“Excellent apartment and location” The listing description was accurate and we found the apartment to be clean and well furnished. It had great wi-fi and all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon as it was close to the train station and cable cars stops. Excellent sights and restaurants were within walking distances. Mario the owner provided tip top customer services and was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. Our group of 4 had an excellent stay in the apartment.

“Wonderful apartment” We stayed in the apartment in Oct 2013 for our holiday in Lisbon, and we couldn't be any happier. The location was superb, right in the middle of everything and the apartment is surrounded by shops, eateries, etc. It is also within walking distance to many attractions as well. The apartment itself is is good condition, clean, and sun-soaked bright in the day. We even got a vinho verde in the fridge upon check in. If we have to be picky, though, the bathrooms doesn't have exhaust systems which is a bit dissapointing but nothing much to dampen our great holiday in Lisbon. Would definitely stay here if we're back in Lisbon! Thanks Paulo!

“Perfect” Absolut perfect in any aspects. Exceptionally clean, fully equipped and everything worked in perfect order. Great location, close to everything. “Two weeks in Lisbon” For two weeks our family, which included two girls aged 25 & 22 enjoyed a wonderful experience. Our hosts Miguel and his sister Mafalda were absolutely perfect . Miguel was always prompt to reply to my endless email questions.Mafalda and her charming partner Francisco were totally amazing and greeted us upon arrival, walked us around the labyrinth of narrow streets to orientate ourselves, and even drove us to the fresh markets the next morning. We relaxed into the Lisbon way of life quickly, this meant walking everywhere, eating amazing Portuguese pastries, drinking superb wine, watching sunsets from a gorgeous hilltop cafe/ bar, eating very late. The girls enjoyed the bar atmosphere in the late evenings, and found it very safe compared to Sydney nightlife. Driving the narrow streets around the Lisbon centre was very hectic for us as the lanes were intensely narrow, only one way, and hectic, the car navigating device was the only saviour, but even then we did make many directional errors. Parking was available very close by and it was secure, undercover and 24 hours. Brilliant. We only used the car for day trips out of Lisbon, otherwise it would stay in the parking for over 24 hours, which was no problem, very inexpensive rates. Mafalda had even arranged for the cleaners to arrive half way through our stay. They were so efficient, ( even folded clothes). Our only complaint would have been that the beds were very firm, however,that could be a personal preference. We left wanting more time as there were so many things to enjoy.

“Beautiful, bright, spacious apartment in fantastic location” We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It is incredibly spacious with updated kitchen and bath. We loved how light and bright it was with a lovely view of the river and castle. Even though our flight had been delayed, Paulo was very accommodating about adjusting to our schedule. Would highly recommend this property!

“Cozy and confortable” This was our second stay at Olivier apartments. The place is very nice, clean, well furbished, everything works fine. The location is fantastic, lots of stores, cafes, restaurants at walking distance. Metro station also nearby. And an extra benefit: climbing the 88 steps to the 5th floor is a workout indeed!

“a paradise in almafa” the visit of Lisbon was enhanced by the experience of living inCristina's apartment. The first booking we had made was cancelled by the owner and in fact it was a blessing in disguise because the apartment we were lucky to find was perfect. The apartment is very well located with a view over the river Tagus which illuminated our stay but the immediate environment is still genuine but parts of the district have been renovated. Lots of nice restaurants in small picturesque streets..and at home everything is clean and well-organized. The place to be if you visit Lisbon..I recommend it warmly and will recommend it to my friends. Liliane Ruf

“A jewel in the heart of Lisbon!” Yet another wonderful Trip Advisor vacation find. This apartment in the heart of Lisbon's Chiado area is perfectly located near it all. We found it easily with a 20 minute cab ride from the airport and were met by Mario the property manager(easily reached via txt msg) who helped us into the apartment and up the three flights of stairs and explained in detail all of the features of the apartment. He even had a map highlighting where to buy groceries and some favorite nearby restaurants. The apartment was exactly as described. WIFI worked flawlessly. The apartment was filled with wonderful light and floor to ceiling windows, but could be darkened if needed. Kitchen was very well supplied with appliances and dishware. The entire apartment was super clean and comfortable. Great value. Train station is 5 minute walk, top rated restaurants all nearby, great shopping and everything Lisbon has to offer so very close. I highly recommend! Note: Photos posted taken with wide angle lens tend to make it look a little larger than it is, but nevertheless plenty of room.

“Excellent Location - Very Spacious” A group of 6 of us (3 newlywed couples) stayed in this unit for 3 nights in May 2015. The location was perfect, with Cais do Sodre station and market just a couple of blocks away, Pink Street just around the corner, restaurants/cafe downstairs, and a grocery store right across the street. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated, with 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a large kitchen with a dining area. The bed my husband and I slept in was comfortable, and although I haven't asked my friends about their beds, I didn't hear any complaints from them about the other rooms. All the appliances were in great working order and we were lucky to have the washer and dryer at our disposal. There were two bathrooms, one full and one 3/4, that came in handy since there were 6 of us. The only issue was that the hot water ran out after 4 people showered in the morning, so the other 2 were left with cold water. As the building is older, this was to be expected and we easily solved this by staggering the showers between morning and night. I cannot say enough good things about the hosts. They were so accommodating from our odd arrival time/late departure to all the recommendations given for sights to see, places to eat, fado bars, etc. They left a welcome bottle of wine for us too. The host was so gracious she even set up reservations for us at a local Goan (Indian) restaurant after we told her that one person in our party was particularly interested in trying a Goan restaurant while in Lisbon. That meal ended up being the best one during our trip, and the restaurant chef catered to us personally. What a lovely experience! Also, payment was easy as we made our deposit via paypal and paid the remainder of the amount due in cash upon arrival. I would stay here again if I end up taking another trip to Lisbon.
