“Fantastic place, and lovely people” The flat is in a great location in the German Colony. It's quiet, clean, in good condition, and very homely. It looks just as it appears in the photos. The free parking is a real bonus for Jerusalem. The best thing, though, are the people who own the flat. They were extremely helpful and welcoming, and really went the extra mile, including a classical concert ticket, and even a home baked chocolate cake! In short, highly recommended.

“Perfect!” We couldn't have asked for more! The location, right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter and overlooking Hurva Synagogue, is truly special: Not only is it convenient (5-10 minutes to the Western Wall and to the Dung Gate), but it also feels very atmospheric and genuine with children playing in the square and with the residents going about with their activities. The apartment itself is gorgeous and very spacious, just as photographed. What the photographs may not adequately convey, however, is how well-equipped it is: Everything and anything that guests could possibly want are provided, with top-of-the-line appliances including a Nespresso with abundant pods! The owner clearly has carefully thought through the needs of their guests and then went beyond for their guests' comfort, with well-stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry supplies --including a complimentary SIM card! Everything is spotlessly clean; Wifi worked impeccably; and Idan couldn't have been more welcoming and kind, despite our 2:30 am arrival! As previous reviewers have mentioned, the fresh-cut flowers, milk, juice, and bagels really are such a nice way to make guests feel welcomed, especially for that first morning! And last but not least, Idan must be the nicest person one could possibly meet: From initial inquiry and throughout, Idan answered all of our questions promptly and completely with spot-on restaurant recommendations; during our stay and even during our drive to the airport as we were leaving, Idan would check in just to make sure that we were doing okay! Tips: Idan can help arrange for transfers to and from the airport, since it is tricky to find the apartment otherwise. The taxi service Idan recommends, as expected, is very professional, punctual, and a bargain too! We had stayed at the Mamilla Hotel during our earlier visit to Jerusalem. For its outstanding location, lovely set-up, thoughtful service, and great value, we would choose Rova arches Suite in a hearbeat!

“Felt at home, great location - especially if you have a car.” The apartment was lovely -- recently renovated. It was very well equipped and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, cable TV, wifi, 2 toilets, air conditioning, linens and towels. The owners in the States are delightful and easy to deal with. The "host" family (that gave us the keys and handled laundry) was very friendly, incredibly helpful and responsive. The location is phenomenal: Down the block from a supermarket, pharmacy, park, pizza shop and more. Across the street from the botanical gardens and its lakeside cafe, a 2 minute drive (10 min. walk) to the Israel Museum and Knesset, less than 10 minute drive to virtually every tourist destination including downtown Jerusalem, Machane Yehudah, Old City (kotel), Emek Refaim and Yad Vashem. Less than 5 minutes to the Malcha Mall and to the Highway to Tel aviv. It is on the third floor with no elevator, so not suited for people with mobility issues, but otherwise, the stairs were easy to navigate. We really enjoyed our stay and hope that it will be available for us on our next visit!

“Great apartment in great location” I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. I found it to be clean, modern, with all necessary amenities provided. Jordan was very flexible in arranging check in and check out procedures (I arrived in Israel in the middle of the night, and was able to get in to the apt straightaway). The location, which borders on an adorable little park, is walking distance to the center of town, the old city, the German Colony (Emek Refaim) and the wonderful newly refurbished Mandate-era train station. There is even a 24 hour makolet right around the corner. Bed was super comfortable too!

“Best apartment in Jerusalem/Landlord a total mentch!!” Wow,just came back from a wonderful trip and really enjoyed the apartment. Mr.Segal, the owner must have stayed in many other apartments because he thought of everything that one can possibly need while away. He even has a second refrigerator in case the main one goes out. There are a lot of busses that go to many places that are a block away and the central bus station is 5 minutes away. the mattresses are very thick and comfy. There is air condioning and heat(but we never used it because of perfect weather} Never a problem with hot water and a working washer and dryer. Apartment is very spacious and clean.There were two big shuls minutes away. Cannot hear any other tenants in building.The owner met us upon check-in and explained everything we needed to know. Would surely return next visit. Perfect apartment,perfect location,perfect landlord. Five stars in every category!!!

“Great location, very clean and well maintained amizing property” The unique experience we had while staying at atalia's wonderful vacation rental is worth sharing. Atalia welcomed us with a beautiful smile and some of her famous home made jam and pastries Her almond cookies are to die for. Atalia's charming personality, full attendance to her guest needs and yet laid back attitude made my family feel at home right from the start. The place is neatly organized and very clean. Has great amenities, very comfortable beds, a beautiful bathtub, AC, TV, and a cute little gardan with great views and a hammok! The kitchen is fully equipped and they even thought about the small stuff like milk, instant coffe and excellent Israeli coffee, selection of teas etc... This is an old arbic house beautifully structured with arches and domes. It feels very quint and romantic. The design is modern but vary authentic and warm. unique way. This place is great for a family with kids! is very spacious, I was there with my husband 2 kids and 2 teenagers and we all had our privacy which was very nice. Penina, Atalia's mom is a tour guide in Ein-Karen and Jerusalem. She is a very impressive women, friendly, knowledgable and always seemed to have a good story I share. Her help with maximizing our time in Jerusalem was priceless. This is a small family operation, and the Ein-Mor Family really knows the true meaning of hospitality.
