“Great place with everything you need for a getaway” Beautiful villa with everything you need for a getaway. Kitchen, BBQ pit, Private swimming pool. Rooms are clean and living room is nicely furnished as well. The only downside will be the location as it is situated in a less popular area. But nonetheless, you have a supermarket nearby for you to shop for your BBQ food. And of course, the amount of mosquitos we had to deal with. But this is more of the country rather than the villa itself.

“Feels like home” Our experience with baan poolom has been first rate all the way through. Sally booked us in with effortless efficiency and the building manager khun Haarn friendly and polite settled us in well. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and it is in an excellent spot. There are many places to eat and relax close at hand and plenty of things to do in the Hau Hin area generally so you can be busy or enjoy the peace and quiet as you desire. The beach is on your doorstep and is wide and clean. This is an excellent place for a family holiday and we are all going to be sad when we have to leave this wonderful place. Matt

“Paradise Found” This was our first trip to Thailand & after 3 nights in Bangkok we were looking forward to our stay in Koh Samui, from the moment we arrived at the lovely picturesque airport we new it was going to be special. We have done the package holidays many times before so this was a first, staying in a self catering villa. We couldn't of asked/picked a better place to stay.The villa was like brand new, inside & out, it was just as the photos showed on the website. Great size of rooms, lovely relaxing living/dining area, with all the mod-cons Satellite TV,DVD, WiFi, I-Pod docking station for listening to your music poolside with the outside speaker system, fantastic covered chill-out seating area poolside with mini fridge sink & hob. Walking distance to Big Buddha & Wat Plai Laem, convenience stores within 3 minutes walking distance, the lovely Choeng Mon beach only 3 minutes by car & plenty of local tasty restaurants there too. All in all a brilliant vacation & great memories to cherish. Hope to return again in the not too distant future & without doubt we will be staying here again in this villa.

“We felt like the rich and famous!!! - What a dream place to stay” Well what can i say - I loved every minute of this place. Everything about Kulraya Villas is 5 star! * The house and view, the pool is absolutely stunning. * Bedrooms are beautiful - one looks over the pool and the other over the garden/hills * Two bathrooms which are both clean and to a high standard * Beds are huge - queen in one room and king in the other. Or a king and a XL king * The place is immaculate - you just call them when you want the room cleaned * The breakfasts are delicious - choice of continental or cooked * The food (if ordered) is well priced compared to hotels and is delivered to the villa promptly and is delicious. * The location is beautiful - perched up in the hills * There's a fully equip kitchen so great for families as well as a washing machine. * I could keep going on for ever as i loved so much about this place. The only thing i could say against the location is that you really need your own transport. ie car or motor bike. This isn't even really a problem as Ian and Luk can organise this for you at a good rate or just get one from the many places in town. We got a bike for 200 Baht a day! The beaches are lovely. The closest one is about a 3-4 min drive away with white sand and crystal blue water. Other surrounding beaches we loved was Relax Bay which was great for kids as its a small beach so you could always see the kids and the water is shallow. I want to go back there and have told all my friends about it.

“Paradise” I was the first person to stay at this villa. It was easy to find. Check-in was smooth. Villa was super clean and had all facilities you can expect. Bedrooms are large and the pool is great. The compound is small, quiet and green. You really feel like you get into something preserved. Bangtao Beach is only a 7mns walk away from the beach and nice beach club/restaurants. You can reach Laguna facilities area (bakery etc.) either through the beach or the road in just 5/10 minutes. I know Phuket quite well and stayed in many different places before but I haven't tried any other places since I went there.

“Great villa , good peaceful location !!” Very nice experience , we were picked up from the ferry terminal and taken to the villa , all the rooms are beautiful !! 10 mins to tesco lotus or Big C supermarket , 5 mins to cheweng beach perfect spot, Only negative comment I would make was there is no airconditioning in the main room which got very hot it was 34OC inside and 30OC Outside !!

“Great house for our relaxing beach vacation” We can warmly recommend this house. Very big rooms and each bedroom had their own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. Clean and well maintained by the nice house keepers and we liked the barbecue that we used almost every night. Only problem was the interruption of water one day, due to some broken pipe in the main road we heard.

“A great place to take time out” We loved our stay at Baan Phu Tawan! The villa is gorgeous - it's just like the photos and having the private pool was amazing. We were two couples and we stayed for a week. I thought cleaning once a week might not be enough but it turned out it was. The linens at the home could do with updating though, and after our cleaning service one of our bedrooms missed out on fresh beach towels. The walk to fisherman's village and the beach took 5-10 minutes and was pretty hot and smelly - we found ourselves catching taxis for 200 baht to escape it where we could. The fisherman's village is lovely with lots of great restaurants with good food that was fresh and prepared in obviously clean conditions. Marie, the caretaker of the house was great. She was super helpful in making sure we had everything that we needed and there to answer any questions we had. She even brought us a bottle of wine to make up for some noise from the pool in her villa being re-tiled - the noise hadn't bothered us at all but it was a really lovely gesture. I'd highly recommend a stay at Baan Phu Tawan. It's a little way away from the beach and town but the quality of the home is comparable to a resort and the value for money much better.

“Amazing Villa, Amazing Vacation” I wanted to be the first to review this property as myself and my partner stayed there for a week at the end of October. The villa was by far the most amazing home I have ever stayed in, something I'm sure you would pay several millions of pounds for back in the UK. We was greeted by the housekeepers on arrival at the property who have kept the home in an immaculate condition and who then gave us a tour of the house and a run down on how everything worked which was very helpful. The house is extremely comtemporary in style and feels like it has been designed by an award winning interior designer. The gardens and views are also amazing and for several days we were happy just lying by the pool and soaking up the sun and those views. The island was extremely easy to navigate as just one road circulates the entire island. the main most vibrant area is called white sands, it took us around 20 minutes to drive from the Villa to that area where you have lots of restaurants, shops, bars and all types of excursions you can purchase and day time activities. White sands was also good on the evenings as the beach is lit up with fire shows and fireworks whilst your eating overlooking the sea. All in all wevhad a great trip in Koh Chang and the villa was to die for, we would most definately recommend it to anyone planning to visit the island. “Awesome holidays, nice place to stay” Hi there! We landed in Koh Samui looking for a relax, diving and golf experience in mind. This condo ticked all boxes for us. It is very well located and fully serviced but does not break the bank either. It is quite likely we'll come back to Koh Samui, and we surely will repeat and "re-book" this condo at "Replay" :-D

“Absolutely fanastic!” Hanna's apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were traveling with 3 children under 5 yrs old and didn't need or require anything else, the apartment is so well kitted out! It was so lovely to come home to after the streets of Phuket. :-) Hanna provides heaps of information and always responded quickly throughout the very easy booking process, we couldn't have been happier.

“Can not wait to return” Fon is such a wonderful asset to the owner of this villa, she gives 100% to ensure the villa is maintained beautifully & to accommodate the guests. Fon is always happy and smiling and makes you feel so relaxed in her company. "C" the chef is an amazing cook, she made our meals each night, shame we can't fit her and Fon in our suitcase.
