“Fabulous Time” My husband and 23 year old son stayed in one of the upstairs apartments for about one week October 2012. Franco and Bozena were wonderful host and hostess. The farm and apartment are exactly as presented. Simple but clean, great views from each terrace, and kitchen well supplied. The pool was beautiful but a little too chilly to swim in October. Franco cooked a wonderful 'saffron' meal for us and a German couple who were also staying at the farm. Lots of wonderful day trips from the farm. We hope to return very soon!!

“Perfect views & comfort on Lake Como” Believe it or not, the photos don't do it justice -- the views and house are even more beautiful. It's also perfectly situated for visiting Bellagio, and all of the wonderful villas and towns nearby -- that is, if you can tear yourself away from the views. Monkia, the manager, was attentive and informative and warm -- the restaurant and touring recommendations were terrific. SO much nicer than staying in a hotel -- even if a hotel had THOSE VIEWS.

“Comfortable, homely and well placed.” The chalet had just finished building work so we were the first in! It is spacious, comfortable and a great place to relax after a hard days skiing. We have always stayed in Chatel, so abondance was merely a place we passed on the road. What a mistake. We grew to love abondance and even skied the local small pistes up the road. The chalet has been adorned with all the mod cons and the beds were especially comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed for our two families to eat well. The chalet is well situated, quietly laying back off the main square, but near enough for a quick walk to the local bars, restaurants and post office. All in all, a nice modern, relaxed place in a great location.

“Special experience” I have been invited by Carlo several times by now. The first time I went there I expected a beautiful home, since he had showed me some pictures. Nevertheless I was not prepared to the feeling of warmth, to the elegance and to the decor of the apartment (the building and the small garden are very nice too!). Bellagio is a most fascinating village with a unique view of lake, mountains and country hills. Cà Maria is a perfect setting to enjoy this miniature heaven from its balcony that overlooks a very quiet corner of the lake. We explored the area around, practiced sport, did shopping and went to good restaurants. In the evening or at mid day it was inviting to go back home and feel the breeze from the lake; to rest with a glass of wine on the balcony or to fall asleep on the magnificient king size bed made each end of the day perfect. Carlo is a charmig host and has the gift to make you fell welcome. Every stay had been special, I believe that the only downside of the place is to leave it.

“A DELIGHTFUL SETTING FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE” We found this beautifully maintained house, modern but in the French style, quiet yet perfectly situated for travel though South West France. We visited Carcasonne,Toulouse, Narbonne, Andorra, the Western Riviera, even Barcelona Spain, easily by car from there in a day, finding the Limoux house a delight to return to and relax in after sightseeing. Accomodation for families, or up to four couples, makes the house very affordable, yet it has the feeling of a very intimate and special place. Its small but private grounds, plus the scenery and many fine restaurants in Limoux itself, make it an ideal place for a holiday: one we intend to repeat just as soon as we can.

“Great house and surroundings in Badia Tedalda” We had a great time in this lovely located holiday house. A great swimming pool with a magnificant view. If you like a relaxed holiday this is the place. The lady who takes care of the house daily can also like to prepare a wonderfull dinner at the house. Reservation a few days in advance. “Serene time in Munster” Maison Bellevue was a great surprise for me! It is very central to the small town of Munster and the train station. It's ideal for people who want to escape the big city hustle and bustle but yet want to be able to commute to other places without difficulty. I found the apartment to be very satisfactory, everything I needed was catered for and found in my room including Wi-Fi! Access to my lodgings was unobtrusive and I could come and go at anytime of the day without interference. I did day trips to Strasbourg, Freiburg in Germany and Basel in Switzerland. The owners were specially helpful and give me very advice about things to do and the restaurants to try out. I love the tea room Chez annie, next to the the tourist office. I rented a bike just a few meters away from Bellevue apartments and went to explore the Munster Valley to Metzeral , I actually did it the lazy and put my bike on the train and rode down back to Munster , I stopped at the Clog maker in Breitenbach, the last in the area. I found that if you try to speak a little french , people are very helpful .

“Excellent villa in a beautiful location” We were three families holidaying in this wonderful villa with our children, ages 9-16. The kids loved the pool and us adults enjoyed soaking up the Umbrian sun in the well-maintained gardens. We explored the local area-Montepulciano, Isla Maggiore and Castiglione del Lago (market Wednesday am). We also did Siena on the train. Would have liked to have done more,but a week is not enough. Katia was such a welcoming host,nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much Katia, hope to see you in a year or two!
