“Haven Del Mar review” There are too many words to describe the experience my family and I had while staying at this "home"! Awesome, excellent, peaceful, Fun, relaxing...I can go on and on. Mr. Bucher, made sure we had everything we could ever ask for on a vacation, making this the best one yet for me and my family! It's in close proximity to everything...clean, very nice area, with wonderful neighbors. Walk out the back door to a beautiful canal that leads right to Xanadu Beach...Simply amazing!!! Don't hesitate to take your family to a place this home won't let them forget!

“Great Family Vacation!” My husband and I traveled with a toddler and a baby, so there were many things for us to consider. This condo provided us with an opportunity to have a great vacation with our little ones! It is very new and clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen were absolutely indispensable when travelling with a family. Being able to prepare our own meals and not have to rely on the usual fare from the restaurants was a breeze in a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra clean linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All the little things you might find you need were also available (such as laundry facilities, iron/board, any cleaning supplies and even some Dvds to watch). The proximity to the beach made it very easy to come and go. We really didn't need to worry if we've forgotten something because going back to get it was not even an issue. The beach itself is absolutely perfect and the best thing - not at all crowded like the beach at the nearby resorts. The feeling of privacy and calm at Coral Beach made for a much more relaxing vacation. But if you do want some entertainment, it is just a quick walk away. We certainly found our spot and are already looking forward to coming back.

“Wonderful apartment and Car rental!” I highly recommend this lovely spacious duplex which is in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood in a quieter area of the island. The apartment has full kitchen,a wide variety of books, games and dvds, in addition to very stable wi-fi and loads of cable stations. It was wonderful to have a car to explore the island with. Our hosts Susan and Ricardo were so gracious. Our first night there Susan had prepared an amazing vegetarian meal for us - delicious and what a way to unwind from our trip there. Beaches are within a very short drive. Groceries and other stores close by also. No crazy crowded tourist areas to contend with yet a short distance from from Port Lucaya. Be sure to visit Fortune Beach and Banana Bay Restaurant for a fun afternoon. Both are just down the street from their apartment. We highly recommend the apartment for everyone from adventure seekers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway. You will enjoy your stay immensely.
