“Magical” Connie and andrew's place is something out of paradise. It's even more gorgeous than in the pictures, and they supply absolutely everything you could want. We had a great time there. Watch out for the frogs in the region though -- loud!

“Feels like home--but warm and sunny!” We traveled with family and were happy to be able to rent two units next door to each other (A201 & A202). We really loved the condos--the colors, furniture, and artwork really gave the units an island feel. The spacious units with cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, beach gear, well-stocked kitchen, and convenient location made our stay especially relaxing--just 10-15 min walk to shops, marketplace, and a-Bay beach. We cooked quite a bit, so the availability of olive oil, vinegars of all flavors, butter, spices, and other kitchen condiments and accoutrement's were especially appreciated. You even have the choice of brewed coffee or espresso! To save money and get more selection, rather than do most of our shopping at the Queen's marketplace, we stocked up at Costco in Kona and Foodland in Waimea. We contributed to the pantry and fridge by leaving goodies for the next visitors (just as the previous visitors had done). The 2nd floor was nice because we could keep the windows open to let the breeze through rather than use the air-conditioning. With the windows open, we were all up at 6am to the sound of squawking birds and noisy buses and trucks. Since we wanted to go running before it got too hot, the sound of birds in the morning was better than the buzzer of an alarm clock. Although we were surprised by the road noise (it was definitely enough to wake us up when the windows were open), it wasn't enough to discourage us from staying here. The other choice would be to stay on the golf course side of the building that doesn't have the sunset view and can get really windy). A202 is a bit larger (3 bathrooms) than a201, but both units had their own charm. 201 has brighter bedrooms and a bigger master bedroom, but 202 has a bigger patio table that easily seated 8 and a brighter kitchen. Last, but not least--Sylvia was a wonderful host!

“Great place, great golf view!!” Loved the location of this condo looking over the golf course and towards the mountains. Everything is so close, shopping, the beach, etc. It is beautifully decorated to feel so Hawaiian, and it is very comfortable.

“The best...” Thank you to the owners for supplying us with everything we could possibly require for a beach vacation. Your attention to detail is exceptional. The use of the beach towels to the usage of snorkel and surf gear made the difference. Just meant one less thing for us to worry about. Your home is the cleanest ... Hats off to your wonderful cleaners. This is certainly Kona Paradise.. In comparison to the other islands we found the local people the kindest right here,the culture and authenticity to be real, and the natural habitat fascinating. We will be back. “Authentic, laid-back, non-touristy Hawaiian experience.” My husband and I just spent a week at Hale Kawehi. We loved every minute of it. Full disclosure: we both love cats and this charming Hawaiian home came with an especially loving tabby cat who greeted us every time we returned from an outing as soon as he discovered he was welcome. The house is much larger than the average guest house. It is charming and homey. It has a fully equipped kitchen and two covered patios where breakfast is a treat. Its location is central and easy to find as well as having easy access to local shops and restaurants. We were looking for a relaxed, non-touristy visit to get a sense of every day Hawaiian life and we achieved that goal well beyond what we might have hoped. “Beautiful Paradise” This immaculate well maintained condo came equipped with everything needed to snorkel, body board, picnic or just rest by the ocean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo grounds, pool area, hot tub and barbecue were very well maintained. The office staff, Kitty , welcomed us when we checked in and represented the condo owners with courtesy and kindness. The owners provided us with locations of stores to purchase groceries or whatever needed. Their personal touches on their condo made us feel like we were at home.

“Beautiful guesthouse, enjoy our vacation” My husband and I stayed at the Waiola guesthouse for 9 nights. We really enjoyed it. This was a wonderful place to stay, an overall wonderful experience. The house is bright, clean, and nicely built. David and Wendy are very nice and helpful, giving suggestions, providing delicious fruits and eggs. I really enjoyed limes there. It tastes very good. You should try it when u visit this place. The full kitchen had all the things you would have in your own house. It was quite from town, traffic jams and people. We had the pleasure of waking up to beautiful birds song every morning. Fresh air, beautiful view and u can see the ocean away in the distance. While its private, the main highway is still very close. It's easy to get there, and it's close to Point South and Green Sand Beach. We highly recommend this place those who like a peaceful vacation in beautiful area Jeab and Greg

“Absolutely Awesome!!!” Words cannot describe how much we loved our stay! From the lovely ocean view, the sound of the waves, the well stocked supplies (everything you could think of),the friendly and helpful hosts, the gorgeous weather, to the relaxation and rejuvenation we enjoyed, this place is wonderful. The only negative thing we could think of was that there was no way to slow down the time so we could enjoy it longer! We explored most of the Big Island, but this was one of our favorite spots. We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and would love to come back and revisit some of the many beautiful places we discovered. We spent many hours watching and listening to the waves, watching for and seeing whales, and experiencing the ocean. Another highlight was kayaking across the bay with many, many dolphins swimming all around us! If you have a chance, I highly recommend booking this place!

“Perfect Vacation Condo” Our family stayed 2 weeks and everything was absolutely perfect. The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is nicely equipped. All beach gear is available for use, cooler, towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We so enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the lanai with the gentle ocean breeze. The location is perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool and walking to a'beach with direct access was a very nice perk. We also enjoyed a daily walk along the coast on the trail, the views are breathtaking. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well kept. It was also nice being able to walk to the Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining. We had such a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning sometime soon! Will stay again in 16F without question.

“Kinda Beach House” The house was well supplied for our group of eight. Everyone enjoyed the yard and access to the ocean. The turtles were a special hit. We appreciated the spacious lanai. Great sunset views. Neighborhood and road were busy, but not intrusively so. The downstairs bathroom off the kitchen could use a better privacy curtain.
