“Beautiful views!!” We spent the 4th of July here and the view of the fireworks alone was worth it! First, the property management company was a pleasure to work with. They were in constant contact with me prior to the stay and answered all of our questions. When we first arrived, the home was closed up (as it should be) and was quite warm. The desert rats that we are started looking for the AC. After all 4 adults attempted to get it going, we decided to call the management company. They informed us that there is no AC. Apparently in Tahoe, AC is not normally necessary, but we happened to be there during an abnormal heat wave. Once we were able to get all of the windows open, it cooled down. I will say that the bedrooms did get warm overnight even with all of the windows open and there was only one fan. The bedrooms have the sun hitting them during the day and the overall airflow didn't cool them much overnight. The only other 'complaint' that we had is that the kitchen could have been a little better stocked, but that was a minor detail. There are 3 bedrooms (none of which have a king bed) and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient and nicely decorated. We loved the layout of the condo. It was open and again, the views are totally worth it! We are definitely wanting to come back again and stay in this beautiful place.

“Just like home!” Great location. We came out for a wedding over the weekend and had a great time here. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with plenty of space for 6. Great location and easy access to the farmers market on ski run, close to the hotel & casino's, as well as our favorite burger spot (lucky beaver). We had a chance to meet Steve and he was very welcoming to his home. We thank Angel & Steve for opening their beautiful home to us and hope to stay here again in the future!

“Top of the World” We only stayed here 2 nights, but would have loved a longer visit. The house is in good shape and the views are spectacular, as advertised. Kitchen was fine, and master suite was very comfortable, with extra space for our 10-mo old to sleep in the (provided!) Pack-n-play. The baby items provided were a huge help, as we traveled by air. Suzannah was extremely attentive and responsive to my questions and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Location is great, but just expect a bit of a windy drive up and down to/from Incline Village. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because of a few very minor points of confusion related to garage parking (not available), changes to wifi, and having to take out the trash, but Suzannah kindly explained these things to me, or did her best to clarify any confusion. Older folks might like having a bedroom on the main floor, and there are no steps unless you use the upstairs master suite or sauna/workout room. I'd highly recommend this place to a friend. Would love to come back for a snowy or summertime visit.

“Snow Was a Problem” We had a problem, that the snow was not removed from the porch and steps. One of the guys staying finally cleared the snow, after waiting for someone to come out. When they did come out, they had to be told to salt the steps. Otherwise, everything was fine

“Vintage Lake Tahoe” The property was spacious. The kids enjoyed having access to the pier and small private beach area (it is walking distance, but you have to cross a very busy highway). If you are looking for a retro Tahoe experience - this house is for you - it must have been something in the day - the only room that appears to have been updated is the kitchen - and that appears to have been done on a small budget. Be aware that the home does not have air conditioning, although the evenings cooled off nicely, it was HOT in there! The master bedroom did have a wall a/c - so it was cooler than the other rooms upstairs. The basement and the decks were cool and were great places to hang out. The hot-tub and the black jack table are in very poor condition, so don't get too excited about either of those amenities. The grill was filthy - almost to the point we were going to skip using it but we opted to clean it up to avoid turning on the stove inside! Still waiting for my deposit back, so can't speak to that yet - but am optimistic that there will not be any issues related to that. We did have a problem with the sprinkler system not turning off -the property management company was very responsive. They were also responsive in getting us the code to access the private pier/beach area.

“Perfect Location and Cozy, Comfortable House” We really enjoyed our stay in Zephyr Cove. This is my first time renting a house on-line so I was a bit nervous. Would everything be as good as the pictures made it seem. Well, I've got to say I was pleasantly surprised and loved the house. It was very comfortable and a perfect location. Very private and very accessible to everything; beach, skiing, shopping, casinos. The ping pong table in the rec room was a great bonus and perfect for my kids who are in their early 20's. The house has everyting we needed to make our trip enjoyable. We would definitely come back again.
