“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Beautiful, relaxing and better than expected” Living in thailand i have rented many villas on different islands throughout thailand. choco villa is one of the best i've stayed in. it's close enough to walk to local restaurants in 10min and far enough away from the town to feel like you have peace and quiet. my family and I loved our stay and the staff was kind and very helpful. i highly recommend staying here. “Few days in Paradise” We went there with the aim to stay in a nice house and to discover the island as well. But this place is so nice that we went to the nearby beach only once and spent the rest of our stay within the property, feeling like at home. There is a huge pool, plenty of room to sit back and relax and, last but not least, the food is delicious and prepared by a very nice staff, who made our stay memorable. Why bother to go elsewhere?

“The Secret Is out - Simply Lush...” Wow - Everything about this villa is beautiful, the architecture, the setting on secluded Haad Thong Lang beach takes your breath away. My partner and i stayed in villa 2. It has the type of living space that allows you to put your sandy feet up after a walk on the beach, and feel right at home the moment you step inside, without ever compromising on style and taste. I like a little luxury in life and Dee Dee gave me just that (with bells on!) We are definately coming back here...and soon

“magnifisent experience for the family” Villa Jaliza is a stunning villa up on small hill 10minutes away from the koh samui airport , with air conditioning throughout; it is new, huge, well kept and absolutely clean throughout. Our children loved the infinity pool and the magnificent ocean view has to be seen to be believed. The beds were very comfortable and the Villa is equipped with both Wifi and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The cleaners visited twice in the week to changes linen which was included in the price. The Villa Manageress was so helpful and arranged complimentary collection and drop off to the airport. Our family chose to stay at the hills of Chaweng Noi to get privacy but a the same time be near enough to the beach, local markets and local sights The villa is amazing, the décor amazing and the open plan kitchen lounge was extremely spacious and comfortable We always felt safe in the gated community which is important. The villa is fantastic, facing the ocean and good value for money. Location is great as it is about 5 mins to Chaweng Beach where all the action is and 7 minutes to the local Tesco, Macro. Other local Grocery stores also available everywhere. yet set back in the lush coconut groves facing the ocean. For a private, relaxing or adventurous holiday on Samui, you can't go wrong here! “The Ultimate Island Escape” Villa M must be the most beautiful place for a relaxing holiday possible. Right on a beach, surrounded by palm trees, islands in the distance, and Fisherman Village shops and restaurants close by. It has the best location on Samui and 6 days there was the ultimate island escape. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom, and with 2 living areas, we all had our space. The staff are all friendly and discreet and the villa manager can arrange for anything that you want to see or do. Continental Breakfast provided, including selection fresh tropical fruit. Each night we visited one of the many restaurants in Fisherman's Village, even ate at some of the stalls, all within easy walking distance of the villa But you can choose to stay in and eat your meals at home, which we did on the last night.The Chef prepared for us probably the best Thai food we have eaten anywhere in the world. It rained a couple of days, but we still managed to enjoy ourselves in this beautiful home reading, watching Dvd's, looking at the magnificent view. Relaxing is what holidays are about. Liked-everything about Villa M, especially the location. Disliked: that we were only there for 6 days !

“Lovely holiday home” We are a large family for a 50th b'day party reunion, meeting from UK and Thailand. We booked this villa after all the rave reviews and it didn't disappoint. It was lovely for all the family to stay under one roof. The villa is magnificent: internally spacious, the pool crystal clear and the view too spectacular. The property was very well laid out with a bath / shower room in every bedroom, which gave you the freedom of your own little space when required to relax. The kids loved the DVD collection in the TV room, with the surround sound. The blender did breakdown on the third day but our property manager Ian had replaced it by the end of the day. There were also a couple light bulbs out but we only informed him at the end of the stay as we didn't want to trouble him too much. We took advantage of the special offer on the Honda car (only one available however regarding the special offer). The other vehicle we hired was a Fortuna which was more expensive but seated 7. Both cars were new and splendid and provided us with the flexibility to explore Koh Samui and do general shopping etc. We strongly recommend the small beachside Thai restaurants (cheap and friendly with amazing food) about 1 mile left on the main road (opposite the 7/11 supermarket). The beach here too is great in the day for the kids... The private chartered day trip to the marine park (prospected islands) was a day never to forget - Amazing. Chaweng was very lively and a little hectic for us. Bo Phut and Maenam were more relaxed with plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from.
