“We will definitiely visit this property again soon!” We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

“Better than a hotel” The villa is located in a nice,quite environment but close enough to Disney and to shopping opportunities. It is fully equipped with everything you would need, a lot of entertainment facilities are available. Too bad that the little children costumes in the closet wouldn't fit any of us. We very much enjoyed the calm environment after a long day spent in Disney World. Thanks for the pleasant experience hope we can return some times!

“Family Reunion 2012” When I was 9 yrs old my whole family went on a beach trip. It was great. I was able to play with my cousins. We cooked out, and enjoyed each others company. Great memories. Last year my grandmother wanted us to relive that memory but with a new generation. Our children are the same age and everyone was able to attend. The house was fantastic. Having the pool and hot tub was a life saver. It was so close to the grocery store that our cookouts were a breeze. We enjoyed the area greatly. We even were able to have a photographer to meet us and have pictures on the beach. My grandmother said it was the best time of her life. She is 83. Thank you for helping us to make such a wonderful memory for us.

“PERFECT FAMILY VILLA!” This villa is HUGE and gorgeous! We were traveling with a large family and with 7 bedrooms and 9 beds plus a crib in the master there is more than enough room for your whole family to enjoy a get away! There are 2 rooms located down stairs so if anyone is disabled they can use these rooms. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in private pool -with a bathroom entrance right off the pool area! We felt very safe in the community this villa is in and the area surrounding it. Champions Gate is a gorgeous little community with everything you need within 10 minutes. We were visiting Disney and found this villa a wonderful option to staying in the parks. It took us 15 minutes to get to any park and we always parked and loaded a tram quickly and went right to the door. I don't know why people have always convinced me staying of property would be such a hassle..it was no hassle at all! A lovely bonus to this villa was an ice cream truck driver lives right down the street and hits the neighborhood 2 times a day. The kids LOVED that! The home came with all the comforts needed to make us feel at home. Including pool toys, 2 high chairs, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, big beach towels, bath towels and rags, kitchen towels and all the cooking utensils and appliances needed for cooking meals. We did have a dilemma with an odd shape staircase that our child gate would not fit and a toddler but we just moved a couch to block the entry from the livingroom to the front area and that worked well. The home is tiled so it was easy to keep the floors clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were mixtures of full and flat to suit all preferences. The home smelled nice and did not have the mild moldy smell many FL homes can have from the high humidity in the area. The owners were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, helpful and prompt to answer my silly questions about where items in the house were and how to work locks etc We will for sure stay here the next time we visit orlando area. This villa felt like home and was hard to leave. It truly is so comfortable and I am a hard one to please! If you are reading this and considering this home...seriously do not continue your search. There is so much that can go wrong when renting homes on vacations. But this one does everything right!

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Great House to Rent” If you are looking for a house for a large group(we had 15), this was a fantastic house. It was well equipped with kitchen equipment, enough dishes, silverware, etc and had great serveware. We had our wedding on the beach right behind the house and held a mini reception on the back bottom deck for about 20 people. It was perfect, we even used some of the serveware and decorations for the wedding itself. The views in the morning were amazing to wake up to with all the windows in the living room. My only complaint is that the grill was disgusting and it did not work. It would have been nice to grill out, but I got over it. Sandbridge was a great company to work with. We arrived to a gift bag with some helpful information to make our stay great.

“Perfect spot for a winter retreat” Our group of friends wanted to do something different for the New Year holiday so we booked The Lodge. What a treat. Great house with the perfect layout for our entire group. Kitchen area was perfect area for all of us to gather at meal time. Tvs everywhere along with the pool table, fire place and hot tub gave everyone a place to have fun. Great view, perfect location. Only thing that could be better is if we came back during the summer. We'll be back for sure.

“Wonderful House with everything you need” Our family had a great time in this house had everything we needed. Not everyone came this time because of Hurricane Matthew their flights got canceled we were sad about that . It was great to come back from the parks and relax in the spa and pool , the weather really didn't affect this part of Florida so we had a great time . The house is close to restaurants and shopping and the parks so I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in a well maintained home .

“Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. We had the best holiday, largely due to the fact that out accommodation was worry free and great for the quiet days. Thanks to all involved and will definitely be coming again. “Great house shame it's next to the highway” Beautiful house Excellent facilities Check in was so easy and appreciated after a long flight from the UK The only 2 negatives I have to say about this house are: 1. The location. I wish it didn't look directly onto the highway 2. There is no outdoor balcony, probably because of point 1! We had a great holiday and really enjoyed out stay here

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Great week of sun, skiing and relaxing.” We stayed in the 1 bedroom Platinum Woods condo the first week of March. It started as just my husband and I, then my father decided to join us and after we booked the room, my mother also decided to come along. It was enough space for the 4 of us, although we were not in the room very much. The ammenities were very nice and for the most part, the condo was very well stocked with the utensils to cook about anything you wanted. There were a few little things that are definitly not deal breakers, just things that we noticed like: for the 4 of us, there was 1.5 rolls of toilet paper which did not last long, so that was trip to the store ; also, there were very few places to hang the towels in the bathroom, which doesnt seem like a big deal and probably sounds whiney, but the towels were always ending up on the floor or confused on whose was whose, and not many, so it seemed like we washed towels quite often and there was no laundry soap, so that was another trip to the store. Also, we were under the assumption that the shuttle was included in our stay, but it was $20 / day. We did participate in the timeshare presentation and they ended up waiving the fee of the shuttle. Most of the staff were great, but a couple were rude when we went to the front door for the shuttle to Deer Valley instead of going out the back, but we had no idea. The beds were ok, not the best sleep but far from the worst. We took advantage of the small deck to enjoy the sun. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. The restaurants were ok, mostly went to Park City at night. The ski valet service was excellent, although it would be great if the locker room and valet spot were a little closer, but again was a terrific service. The place is huge, but we quickly figured it out the way around. The shuttle service was very nice and the bus system around Park City was great and easy to get to and offered many great options for dinner and apres ski drinks. We hope to be back next year.

“What a great family vacation!” The house is everything we see in pictures and more! So cozy and spacious. It has everything you need. Its close to Disney parks and you need a car to get to most places, but that it`s not a problema in Orlando. There are restaurants and walmart and other stores nearby. It was definitely a good choice staying at the villa since we were a group of 14 with kids. It was nice to get home and make a meal and chill after a busy day hoping from park to park.

“Cheerleading Comp” We had a great time and the house was more then we could ask for. There was so much room the beds were all very comfortable . The house was clean it ready for our stay on time. The pool was clean large area to sit and relax. The rooms were large and had lots of room for your things. The area is very quiet and close to everything. I will for sure rent this home again in the future and would recommend to friends and family.

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! “Great Family Home” We stayed at Casa Saguaro for Thanksgiving week, 2016. There were two parents, two teenage boys and two grandmothers in our group. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and the bedroom configuration worked well for our family. We could have used one more full bath, or an outdoor shower for post-pool rinsing, but it wasn't too much of an issue. The pool area is fantastic and we used the pool and spa every day, as well as the outdoor dining table. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on a few nights. The location is pretty far from Central Scottsdale (Old Town), if that's where you plan to spend time, but it is in a gorgeous location where the desert is more lush, and there are quite a few shopping areas nearby, as well as Cave Creek and Carefree. All in all I really liked the location, especially if you plan to hike or bike as there are myriad places to do both nearby. We will definitely consider renting this house next time we are in Arizona!

“Relaxing with the family” Carolina Breeze is a great family environment. The beach is 100 yards away and the bay is a block away. We went to the amusement area which is within walking distance. We spent more time at the pool and in the hot tub which is delightful. The house is really in a great area.
