“Great vacation home” My family has vacationed in the OBX for the past 5 years, and this home was one of the most well equipped homes we have stayed in. The owners really have the convenience and comfort of renters in mind. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the house was clean and welcoming.

“Very comfortable” The home was amazing, and the owner Anna had so much extra stuff there for your use that you wouldn’t think it was a rental!! “Excellent! We love the house and the beach.” We have been renting this house every year for 9+ years. The location is perfect, the views are wonderful and there is enough room for everyone. It is right across the street from the beach, which makes the view fabulous and it has a wonderful pool and entertainment area downstairs with a pool table. The latest upgrades on the pool-deck and TVs are perfect! We look forward to another 10 years of summer vacations at Sea Spirit!!

“Paradise” My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and all i can say is wow! This home houses a beautiful oceanfront view which we enjoyed everyday. The amenities to the home were excellent especially the extended channels on the tv. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! “Nice stroll to beach” We like location (i.e., proximity to stores, resturants, etc.). I bit of a hike to the ocean. House in good repair. Nice ammineties. Nothing negative, execept our 4pm checked in time, became nearly 5:30pm, as cleaners were behind schedule. Not enough to be an issue, but after being up 36 hours driving over night, sitting in car with Food Lion food for the week, minutes seem to tick slower. And finally, we had to replace the propane, empty upon arrival. Purchased first, called Outer Banks Blue, reimbursement check was sent to my house and in the mailbox when we arrived home! Nice.

“Beach, pool, front deck, hot tub, Beach, milkshake at John's, re” We loved the house and the views! It was exactly what we needed; very well appointed with everything that a large,diverse group could want. Obx Blue was great to work with for setting the reservation. The owner, checked on us mid-week which was an unexpected nice touch. We could tell that he genuinely cares about his guests. The only issue was with the cleaning/linen team. Pails of butts from the previous guests were left on every deck and around the pool. Obx Blue took care of that. We were never able to get real King size bed sheets for the masters, but we made do. (Packages of linens that were labeled "king" were dropped off numerous times, but they were all really queen sheets inside the packages.) My family, friends and I all loved our "perfect week at Gurarenteed Fun!"
