“Great cozy home away from home.” We stayed in the Orleans bungalo apartment on July 15-18. It felt like we were at home. The apartment had lots of character and charm. Loved sitting outside on the terrace watching the free entertainment across the street , was it called the ship wrecked bar? I especially loved beiing able to go to the back alley and washing clothes. (I hope it belonged to the cottages property, if not then oops!) We utilized the kitchen and the gas grill out back on the patio.Everything was great and this cottage had plenty of space for two families. We met my cousins from Texas in Flordia for a vaca. We drove from Oklahoma. The flat screens worked great. I have no complaints about this place. I just want to say to all you all snotty people leaving negative comments.... Quit complaining or find somewhere else to stay. What exactly do you think you are getting when you hear the word "cottages" it's not going to have a bell hop and a maid that cleans up your messes daily. Maybe some of you never lived in 100 year old homes and only used to a lavish lifestyle. Obviously you spent your time in doors. not us we were at the beach the majority of the day until almost 9pm every night. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a good 3 day stay for us despite the rainy weather. Yet we still had fun.

“Great time!!” This wonderful home was great for our Cape vacation! The home is beautiful and the owner's pride and love for their home shows throughout the property. The owners were excellent to work with, very professional and very responsive to inquiries. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. We appreciated all the amenities - inside and out, the huge rear deck was one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy the quiet area and the beautiful landscaping, we could even hear the waves at night. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shops and beaches and is centrally located to exploring anywhere on the Cape. We are looking forward to calling this our "home away from home" again!!!

“Awesome weekend!” The only thing wrong is that it went by too fast. Everything was very clean and stocked with everything! There was a huge snowstorm and everything was beautiful except the hot tub's cover froze! Can't fault mother nature! We'll definitely be back!!!

“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Lovely, spacious and thoughtfully stocked home” Kelly's Beach Retreat is a fantastic place. Steps from the beach, thoughtfully stocked, and with an inviting open kitchen and dining room. The place gets amazing light and is very relaxing. Glenn was great to work with as well. Our only note is that while the home is wonderful for families--and large ones at that!--parents of toddlers should note that there are a lot of steps that are very attractive to little climbers. Had we thought about it, we would have put a mini gate or something in the car with us.

“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

"Sand in my Shoes" Steps to Beach and minutes to Downtown

“Great Position, Great Condo, Great Place.” My Husband, 5yr old & I visited St Augustine for the first time & we stayed at Sand In My Shoes for a week to finish off our 3 week vacation. From arriving everyone was very helpful & welcoming, from the beaming smiles & waves from the guards who were manning the entrance to the very helpful staff at reception. On entering the condo there was a wonderful welcome basket from the owners with a some thoughtful necessities & instructions to help us settle in, which we were very gratefully for. The place itself was very clean & welcoming. The home is very spacious with comfy seating and great views over the large pond. The bedrooms are very spacious & everything was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The place is very well stocked & the owners have thought of everything possible to help make our stay as easy & enjoyable as possible. We visited the beach daily as its only a few mins walk to reach the most beautiful white sanded beach. & Although we visited in August the beach was quiet & we enjoyed the feeling of being on a nearly 'private; beach. St Augustine itself was a great place to visit with lots of local history. We had a wonderful time exploring the fort & pirate museum & strolling through the old town looking in all the little boutiques. My family & I have been visiting Florida every year for the last 15 years & we will definitely be returning to St Augustine sometime in the future as we found it to be the best seaside town we have had the pleasure of visiting in Florida so far. The next time we do visit St Augustine we will definitely return to Sand In My Shoes, & I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a stress free vacation in a beautiful, well stocked home by the beach, in a beautiful historic town.
