“It's Delightful, It's Delicious, It's De-lovely!” One would think that Cole Porter wrote those lyrics after visiting Ye Olde Manor House! The owners, Karen Fulbright-Anderson and John anderson, are a delightful, warm, welcoming couple. They are so friendly and engaging that you feel at home almost as soon as you arrive. And their home reminds me of an English Country Cottage with the many comfortable seating areas and nooks and crannies expected. There is also a beautiful green lawn with several flowering beds and many lovely spots for sitting. But the piece de resistance of the public areas is the year-round indoor/outdoor pool, with a depth of no more than 5 feet, which makes it perfect for swimmers and non-swimmers (me) alike. First, and most importantly, each guest room has it's own private bath stocked with lovely smelling potions and lotions, big, soft, fluffy bath towels and anything else that you might need. Second, the rooms are lovely. I stayed in the 'Oak Room', which is filled with antique oak furniture and is perfect for one person. There is a chair for reading, a beautiful antique trunk that you can sit on use for your luggage and antique lamps, doilies and trinkets. There were two other guest rooms nearby, but I slept like a baby and never heard anyone else! The breakfast that John and Karen offer negates the need for lunch! You have a choice of Vegan, Vegetarian or the Meat and Dairy eaters breakfast, and everything they prepare is delicious! Finally, there are plenty of other things to do nearby-walking around the Lake, hiking, visiting the quaint Town of Elkhorn, attending concerts and, my favorite, antique fairs!! My long weekend at Ye Olde Manor House was so enjoyable and relaxing that it left me feeling as though I'd spent a week at a spa. Writing about it is making me feel the same way all over again. I can't wait to visit again!!!

“Can't wait to return next year” This is the second time that my friends and I stay at this property, and the experience was great on both occasions. Before our visit, the Prudential staff was very helpful with any help we required. The condo is in great condition as well as the furniture and appliances. The location, which is walking distance from the Lionshead gondola, is one of the property's main assets. One thing to keep in mind, is that the second bedroom is quite small and, in general, there isn't enough storage space for clothes and personal items. I think that this property for a single family with up to three kids.

“A great and fun place to stay” The house is spectacular. Very very well stocked and the manager Al made sure we had everything we needed and even came out a couple of times to quickly address any concerns we had. Very very close access to the beach and dock. Garage well stocked with water toys, chairs, fishing rods, etc. Everything you need. Abundant toiletries, towels, games and entertainment made for a very comfortable stay. Gift basket was a nice touch. Super easy checkout! We will definitely look to rent from again if we ever come back to the area, which we hope to do someday. Thanks!

“Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“Amazing Horse Property 10 Min from Beach” I traveled to the Ranch by The Sea with my family. We had a large group with age range from age 5 to 75 years of age. This is the perfect destination for any age. Bob the owner was a terrific host. He showed us everything we needed to know about how to use everything on the property. He also gave us suggestions of restaurants, bars, and best places to go to the beach which was very helpful since we were not familiar with the area. Anything we needed we just had to text or call him and he was available. There is plenty to do on the property no matter what age you are. There are many private rooms with tvs if you are just looking to relax and have some quite time. There are also many common areas to have fun with others to play pool, arcade games, ping pong etc and not disturb anyone else. There is a large patio with a fantastic view overlooking the pool and San Diego. Every evening around sunset you would see hot air balloons in the sky that would take off around Del Mar Race Track. There are also great sunsets to the west that fill the sky with vibrant orange and pink colors that everyone loved! Both the kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. There is a shallow end and a diving board so a little bit for everyone. There is plenty of seating by the pool to watch the kids or just lounge and kick back and sun tan. If you are a horse lover this property is a must. There are horses on property with a large riding arena. The owner gave both kids and adults very fun and informative riding lessons. He is very knowledgeable about horses and riding. He is fun but informative and safe all at the same time. So whether you are an experienced rider or first timer everyone can have a great time. The house is very large with many different bedrooms. It is great because you can have a large group but everyone can have piece and quite and their own space which we all thought was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the San Diego area. We definitely didn't want to leave and will be coming back soon to do it again.

“The Cottage at Tell Story Walk is amazing!!” Our stay here was the best! I cannot even begin to say how beautiful it is...not just the house but the grounds around the house. “Wow! Complete paradise! Can't wait to go back again... and again” This was our second time to the Lattice House and it was even more spectacular than the first time. Besides the house and property being absolutely gorgeous, the people are amazing (especially the house host, Ana!) and the wildlife and nature is second to none. Wether staying at the house or going on excursions, I can't imagine anyone not enjoying and living up every second. This time, the "lawn" and surrounding area was cleared out more and trails were marked. We headed down to the waterfall but beware, it is a little bit of a hike but completely worth it! We picked fruit from the orchard for fruit bowls for breakfast and spent as much time as we could in the infinity pool. Highly recommend waking up early with the howler monkeys in the morning. The animals are super active at this time and we even saw a family of wild boars on property. So awesome. Ana, the house host was the best. She was always readily accessible and answered all our questions and gave us the best recommendations. This is the best vacation we have ever been on (twice!) and can't wait to go back next year.

“The Cottage at West 1077 = August 2013” We have stayed in Bandera almost every year since 1997 and this accomodation was by far the best we've ever experienced. A delightful, beautifully appointed cottage in the edge of the Hill Country State Natural area and just a short drive from the centre of 'The Cowboy Capital of the World'. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, spacious lounge and even a well appointed kitchenette. The icing on the cake was the lovely porch complete with rocking chairs and table and chairs, perfect for watching the local wildlife and the sun set over the Hill Country. The owners, Mr & Mrs Kirchner, were really friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. They ensured the cottage was topped up with fresh towels and made sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. All in all, we say without hesitation that we have found our Bandera 'home from home' and will visit again (and again)whenever we can. Thank you Mr & Mrs Kirchner, for letting us stay at your wonderful cottage!

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Cozy house on the Niagara River” This house was fabulous for our weeklong stay. One of the most important things for me was that I was able to do my work. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The house was very comfortable and clean. The house is directly on the Niagara River in a quiet neighborhood and just across the street from The Riverstone Grill restaurant. We enjoyed eating at The Riverstone Grill twice during our stay. As long as I'm mentioning restaurants, we also ate at Dick and Jenny's on Grand Island and that was an excellent meal as well. The house has everything you need for your stay. Linens, extra blankets, towels, dishes, snacks, full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, toiletries, games, videos, and even a high chair. Glenn was always just a phone call away and was wonderful about helping us whenever we had questions.
