“Great Condo, Beautiful grounds.” This condo is kept in great conditions from the room itself to the grounds & pool. It was very easy to feel comfortable here. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and then some. We utilized the pool area a lot, and the lawn chairs on the beach. I was concerned about not having a laundry right in the room but the shared laundry is very close to the room it wasn't a problem at all. If it was just my husband and I this would have been a 5 star in our books. My only "complaint" (if you can even call it that) was that we rented a pack n play for our daughter for the week and when we arrived to the condo at 10pm we tried setting it up but it kept collapsing. It was extremely old/warn out so we had to go to Kmart the next day and purchase a new one which was a bit of a blow. Also the floors of the condo are very creaky so it was hard to keep quiet walking around while the baby was sleeping. aside from the creaky floors and pack n play (which isn't worth getting bent out of shape about) this place was worth every penny spent and we were very impressed, we highly recommend, especially for a couple! PS to the owner: We ended up staying at one of your rental homes in Aliomanu Bay for our second half of our vacation and left the new pack n play there. Maybe it can be put in this condo for future guests!?

“E for excellent at Waipouli Beach Resort E406” In a nutshell, this rental was first rate! The place was clean, bed was comfortable, the furniture not dated, the view was stunning, and the pool was sweet. Centrally located with easy access to all the Kauai sites in the north and south. Safeway and Starbucks located directly across the street made getting groceries and coffee mighty convenient. REMAX did an outstanding job with this rental. We were very, very impressed and highly recommend E406.

“Hot at night” The first night was great. But the next morning when we left the condo, we followed instructions to turn the air down and it was never the same after that. We made sure the doors were shut tight. It took about 2 hours for the rooms to get down to a comfortable temp and every night we slept with no covers on because it was too hot. Seems like the air needs to be checked. We were afraid to leave our sliders open even for a little bit becuse it took so long to get the rooms back to a comfortable temp. Also, I see no reason that the kids can't use a kid-sized floaty ring in the pool and I even saw a man sipping a soda at 10 in the morning get reprimanded and told to take his beverage out. The pool was too strict this time making it kid and family-unfriendly. Also, it would be nice if the landscapers with their mowers and blowers could work around the pool hours. We used the pool exactly 1x during our stay. :(

“Pleasantly surprised” Surprised with accomodations. The condo was clean and very tastefully decorated (once they got the a/c working. )The first night was pretty stuffy and warm.) The resort is beautiful and the location to the beach is great. It is located near the airport, which is also helpful! A* U R !!!

“A nice property but crowded and hot” I really like the location of the Pali Ke Kua condo's. Easy walking distance to the princeville beach, view of the ocean and easy access to a walking trail. We stayed in unit 241 which was clean and very nice inside. A little worn in places but overall very nice. Another positive is the 1000sq feet and the two beds in the second bedroom making it perfect for a family with more than one child. On the downside the Pali Ke Kua is a very high density condo building that was built before insulation was required so get used to hearing your neighbors talk, shower, flush their toilets etc. If they come home drunk you get to enjoy that also. I've stayed at the Pali Ke Kua twice and both time I have thought the value is excellent considering the views and location. Just be aware it isn't the most quiet location.

“Time in paradise” We all enjoyed to stay in this beautiful house in awesome location on Kauai . House has everything that you may need , from stuff to bake cupcakes to soft boards , beach chairs and toys for children . During our stay we had planty of time to check the whole island and can say that Princeville has the best views , beaches and it is the best place to be on the island. If you have a car it's 5-7 minutes ride to the mist beautiful Hanalei beach or also amazing Anini beach. I highly recommend this property and want to be back here the next year !!

“10 Days in Paradise” This vacation and this property exceeded our expectations. Kauai speaks for itself. Anyone who has traveled here understands that. It's not for everyone (i.e. no night life to speak of), but the days are huge and the island and the lifestyle are amazing. The Waipouli Beach Resort is awesome. Believe every picture you see about the location. We booked through Vrbo and Candace Mack. We had never booked through an agent before, but found the experience to be easy and convenient. The condo was immaculate and just as pictured. Having a full kitchen and storage space allowed us to stock up on groceries (Safeway across the street) and save a couple bucks. Additionally it made our stay more relaxing because we could enjoy a nice breakfast in our condo instead of going out. I would recommend Candace and her properties to anyone staying on the island. You might think not having housekeeping and concierge would be an issue, but it actually ended up being a plus. There was no check in and it almost felt like it was our own place. Additionally it was nice not worrying about housekeeping coming through your room everyday and having a full washer and dryer allowed us to actually come home with all clean laundry. It was just nice having all the conveniences of home in that condo. We had a great trip and would recommend the property and Candace Mack to anyone staying on the island.

“Wow!” I have stayed in Manish's condo four times now and love it! The location is beautiful. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. It has everything you'd need from home including a closet full of fun stuff like snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets, beach gear and beach towels already there! I appreciate how well maintained and clean Manish keeps his condo! Will definitely return many more times!!

“Wow gorgeous” We recently returned from two glorious weeks at Waipouli Beach Resort in G104. The comfort of the spacious condo, beds, décor and all appliances were 1st class. The convenience of the laundry facilities inside the unit added to the relaxed atmosphere knowing we could wash whenever needed without leaving the condo. We shared the two weeks visit with two other couples, enjoying together the beautiful sunrise each morning from the lanai as we sipped our orange juice. Often we could see whales playing in the ocean from any of the three full sized sliding glass doors from the 3 rooms that faced the ocean. Strolling on the beach was only a few yards away. The pool was luxurious beyond description, and kept immaculately clean with charming hot tubs and a surprise sand floor. You felt like you were in the ocean while relaxing and enjoying the company of those around you. There were great locations for grilling, and readily available for all to use. The lush grounds filled with birds of all kinds created a beautiful atmosphere. Easy access to grocery, drug store, restaurants and all avenues directly to the lovely sites of Kauai. We would certainly return to this condo, and would recommend it to all considering G104 at Waipouli Beach.
