“Great place in beautiful Brigantine” Stayed a week in beautiful Brigantine and everything was great! The owner Tony lives downstairs and keeps the place spotless. At first I was afraid my children might be too noisy, but we soon felt right at home. The apartment is way better than in the pictures and had everything we needed. The cool breeze from the ocean was amazing and even with the scorching hot days, we never used the A/C.The apartment is literally within walking distance to everything. Neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. The only complaint (if you can call it that) is the kids found the walk to the beach a little too far, but i didn't mind. Thanks for a wonderful stay Tony. Hope to be back soon!

“Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“Would go back there without hesitation!!” It is hard to find a truly dog friendly place to stay. This place is not only immaculately clean, very comfortable, and has a fully equipt kitchen, but is also very amimal friendly. My husband and I and our yourkie have stayed there several times and have enjoyed every minute of it. The owners are very friendly. I would not hestitate to stay there again.

“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.” A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay! I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out. Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!

“well worth it in all aspects” we have stayed at this property for 6 years in a row and have enjoyed each year. there are 11 of us that occupy both first floor apartments the outdoor shower is perfect for kids or adultsthe kitchen is spacious enough for all of us to eat together. the beach is close enough to walk to. the boardwalk, rental bikes, amusement and water parks, tennis courts, play ground are all just a few short blocks away. all in all great location and value for all that wildwood crest has to offer. we look forward to it every year.

“Our home away from home!” We have rented with the Boumans for the past 4 years and this residence has always exceeded our expectations. The home is immaculately kept and offers all the amenities a family could need for a comfortable vacation. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance from the bay and the ocean, as well as restaurants, playgrounds and fishing/crabbing. “Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! “Amazing! Definitely will book again” This property exceeded our expectations, The picture don’t do it justice. The house is so spacious and clean, more than enough room for a big group of people. No problems whatsoever! The roof and balconies are amazing, we rented right after a snow storm so we didn’t use it much but it would be so beautiful in the spring and summer!
