Bison Overlook Lodge on a 65 acre bison ranch

Maggie Valley log cabin

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“Awe Inspired!” The cabin was wonderful. The Bison feeding was so much fun ,one of the Alpha males had such an assured look in his eyes it was almost regal. The bison burgers were to die first! While in the hotbed which is really nice BTW, we looked up and the sky looked like God himself filled the entire sky thick with glitter that's how many stars there were. When my dog went out here came the grey mini pony and my dog licked it's nose, I think they wanted to elope....LOL The Mtn Goats & Liamas were fun as well. We couldn't remember the last time we were so relaxed. We love Bison Overlook Lodge & we will be back!

Jus Hi Enuff Exec Log Cabin in Maggie Valley NC

Maggie Valley log cabin

4 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms / sleeps 12

“Beautiful, extremely comfortable, would go back again!!!” My family and I stayed for 8 days and could not have asked for a more comfortable, clean well-built cabin to spend our vacation. The views were beautiful especially the sunrise in the morning over the deck. There were six of us, all adults, and the house was large enough that we all had our own space when needed. We were close to trout fishing, zip lining and water rafting. One of the things that stood out to me was the quality of the furnishings from the bedding, linens to all of the kitchen ware. The whole cabin has been decorated with taste and quality. My family enjoyed the hot tub every night. We grilled on the deck, made smores over the fire pit. It was truly a wonderful vacation that was made even more memorable by the cabin itself. I would definitely go back again and hope to!!!

Maggie Valley chalet

2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / sleeps 6

“Much needed rest and relaxation.” The chalet was a lovely, cozy get away, with an amazing view of the Smokey Mountains. Maggie Valley is close to many places, such as Cherokee and asheville. Waynesville is a quaint little town that everyone should visit. I would recommend Maggie Valley to anyone that would like a quiet, relaxing vacation. We were there after many of the Mom and Pop places were closed, but the ones we were able to visit were worth it. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We definitely will be returning to Maggie Valley and The Chalet in the Valley. Thank you Leisa Munce.

Maggie Valley log cabin

“Wonderful Home - Great Location!!!!” My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for 5 weeks from 5-19-14 to 6-23-14. We were totally satisfied with the home - very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has beautiful views. The location was perfect being only a quarter mile from the main road and in the center of all the exploring that we had planned. The owners were great to deal with, and handled any issues right away (we only had a couple minor issues during the entire 5 weeks). We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area - no need to look elsewhere.

CREEK 'N WOODS I-CREEK - HOT TUB - DECKS-SECLUDED - 5 STAR REVIEWS !!!

Maggie Valley log cabin

4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 9

“Multi use - Motorcycle & family get togehter” OK where do I start ? this is a great place to stay no matter the circumstances. However, I do want to focus on the motorcycle traveler. The owners were extremely quick to respond and very helpful in explaining the driveway situation (in the mountains traveling with a motorcycle or like us a motorcycle small trailer and large pick up truck can be an issue.) Drive thru really? it was Perfect!!! The area is supreme...blue ridge, several routed day rides and of course the infamous "Motorcycle of Time" museum, interesting for all. We were lucky enough to meet family who traveled from Charlotte, NC the kids had a great time. The home is extremely comfy and the porch is to die for. Bring some vittles cause you won't need anything, else this is the most well equipped place I have ever stayed in! Thanks so much!!! These owners take great pride in their ownership, I would love too see there other properties some day.

CREEK 'N WOODS II-CREEK - LOTS OF DECKS - HOT TUB - SECLUDE & 5 STAR REVIEWS !!!

Maggie Valley log cabin

4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 9

“Wonderful home base for our Motorcyle adventures in the Smokies” Tom and Sue were most helpful from the pre start of the trip to our leaving this beautiful mountain side cabin. Having rented several houses in the past across the US and Canada I can adamantly speak to the quality of the cabin and the helpfulness of the owners. I sent an email in January enquiring about the cabin and received a phone call back from Tom immediately. (Saturday Night)! Sue actually did some grocery shopping for our arrival as we travelled by Motorcycle's. They actually gave us a birthday cake as 2 of our group had a birthday that week! Tom dropped off a bucket and towels so we could keep the Harleys shined up... The cabin had all the amenities that were required during our week in the Valley..and all three couples were extremely impressed with the amenities and quality of the cabin. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day of riding adventures along the twists and turns of North Carolina and Tennessee great roads....all Motorcycle enthusiasts must go to Magee V. and the Smokies and see for yourself the beauty of this part of the USA. Great Restaurants are also available near by ...we enjoyed Frankie's so much we dined there twice. This was our 4th trip to MV on Motorcycles and not our last..... Regards from Canada Great Job! Gord Nancy John Kelly Pat and Rick thanks again!

“Great summer getaway!” We had an amazing time in Maggie Valley! The house was very, very clean and perfectly decorated for a mountain cabin. The beds were extra comfy, and hearing the creek from the porch was so relaxing! It was a haul to get to this cabin up some long country roads, but it's well worth it for the privacy. We put the grill to good use! Can't wait to go back!

“In a Word-fabulous!” We spent a wonderful weekend at this mountain lodge in late March. While not inexpensive, the facilities were to-quality and the working fireplace on the back deck--with its beautiful view of the mountains and early morning fog--were spectacular. The hiking was also great fun and easy to access. We will be back. It is essentially in the head of no place, which makes it all the better to feel like you've had a real get-away.

Moonlit Chalet at the Preservation Stay

Asheville house

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Wonderful historic home, beautifully decorated and spacious enough to host many guests.” It was a dream come true to stay in a historical home. The property was tastefully decorated and maintained the feel from an earlier era, but yet had all of the modern conveniences we enjoy today. It was a joy to wind up the driveway each day line by the rock wall to the spacious home that awaited us. The nights were cool enough to doze of to sleep each evening by the warmth of the fire place. And the accommodations and rooms were ample enough to have family and friends as overnight guest without feeling squeezed for space. Further, we hosted several more guests for multiple dinners with ease. The spacious home provides inviting places inside and out for parties to dine and recline. The owner of the home Julie has thought of everything. Can't wait to return.

“We had a very memorable and enjoyable vacation in this cabin!” We just got home from our vacation, and it was great. It's beautiful up there; the cabin is fully equipped, and sooo comfortable! I will definitely recommend it to my friends. It is so worth the five hours driving time. Our five year old grandson enjoyed it very much too. The owner was right; it is a "little piece of heaven", and you just can't get enough! Also, reserving the cabin and the transactions went smoothly, so everything from start to finish was very acceptable.
