“Gorgeous Condo” Margit was excellent to work with and her property manager, Leo was very helpful. The building and the condo are so clean and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed Relaxing on the balcony and watching the sun set. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable. We were there for a week and the weather was beautiful everyday. My kids enjoyed playing at the beach and the pool. I like how close the building is to the grocery store. No need for a car. Cabs or the bus are an easy and inexpensive way to get to the Malecon. “Outstanding Vacation” This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We had 15-18 guests who slept comfortably. The host, Roger, did a PHENOMENAL job accommodating us with absolutely anything we needed, calling cabs, organizing restaurants, activities, ziplining, outdoor adventure tours, massages to the house, and fancy lobster dinners. Full staff on site - ocean views from almost every room. Literally one of the absolute nicest vacations we have been on. You will not be let down. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Azul Profundo. Again, thank you to Simon and Roger for taking such good care of us.

“Amazing!” This was our family trip, 17th year old son, 8 year old daughter, my boyfriend and I. We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful penthouse. It's beyond words, all the views, the private pool everything was spotless. We will definitely recommend it to everyone. This is a great penthouse for complete families, large group of friends, even for people traveling with only your partner, very quiet and calm. “I'll be back!” I just returned from a week in this condo, and I'm already trying to figure out when I can go back! The unit and the building look exactly as they did in the pictures. The unit has some features you might find in a high-end hotel but has the added benefit of being so comfortable that I felt as if I was staying at a friend's place. The courtyard outside of the unit's front door and the rooftop deck were perfect for relaxing, and I spent a great deal of time lounging in what I came to call my rooftop oasis. When I did venture out of the building, it was a short (and very safe) walk to the beach and to all of the excellent bars and restaurants in the Romantic Zone, many of which Regis had recommended. Speaking of the owner, I found him to be kind and attentive. When I emailed him about a minor concern during my stay, he immediately contacted the manager, who came by within the hour to address the issue. I would highly recommend this condo and fully intend to stay there again next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

“Peaceful Paradise” My wife and I just returned from a 5 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit is modern, clean, and offers lots of natural light with views of the ocean, the marina, northward coastline, eastward hills, partial pool view, and the northeast part of town that was fantastic to look at during the evening. The wrap-around deck is huge and I spent many hours just sitting there soaking it all in. The layout of the unit is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a large Soriana grocery store only 3 blocks away as well as a couple bus stops where you can easily catch a bus to the centro and be at the malecon in about 10 minutes. (You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus) This was our 7th trip to PV and for our next trip I'll more than likely stay here again. My only concern is that the hot tubs - 3 of them - require an hour notice to heat up, and the pool was a bit chilly on some days (hence the 4 of 5 star service rating). But, the size of the pool is awesome and perfect for swimming laps, which I did daily. Hanging out by the pool and the ocean was very peaceful, everyday. (unlike many of the hotels we've stayed at in PV) Lou was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to all our questions or concerns. I hope to be going back to his place very soon.

“it is almost a crime if you come to Puerto Vallarta and not stay here at least once in your life time” I hardly go online to write any reviews whether good or bad. But this condo deserves the best compliments. I have been to PV 7 times, by far this condo is the best. It had made my vacation so much more special this time that I almost don't want to leave. Let's start with the location, it is just 2 blocks from the beach, you can walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes. In my opinion, this is an advantage because it is so much more quiet and peaceful than the condos or hotels on the beach. Also, the fact that it is slightly up the hill, you have an amazing panoramic views of the entire city and the ocean. And the word panoramic is just an understatement. And given the condo has such a large balcony, you really feel like you are flying above the city and the ocean. On top of that, you have the most beautiful sunset views. The gorgeous views change endlessly as the weather and time of the day changing. You don't need to worry about walking uphill back to the condo, A big escalator is being built at the moment to bring you up and down from the hill to the street level. (The have a different name for this escalator, I forgot what they call it.). I was told that it will finish construction in Dec 2014. This condo is in the heart of old town, you are just steps away from hundreds of restaurants and shops. The building itself is basically brand new, nice design and finishes throughout, amenities are great, it includes underground parking if you ever decided to rent a car to go explore further from the city. The pool is decent sized, it is also heated in the winter months. But if you have been to PV before, you know winter months are not cold at all. There is also a bar by the pool, you can walk up or swim up to order drinks. Services and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My friends took a taxi back to the condo without any money one night, the person working at the front desk paid for the taxi fees, I didn't even know until the day I checkout, of course i gladly paid the person back. And this just shows how willing they go above and beyond to make you feel special. This particular condo is not manage by the staff on site, it is managed by an outside rental agency. I did not need anything in particular from the management company except checking in and out, but they are also very friendly, if i ever needed them for anything, it's just a phone call away. From what I learned, this particular unit was 2 condos combined into one, so it is extremely spacious. It is max for 6 people and you will not feel crowded. If you enjoy cooking while you are on vacation, you are in for a treat! Modern, beautiful and functional appliances matched with the longest countertop island I have ever seen. Almost every cookware and dishes you can imagine are included. I have a local friend in PV who is a chef in a 5 diamond resort, he came to cook a big dinner for me and was thrilled. I did not watch TV while I was there, but satellite TV is available, I did use the sound system for music and it was great! The built-in speakers are in every room, even the bathrooms, you can individually control on or off in each room tho, which I think was really nice features. Washer and dryer are in your own unit. I did had a free maid service for one day out of the 9 days i stayed. Last but not least, the owner of this condo is very professional and accommodating. At first i was worry about renting randomly from someone on a website, but he kept me informed and answered all my email and requests very quickly. He will contact you about one week before your arrival in regard to the time to meet the management agency to get the keys for the condo. He did everything i requested and I received my deposit refund after about one week. Out of a selfish reason, I almost did not want to give a review so not more people will try to rent this, because I will definitely try to rent this place again and again.

“5-star experience” Due to booking error, we had the opportunity to stay in two condo in this building. The floor plans are mirror image of each other. One is on the 8th floor, on is on the 12th floor. This review is for unit 8a. We stay in this beautiful condo in last week (Oct 2013). It's a 4-bedroom 4 bathroom condo and it's very spacious. There are wraparound balconies. The exterior walls are all sliding floor to ceiling glass doors and when they are all opened you are like connected to the outdoor. The view is amazing. The ocean is right in front of you without anything blocking you. The breeze cools the place really well. We didn't turn the a/c on in the living room at all, and only turn the bedrooms a/c on for a couple of nights, even though I'm sure it will be fine without a/c on. The kitchen is huge and you can prepare your food. The building is very secured and the staff is amazing, and very friendly. The pool is very big and we enjoyed lounging by the pool, read a book, go for a dip now and then. It's very relaxing. If you like to swim in the ocean, just step outside the gate and there you are. The property has designated lounge chairs and umbrella for you to use. There are also no vendors to bother you which is a big plus. The location is great too. Few $ taxi ride and you will be in old town or romantic zone. It's also walking distant to a supermarket, and slightly farther there is a walmart, sams club and a decent mall. The owner Chris and the manager Oswaldo are both very nice and accommodating. I asked if they have any champagne glasses in the condo and they bought 3 set (12 glasses) for us to use. They were also flexible with my early check in and late check out requests. Since it was low season and there were no customers immediately before and after our stay, they were ok with that which made life much easier. Overall it's a wonderful experience.

“Regresamos” This is our third stay at Condos Nadia,which we consider our home away from home, and we will return next season. Everything about this place is outstanding;location,room amenities,and a helpful and caring staff. Highly Recommended!
