“one of the best vacations ever!!!” I stayed at this beach house over memorial weekend. This house was the perfect beach house with an amazing location and view. The house was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable staying there. it was a great weekend for my family and the kids had the best time playing in the ocean most of the day. Amber was very responsive to anything we needed and she made us feel very at home. I would highly recommend this house and I do plan on going back someday!

“Wonderful Place” We went as a family in the beginning of summer for a few days away. Everything was as described. The dining area was perfect to fit all of us together for a family dinner. The deck is perfect to sit and relax with a great view of lake. Everything you need for a BBQ was provided. The living room has a large fireplace , which we used even in the summer! The dock was a little bit of a walk, but well worth it. It is right on the lake with a table to sit and enjoy the lake. The owner was very accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely rent the place again! Very reasonable for a home so close to lake.

“Fun home, tons of room, gorgeous view of the lake!!!” Our family had a ball in your home this past weekend! The game tables were a hit with my kids!!! Waking up to that lakefront amazing beauty was one of my favorite parts!!! We all would gather down in the great room and admire the beauty and the pelicans and ducks!!! We all thought of how perfect this home would be in the summertime!!! The only thing I can say that may deter us from renting this home again is the lack of washer and dryer! My boys were in and out of the snow all day, and after the slopes you really want a dryer! I wore wet gloves on the second day, and the boys snow pants never really dried all the way! Just a small inconvienance but I wish I would have realized this before I booked!!! Also, having no wifi proved tough for my husband with work! Thankfully, McDonalds and Starbucks has free Wifi and we made trips there often! This is a spacious and comfortable home, and we thank you for such a memorable and great weekend!!!

“Awesome!!!” The photos lured us in... My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away right on the beach and got just that. Next time we'll bring the kids to do more exploring. The drive was very accessible from lax. This fabulous home is located at the northern end of PBH in Malibu (not as much traffic). Close to everything you want or need. The views from every window are either of the mountains or the ocean. The home itself was very clean & spacious. The furniture was oh so comfy. The best bed I have ever slept on!! Ms. Amber was a great host and will see to your every need. We'll be back!

“Great View” This was a super vacation for us. Spent most of our time on the front porch staring at the lake. Brought small dogs ... the fenced in back yard was great. Chain link fence with no spots to sneak out! Lots of room inside. Loved the view from kitchen and living room! Only cons were lots of ants in the kitchen and people turning around in the driveway (being on a dead end road). Saw 2 bald eagles and many blue heron. Having the dock right there was great!

“August in arizona Get away” The temperature was perfect getting away from the arizona heat! The two rentals together worked out great for our extended family. Everyone loved the location as they were located right on a small cove. The place was roomy, kind of worn, but exactly what we were looking for with our group.

“Lots of Fun” Excellent Home on the Lake. Kids enjoyed feeding the ducks! Adequate parking. House very clean and enjoyable. Recommend to put in a Larger TV. Stove is very old and should be replaced. But we managed to light the pilot for the owen. Bathrooms are nice. Washer and Dryers worked very well. Yes, we would rent again.
