“Relaxing and carefree” We had such a wonderful and memorable weekend. Very picturesque and ever so quiet when you're there mid season. There were wineries and breweries within a short driving distance, and the local restaurants are spot on. I would not suggest using GPS, it gets you in the vicinity but not to the right house. Thank goodness for pictures of the house. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, but bring your own trash bags and sandwich bags etc. The master bath and bed is very nice. We loved the bed so much that we are buying a mattress exactly like it because we slept so well. My only other suggestion would be to have the house ready for arrival. The house was cold, and the entry way was not swept, I picked up a few pieces of trash laying around on the driveway, but I am a Manager of a very nice Boutique Hotel so I notice these small things. All in all it was so lovely and I would definitely stay again.

“A great and fun place to stay” The house is spectacular. Very very well stocked and the manager Al made sure we had everything we needed and even came out a couple of times to quickly address any concerns we had. Very very close access to the beach and dock. Garage well stocked with water toys, chairs, fishing rods, etc. Everything you need. Abundant toiletries, towels, games and entertainment made for a very comfortable stay. Gift basket was a nice touch. Super easy checkout! We will definitely look to rent from again if we ever come back to the area, which we hope to do someday. Thanks!

“New River Ramble” This was a great time for the entire family. We attended the ASU football game, but until that time we enjoyed all the amenities of the home. The New River, the fire pit, the hot tub, the game room, the bicycles, etc. were enjoyed by everyone. This place has everything you could imagine you would need. We will be back! :)

“Home away from home” I own my own business, so any time away is especially precious. Kilkelly's West Wing Cottage was the perfect fit. Unlike the institutional feel of a hotel room, the West Wing is like a home away from home. Immediately, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept. The rooms were equipped with every possible item anyone would need, even a tea kettle and grill accessories for the gas grill. The commercial like ice maker was an unexpected surprise. They even provided a small cooler for day trips. Normally in a hotel room, I am loathe to touch anything and notice the dirt and traces of previous guests. Immediately you can see how clean and welcoming the West Wing is - I had no hesitation using any of the amenities. We are very picky travelers and the West Wing exceeded our expectations. The breakfast casserole was so good I even got the recipe! There are several televisions with satellite, DVD, Blue-Ray, etc - available but we never even turned them on. It was so relaxing enjoying the sunrise, sunset and mountain views, we had no need for the outside world. We would not hesitate to come back and highly recommend the West Wing! :)

“Amazing Horse Property 10 Min from Beach” I traveled to the Ranch by The Sea with my family. We had a large group with age range from age 5 to 75 years of age. This is the perfect destination for any age. Bob the owner was a terrific host. He showed us everything we needed to know about how to use everything on the property. He also gave us suggestions of restaurants, bars, and best places to go to the beach which was very helpful since we were not familiar with the area. Anything we needed we just had to text or call him and he was available. There is plenty to do on the property no matter what age you are. There are many private rooms with tvs if you are just looking to relax and have some quite time. There are also many common areas to have fun with others to play pool, arcade games, ping pong etc and not disturb anyone else. There is a large patio with a fantastic view overlooking the pool and San Diego. Every evening around sunset you would see hot air balloons in the sky that would take off around Del Mar Race Track. There are also great sunsets to the west that fill the sky with vibrant orange and pink colors that everyone loved! Both the kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. There is a shallow end and a diving board so a little bit for everyone. There is plenty of seating by the pool to watch the kids or just lounge and kick back and sun tan. If you are a horse lover this property is a must. There are horses on property with a large riding arena. The owner gave both kids and adults very fun and informative riding lessons. He is very knowledgeable about horses and riding. He is fun but informative and safe all at the same time. So whether you are an experienced rider or first timer everyone can have a great time. The house is very large with many different bedrooms. It is great because you can have a large group but everyone can have piece and quite and their own space which we all thought was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the San Diego area. We definitely didn't want to leave and will be coming back soon to do it again.

“Great place for a large group.” We had a large group and this house fit everyone. It was great having a washer & dryer for all of the towels. We also enjoyed having a pool. The house had everything you could possibly need plus it's a short walk to the beach.

“Fantastic place to stay in Poconos” Attention to detail was put in this house in every way! I rented this house for a guys golf trip from Friday through Sunday. There was 12 in our group and each person had a bed to sleep in. From the moment you walk in you are greated to a warm, inviting living room that opens up to an entertaining kitchen ( stainless steel appliances and marble counters) across from a huge wooden dining room table and lounge area. Exposed wooden beams give the home a comfortable feel as do the wood floors. The Sonos system is available throughout the house via small iPad's built into the wall ( sound quality was A+). Each bedroom has soft beds/pillows and linens and you can control the temperature per your liking. Bath towels were provided for everyone and the bathrooms are brand new with glass doors and tile floors. Off of the kitchen/dining room there is a huge outdoor deck with couches/ patio table/ coffee table for plenty. There are 2 BBQ's on deck, 1 charcoal, 1 gas. The best part of house besides the owners who are there for you throughout the booking process and while you stay is the huge indoor pool and jacuzzi. It's a big room with a bar and lounge area with a projection screen to watch/stream movies. Outside of the pool area is a large fire pit with Adirondak chairs to relax in. Mario, the owner was available through text and phone and replied back right away with any questions/concerns. Overall this was one of the best rentals I've experienced in close to a dozen times. I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my experience and would rent again in a second! Well worth the money.

“Loved our stay at the Summit” The Summit is a great get away. It is very private, being at the to of the mountain. The house is beautiful and very clean. It has everything that you need to make your stay pleasant. Everything in the house works. This was our second trip to the house. The owners are great people and a pleasure to work with. We have already rented for our next stay from the same people and will continue to do so as long as we need to rent a cabin.

“Perfect for a large family” This is house is fabulous, we had a group of 18 from ages 3-70 and everyone had an amazing time. The house if fully stocked with outside "everything" (pop-up, chairs, beach toys, water toys, masks, snorkles, water shoes....) you need for the beach, and then you go to the river side, and there are paddle boards and kayaks, and little beach with a fire pit, that made the 4th of July extra special. We saw a number of firework shows and made smores, hit will everyone in the group. This was the first time all 4 family's stayed in the same house, and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or get away from eachother if needed. The kitchen is also ready with plenty of pots, pans, spices, paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. We cooked all but one meal (kids wanted pizza delivered) for the large group with ease for the 5 days we were there. The washers and dryers also helped to make the trip perfect. Everyone was able to back light since we could wash and re-wear items, so no large suitcases needed for the trip.

“Fantastic weekend in lake arrowhead!” We had a wonderful time in arrowhead at this cabin with a group of friends. The house was huge, in wonderful shape, and the owners were on call as soon as we got there for any questions. The only issue we had was that the ipod hookup didn't work, but the owners were very attentive in helping us configure a different music system. Overall, awesome. Bring your own ipod speakers, and if it is snowing bring tire chains or they won't let you drive up (we had a few guests who got stuck). We would 100% go back to this house! Perfect weekend!

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

“The best of the best” I have been visiting and staying in rental places in Western NC for many years and the Kilkelly Cabin has no peer. The cabin is perfect and the views other worldly but the best part of the experience are the hosts. Joanie and Gary made sure our stay was more than we ever could have imagined. We celebrated my son's graduation from App St, my Mom's 80th birthday and Mother's Day all in one spectacular long weekend. It literally could not have been better. 5 stars are not nearly enough. “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!
