“Nice and Cozy” We had a great time during Spring Break 2014. We wanted to do something a little different with grandkids this year, and this Cottage was perfect. (We normally go to Gatlinburg) Cottage sits right on the river with the deck actually out over the river. Hot tub was well taken care of and located where we had a nice view of the river. We didn't realize we had scheduled opening day of trout fishing season, but we took advantage, and my son caught several nice fish right on the property. I enjoyed the fact that the cottage is a part of history, (Former Bat Cave Post Office), yet everything was updated with new fixtures and electronics. The beds slept great, and the grand kids loved the game room. Chimney Rock State Park and little downtown area are just a few minutes from the cottage on the same road. We were a little concerned about available dining close by, but were pleasantly surprised with the variety of options. Also used the available stainless Weber grill on the deck. I am certain we will return later in the summer. The owners were very nice, and made us feel like we were appreciated. Overall a very nice and relaxing vacation. (The massage chair was a bonus when I could get the kids out of it)

“Rest and Relaxation in the Mountains” Excellent Rental unit. Well appointed, with every amenity one could think of. The condo is impeccably clean. The pictures can only be faulted in that they don't do this place justice. We enjoyed the quiet of the mountains, with the accessibility of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park within minutes. Do not be daunted by the drive up the mountain, it is well paved, and streets are marked and are easy to read. Even at night, it was really quite simple. We were pleased with the small "extras" we found around the unit: menus for delivery restaurants, decks of cards, board games, DVD's, extra pillows, and plenty of guide books and tips. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to inquiries and booking. I would not hesitate to book this unit or suggest it to a friend. Thank you again!

“Home Away from Home Only Better” We love this house. It is so warm and cozy. As soon as you step in, you feel right at home. There is plenty of room and open space. The fireplace and living room are incredibly tranquil. There is plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space. The bathrooms are updated and nice and clean. I love the that you don't feel on top of one another. The decor is warm. The views are incredible. We can only imagine how it will be in the summer with the Lake. I can't wait to come back. “Perfect Heritage Experience” This home was absolutely perfect for our week at the Heritage. We had 8 guests total and there was plenty of space! 3 bathrooms worked great for our getting ready needs. Our favorite spot was the sunroom! Even though we had rain both evenings, we were able to enjoy the glassed-in sunroom. We just cracked the windows, turned on some low key music and listened to the rain. Because the sunroom is enclosed, we were able to enjoy normal volume of music and conversation without disturbing our neighbors. The location of this home was also pretty stellar. We weren't too far from the main gate (and grocery stores/liquor stores), and we weren't too far from the tournament course. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. We made a huge breakfast for our group one morning with ease. We would definitely stay here again.

“A great place to spend time with your family.” My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Seascapes. We were close to the beach and Coligny Plaza and the bike paths. The villa was nice and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was within a few steps from our door. My two teenage daughters enjoyed their stay as well. I definitely would come back and stay again.

“Great Vacation Experience” We loved pretty much everything. Beautiful island, nice and ample villa with appropriate equipment, great location directly at the lagoon - alligator included. Wonderful beach just a five minute walk away. We will always remember this amazing vacation experience!
