“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“NICE” Good times!! The location is amazing - the beach is on the doorstep! This is a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool and wonderful hot tub. Ben (the owner) even let our dog stay. We'll visit again!

“Pet friendly beach view condo” The location is amazing -from a bar b que pit to the beach right at the door step!! Kitchen is fully stocked from non-stick pans to bake ware. All you need is food! Owner response quickly to text messages for all your needs. Most important our 4 legged family member was able to join us on vacation. YES, We'll visit again!!

“Wonderful place to stay in ROCKPORT for Memorial Day weekend” The condo was so comfortably furnished and clean with all necessary amenities and more...beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms pleasantly stocked - cooking was very easy. The pier across the street on the bay was so convenient for fishing and the little town was easy to move about with plenty of eateries and of course an HEB and Walmart for shopping for groceries and such. The owner was so gracious and accommodating and the newly tiled bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Wish we could have been there longer - to fish and just relax and enjoy the great views from the balcony. Excellent experience. Hope to stay here in this condo again.

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Highly recommended” Beautiful location, and the house was very clean & cozy. House has everything you need to make it feel like you are at home. Beautiful scenery form the back and front decks, and our kids enjoyed kayaking in the canal. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Nice but crowded.” The view is awesome. Right on the water. Beach very clean. We actually rode our bikes to dinner. Room was nice but a bit crowded even for 2 people. Bedroom needed air freshener. Bring your own pillows. Everything you need is there. My wife and I plan to use again.

“Great spur of the moment vacation” Oh this was an awesome vacation the room, view ,and amenities were out of this world!
