“Owner Cares like no others” During the years I've Rented Condo's adjacent to this one, and was a bit surprised that I was emailed to directly contact owner for anything, as other times I would contact an Office that cares for a hand full of rentals in the area and not available after hours. as I walked in I took Pics of a dented Refrigerator door, missing foot pedal to trash can and other minor wear and tear feeling unsecured of what I was getting into. Turns out Temp Ac Control went out making home feel warm for a few hours, I gave time to see if it kicked back in, then called Mattye feeling a bit uncomfortable, but she was apologetic and easy to talk to and assured it will be dealt with the next day and I could tell she was a dedicated to service to her Guest. This is hard to find, a dedicated owner to your Vacation needs, as thoughtful as leaving coupons and attraction Brochures in a basket for us guest and going beyond like including her Netflix for our kids to enjoy, and leaving me a gift for what she thought was an inconvenience, even thought I was not to worried about AC Control anymore after it kicked in. For owners like these to move from Austin to Corpus, and throwing extras shows the thoughtfulness they have for their guest and you should not worry about them doing you wrong. Thx. Mattye and Husband I hope we cleaned up well after ourselves. lol

“Great location and confort” Confortable, well equiped kitchen and linen, nice compound. Recomended for family trips! Near atractions and shopping.

“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. And the check-in process was seamless. Everything from the workout facility to the swimming pool was amazing. This should be apart of everyone's Florida experience.

“Feels like home--but warm and sunny!” We traveled with family and were happy to be able to rent two units next door to each other (A201 & A202). We really loved the condos--the colors, furniture, and artwork really gave the units an island feel. The spacious units with cozy furnishings, comfortable beds, beach gear, well-stocked kitchen, and convenient location made our stay especially relaxing--just 10-15 min walk to shops, marketplace, and a-Bay beach. We cooked quite a bit, so the availability of olive oil, vinegars of all flavors, butter, spices, and other kitchen condiments and accoutrement's were especially appreciated. You even have the choice of brewed coffee or espresso! To save money and get more selection, rather than do most of our shopping at the Queen's marketplace, we stocked up at Costco in Kona and Foodland in Waimea. We contributed to the pantry and fridge by leaving goodies for the next visitors (just as the previous visitors had done). The 2nd floor was nice because we could keep the windows open to let the breeze through rather than use the air-conditioning. With the windows open, we were all up at 6am to the sound of squawking birds and noisy buses and trucks. Since we wanted to go running before it got too hot, the sound of birds in the morning was better than the buzzer of an alarm clock. Although we were surprised by the road noise (it was definitely enough to wake us up when the windows were open), it wasn't enough to discourage us from staying here. The other choice would be to stay on the golf course side of the building that doesn't have the sunset view and can get really windy). A202 is a bit larger (3 bathrooms) than a201, but both units had their own charm. 201 has brighter bedrooms and a bigger master bedroom, but 202 has a bigger patio table that easily seated 8 and a brighter kitchen. Last, but not least--Sylvia was a wonderful host!

“Halii Kai 12a was just like home...but better!” We stayed at Halii Kai Condo 12a for 12 days in September 2013. It was fabulous! We are well-seasoned travelers and would have to rate this stay in the top 5 we've ever had. The condo is like a home away from home. Peggy has everything you could possibly need including a fully stocked & well-equipped kitchen, coolers, games, beach towels, full drawer of Dvds for rainy days, Hawaii travel guides, etc. The location is fabulous with ocean views from the lanai just like in the pictures. The condo facility is quiet and well-maintained with a nice pool and small gym. Peggy herself was wonderful to deal with and was very attentive to our requests and needs. She asked us for recommendations or suggestions on how to improve and honestly, we just don't have any because she has already thought of everything. If you are looking for a condo stay in the Waikoloa area you should definitely stay here as you will not be disappointed!

“Fantastic Home, Fantastic area!!!” It was hard to leave our week at Sun and Strands and we can't wait to go back! The home is lovely, the views are fantastic, and the area has a great feel. But renting from Vida was the start of a great experience! She is the most wonderful host. She takes great pride in her beach house and sincerely wants people to have a great time and enjoy their vacation. The accommodations are as described: upscale and well put together. Everything we needed was there, from appliances to beach chairs. Everything was easy. The views (especially the sunsets) are spectacular. There is an easy walk to the main drag to grab a meal or coffee. The beach was a little further to walk to, but the funicular helps if you need it and once down there, it is one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to -- and I've been to many. The harbor is just a few minutes away and the drive to Disney wasn't bad either. We expected to have a great time, it was a vacation. But we didn't expect to fall in love with the area and visit a place to which we cannot wait to return. Thank you, Vida! We'll surely see you soon!

“Tranquility” The condo was clean, cool, safe and quiet. A real place of rest for my husband and I. Located adjacent to the walking trail of Carlin Park and close to the beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully furnished and made the stay one of pure comfort and no stress. Would recommend this condo experience to anyone.

“Grand Solmar is a dream for anyone considering a vacation in Cabo!” My husband and I traveled to Cabo San Lucas for a week stay in November . This was our third time to Cabo and our second time at Grand Solmar. We absolutely fell in love with Cabo after our first short visit (only 5 days). And earlier this year, in February, we came back and fell in love again. This time with Grand Solmar! And so here we were again 9 months later back for our third time in 2 years. Everything about our trip was fantastic. We rented a week from a timeshare owner at Grand Solmar, Ginnette Boucher. It couldn't have smoother. Ginette was a pleasure to work with. Setting everything up for us so that all we needed at check-in was a copy of our confirmation that she had sent to us. She also provided us with every bit of information that we could have possibly needed about the resort and also things to do and see while we were in Cabo. We couldn't thank her enough for making our stay at Grand Solmar the best ever! My husband and I are already planning our next trip to what is looking to become our new home away from home!

“This Penthouse Was Awesome!” I recently stayed one night here with a group of 8 friends and we had the time of our lives. Tim and his partner, Mike were very accommodating and made it extremely easy for us to get settled in. The views are breathtaking as you are truly at the highest point of view in Cancun. From the outside of the building, the hotel itself looked run down but the penthouse was nice and had plenty of room. We took a short bus ride for ten pesos a person downtown at night to party and had a blast. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and clean and the pool was enjoyable as well!
