“Great place to stay” We stayed at Sally and andrew´s place for a week. When we looked for a place to stay, we wanted a place not to far of Key West and Miami, and this place was just great! There were lots of places to eat out, things to see, and Key West and Miami was not to far away. The apartment was great, Andrew was too! Everthing regarding the stay were done in a professionel way. Both before the stay and after. The way of paying could have been easier though, but that is not a big problem We had a great time, all four of us visiting from Norway. If anyone should ask me where to stay in that erea, I have absolutely no problem telling them about Sally and andrew´s place! Ps: Make shure to have the time to eat at Mrs Mac´s Kitchen...

“This vacation home has everything you need.” This home has all the amenities you could possibly need inside and out. Very quiet and secure with a great covered porch where we spent much of our time (we had 7 in our group). Plenty of towels and miscellaneous supplies. It was very easy to book and communicate with the owners. They responded promptly to any questions.

“Tranquil and friendly” This was a place we found after months of searching and having another owner cancel out on us. We came in with a pre judgement of the place and BOY were we wrong. Everyone is super nice, everyone there(employees and guests) are very caring and friendly. The apartment was very comfy and well equipped, although anextra blanky or throw would have been nice to have for the sofa lounging. We are only 4 days into it but all is great!

“We'll be back...” We found this condo to be very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the pool as well. Paul, the caretaker, was very pleasant and most accommodating. We shared the condo with another couple for our two night stay. It was wonderful to have our privacy (2 BR/2 baths) but still be able to share the kitchen/living room area with our friends. We had a rental car so found the location easy for shopping, dining, sightseeing on other keys and, of course, Duval Street.

“Key West, Spring 2012” In a word,our stay with you was ”wonderful”. We have been to Key West on several occasions and have loved every visit. Staying in Truman annexe was even more special. We all felt like we were at home with everything we needed. You must feel blessed to live in that part of the world. We will be looking for a job for our 19 year old son,Tom. He wants to come and work over in Key West. We have just arrived home and everything seems grey, and much colder than Key West. Depending on finances( the pound-dollar rate is not too good just now) we hope to come back soon. “Fantastic Stay!” My husband and two sons (21 & 24) stayed in this condo over Christmas. This was our first stay in Key West and we wanted to be close to everything, but yet not right on Duval St. This location was perfect; literally a stones throw away from Duval St. The unit inside was decorated very lovely and had all the amenities one would need. I found the owners were nice to do business with, especially Deb who I mostly communicated with. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Key West immensely, we had so much fun! We met many very friendly people out and about town. We would love to visit again, if we do, we would like to stay in this condo or the Bella Vita, the owner's other condo.

“Pleasant place to stay for a few days” We got off on a bad foot as the room had not been cleaned before our arrival at 4:30PM (we were told we could check in a 3PM). The management was very responsive however, and paid for a complementary dinner at a fun, nearby restaurant by way of apology. The room was well designed and comfortable, if not spacious; the kitchenette and living/bedroom are all in one layout. It was fine for 2 guests but there would be no privacy if there were more. The cabana is right on the canals; boats pass frequently but it's not noisy. This was our first visit to the Florida Keys, and this cabana was a comfortable base for seeing Key Largo. It's not as convenient if you want to go as far south as Key West.

“Our Spirits were renewed!” Things don't happen by chance! Little did we know six months ago when we booked our vacation how much we would really, really NEED a quiet and peaceful week! This little corner of Marathon is exactly that: quiet and peaceful. The condo is very comfortably furnished, very clean, and the view is - well, I don't think there is a 'better' view anywhere! It's picture perfect - even to the gorgeous green iguana on the palm tree! (but you have to look quick - they move fast!). We had our son, daughter in law and two little grandkids with us...it was perfect! Sunrise with coffee by the pool, under the Chickee or on the patio...awesome! Lots to do for families or singles very close by...yup...you really can even have pizza delivered if you don't want delicious, fresh seafood!..and wow! are there some awesome spots for that!! Communication with the owners is impeccable...could NOT be better. These are the folks with whom you love to do business!! Thanks so much, Todd and Jamie!

“Perfect location and great value!” From the moment we arrived, this condo was everything we wanted without breaking the bank. We spent days looking for a place in Key West for Christmas week. What was available was crazy expensive, so to be honest when we found this place for the price we were slightly apprehensive. It is close to everything, the check-in and check-out were easy, the people who live in the complex were very friendly and welcoming and always willing to offer advice on where to go and what to do. Everything worked and was clean and we could not have asked for a better vacation. Can't wait to go back!

“Key West Adventure” We were two couples on our first visit to explore the keys. The condo was nice for four people. Not fancy but adequate. Could use a little updating to make it nicer. Located quite aways from Duval atreet and the action. Uber costs about $20 one way to get downtown. Too far to walk. The pool was amazing. No complaints.
