“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Excellent and perfect House for vacation.” this was my first experience and was the best, perfect area, all was close in case we need to buy something. The house was full equipped for everything you need and very clean. The state park pass was excellent, with access to a perfect beach. we had a very great and fun time with the family.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Very Good” Nice quite location. It is close to the theme parks and all the family attractions. My family is well pleased with the spacious home, The children and adults are taking full advantage of the pool throughout the entire day prior to leaving the house and upon our return.

“Harbor View Grande Suite # 707 Excellent 5 Star *****” A Big Thank you to the owners and Staff of 707. The accommodations where beyond our expectations. The décor was professionally done and the Suite was spotless upon arrival. The champagne was a special treat and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for our use was that extra touch. Harborview is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The balcony views from sunrise to sunset was truly magnificent. Highly recommend to all friends and relatives. Will definitely return. “Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! “A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Already ready to come back !” The house was amazing!We bring the kiddies every year for Spring Break & I’m so happy we decided to switch houses this year! It was so modern and updated. “Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Perfect Family Beach Vacation” This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our family's (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers) beach vacation! The private beach was just a few steps away and we made good use of the chairs, umbrellas, cooler, body boards, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. that were available. And everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. Maria, the owner, was very easy to work with and responded to all questions in a very timely manner! We hope a return trip is in our future!

“Outstanding Vacation Rental” Our extended family (22 people - 13A/9K) had a great week at Saddle Beach. The house was beautiful and in very good condition. The option of being in the pool or the river during the day was wonderful. The house was clean and well furnished. The dining room table and table on the porch provided plenty of seating for meals. There was plenty of hot water for showers and clean-up after meals. The pool was clean and the river was awesome, with a gradual slope that was perfect for kids and adults. We used the crab traps provided and caught 2 dozen crabs that made a great contribution to dinner on Friday. Crabbing was best by the dock. We caught all but 3 crabs there, rather than out closer to the middle of the river. The AC on the ground floor stopped working on Tuesday, but one call to the owner and the repair team was on-site in less than 2 hours. The issue was resolved before noon on Wednesday. We have been renting vacation properties for years and issues crop up from time to time. We appreciated the quick response and resolution. The one recommendation we will make is to bring bug spray (mosquitos and horse flies). We anticipated it being right on the river, but if you haven't had that experience, you need to be prepared.

“Good location, townhouse had everything we needed.” The townhouse was conveniently located for us. We went to Disney one day, downtown Orlando twice for Citrus Bowl events. We had a minor issue with what was referred to as "drain flys"... but it was quickly addressed. I would go back to this property.
