin and Christina) was really good to work with, to answer questions, and to advise when needed. Really fast to refund your security deposit too. Thanks to them for suggesting Pipers nest!! Thanks to the owners for opening up their home to us. We had a wonderful time!!! Thanks again and God Bless!!!

“Beautiful Veiw with conveinent beach/pool access” This is in a non touristy area, some shops but not crazy. Not much within walking distance with kids but a good restaurant , the pub across street. Water toys rental across street also. Mostly family s with many kids. If you want shopping treasure island is 20 mins south....it has everything! The beach was gorgoerous, pool is clean, no kids under 13 in hot tub.............. people fished every nite and caught baby shark, hammer head, and stingray. There were manatee s that swam right by people on our beach,,,,1foot away!..and we saw a dolphin , also! The condo was nice, the service was friendly and prompt. If you rely on wifi our expire with it was in and out, had to reset it often. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked, fridge worked great....den was a great extra space! This is a amazing location!

“Would love to return several times a year....near perfect!” The condo was beautiful, well appointed and maintained. Located on a nearly perfect beach. It appears we were the first tenants after hurricane Irma. My only complaint was the AC didn't work for the 1st half. The property manager seemed to be doing all she could to remedy the situation My only recommendation is that maintenance should probably have checked it out along with everything else after the storm. I would still highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience a beach vacation in a great location and in a wonderful condo. The owner is great to work with also.

“Spacious and beautiful” My girlfriends and I just finished our stay for the third year in a row. This is an outstanding condo. With four or five of us, there is plenty of room. The private spiral staircase to the beach is great! No waiting for the elevator with everyone else. We love sitting on the porch early in the morning and again at sunset. Spectacular views! Also you can visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary which is about 1/2 block to the south. Would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back again next year.

“We had a great vacation at this condo.” My family has been visiting indian rocks beach for nearly two decades, and we continue coming back to this resort and specifically, Martin's condo. It is always kept updated and we had a nice relaxing stay. It has WiFi for the kids and has a picture perfect view of the beach, ocean, sunsets and pool deck. You won't be disappointed.
