“Location, safe, amazing pool and great staff” Gorgeous property, perfect for families, couples and even Seniors Very well appointed, definitely turn key!! Take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and stock up on groceries and beverages. What a great help Bric - Susana !!! The condo was perfect for us. Easy short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Love the option of eating in or dining out. Bric office within walking distant or phone call away. Great suggestions for activities, dining and night life. Everyone is so nice!!! We will be back !!!

“lovely accomodations, very clean and concierge service wonderful” We love this property, having stayed in the past, but this was a new unit to us. The amount of space was great to accommodate the five of us, which is not easy to find in an apartment. The concierge service was personal and tried some new restaurants on his recommendation. Overall a great experience, would go back!

“Wonderful Vacation!” My family of 6 stayed in Luna Encantada C3 for one week and had the best vacation ever! The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The men at the front gate and the beach were extremely friendly and very eager to help with bags or putting up a beach umbrella. The location is absolutely perfect, with an amazing beach and great dining just steps away. We would love to return!

“A Beautiful Week In Playa” We had 6 adults stay in this 3 bedroom condo. The master bedroom was gorgeous and the king-sized bed was ok. The middle bedroom had 2 queen sized beds which were comfortable. The small bedroom was very small and had a fan instead of aC. There was a small bedside table on one side and nothing on the other. We ended up setting up our luggage as a small table on the other side to put water and phone etc. The bed in the small bedroom was more comfortable than the king sized bed in the Master bedroom. The bathrooms are fine and overall the place was very clean. There were plenty of towels and the sheets were changed on the 3rd and 5th days. We did have an issue with the stove - if it is not turned off correctly, there is an odor of gas. We had to have maintenance show us the trick. The beach was gorgeous and Gabrielle was there to get us chairs and umbrellas everyday. Also, we could get beach/pool side service from Fusion and ate there a few times too. There was never an issue of not finding a chair even though a lot of the units were filled. The location of the condo is great if you have children. We happen to be 6 adults on vacation the same week that a lot of families were on vacation. Being poolside was nice but we had a lot of kids in the pool at all times. Although the property manager did make sure the kids were not overly loud and playing catch, etc. the pool seemed to always be occupied with kids. I think I would get a beachfront or maybe a roof condo if I came back with no kids. The location of the complex was perfect. We were within walking distance of 5th ave, the ferry and even Walmart.

“Wonderfull month long vacation” We were resident of unit 402 at La Brisa for the whole mont of march 2014. It is ideally located for tranquility,yet just a block off of 5th ave. A very short walk to the beach and whe you don't fell like the beach,the rooftop pool is just out of this world. We used it often just to refresh just before going to bed. The 4 th floor apt always had a breeze coming in. The facilities were very well,we cooked every day,but when you don't feel like it,,there are tons of restaurant within a few blocks.

“Puerto Morelos, now that was a vacation” The small town of P.M. is so welcoming, so laid back, with so many great restaurants. We walked everywhere, and public transport with cabs, buses and Collectivos, the minivan system, was fantastic. We walked the neighborhood at night, we walked the beach at full moonrise, and we never felt concern. The sea breezes, miles of white sand beach and the reef with its guided boat access at a reasonable price, awesome. Our stay at Casa 770 was so enjoyable. Being in the neighborhood, amongst other vacationers, many who stay for months, along with locals walking and riding bikes past our patio, the fruit truck stopping each day...all this made us feel at home, surrounded by nice, friendly people. The big resorts do not give you the sense of community that makes traveling to a different culture so amazing. Casa 770 and all its amenities provided for a wonderful and relaxing stay. “Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“Sweet Spot On The Mayan Riviera” We were thrilled when we first walked onto this rental property and we stayed thrilled through to the end of our stay. We liked it so much that we travelled back there the next year. The house was spotless, the caretakers were friendly and they went out of their way to help us out. The pool was definately our favorite feature, we loved the fact that it was all our own. The beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away and the nearest city is about a 15 minute car ride, which is close enough for dinner and shopping but far enough away to be quiet at night. The house is gorgeous and the a/c came in handy for sleeping. We rented a car and traveled to Mayan ruins during the day and relaxed poolside at night. We really couldn't have been happier with the place!

“Playa Paradise” We spent three weeks in this beautiful, spacious unit, in a perfect location. It is right on the beach, next to Wicky's Beach Club, which has very afordable lunches. We like being on the ground floor because there's usually more outdoor space and it's usually easier to get to the pool and beach. This was truly the case here. The unit had a huge patio and an extra patio one step up from the normal sized one with an abundance of patio furniture - then, only down a few steps to the pool. The kitchen was large and mostly well-stocked, with purified water delivered at checkin and throughout our stay. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive. There was an extra den-like room at the entrance, for extra sleeping or quiet time, if needed. Both baths were good sized, one with a washer/dryer combo. Daily maid service was provived by very friendly staff. There isn't much to improve on in this unit. We did have problems with the phone and internet connection, but we were in Mexico and it did take Telmex a week to get to us. I would only add a few things - a few more pans for cooking, and one more chair in the living room. There was one couch and one chair in the living room of the two bedroom unit which slept 6. Also, which we found strange, there was a curtain which could cover the patio door but nothing to cover the side windows in the living room, kitchen and den, which overlooked a walkway to the pool. There were shades which you could use during the day, but you could see through them at night. We ended up using towels to cover the windows at night. We did have ants in the kitchen, on the counters - possibly because there are plants and lots of dirt next to the kitchen wall. Lots of mosquitos and no-see-ums when we were there.

“Villa Maya Cancun Mexico Downtown suburban living” We spent 1 week in Villa Maya with our 2 sons ( 4 and 8 ) and just had a wonderful time. Villa Maya is clean, comfortable, well kept and in a safe Residencial Neighbourhood in Cancun. The Beaches were close,..either by public Bus or by VW Bug that we also rented from Mattias. The reservation process was easy and quick,...we actually stayed in all the properties from the owner,...and actually enjoyed all of them. Will come back again ...
