“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Tropical Retreat” We loved our stay at Condominios Chaman! It was so green and lush because you are surrounded by jungle! Hazel the property manager was very attentive and helpful with anything we needed. The property was gated and we felt very safe, even with our two 13 yr old boys staying in a separate unit. The pool was wonderful, everything was very clean, the king bed in our unit was very comfortable, the living area spacious enough and the kitchen was adaquate for lots of cooking. We switched out tables and the four of us loved eating on the patio. Great location, restaurants close by, less than 10 minute drive to the beach or Quepos. “Relaxing Paradise” The condo was immaculate and very warm and inviting. Location was convenient, though the neighborhood a little sketchy.

“excellent!” It was your own one bedroom apt in the jungle. It had a full kitchen, bathroom, and a linai. It had a tv and telephone. Out side there was a pool and clothes line. The owner Hazel was nice and upon arrival gave us info we would need for our stay. Location: bus stop at end of block, near Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park.

“Room with a View” This place offers a spectacular view of the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. It is perfect for short stays (Kate & I spent 4 nights). Don't try to use the washer/dryer without the handbook or some command of Spanish, but do take part in 'Taco Tuesday' at the San Clemente Bar & Grill in Dominical Village. Jane & Ryan have a treasure in their caretaker, Edwin. While we don't often return to places we visit (after all, there are so many places to see) we would make an exception for this 'laid back' paradise... and 'Taco Tuesday'. Cheers, steve o

“Paradise - six hours from Los angeles” We are glad that Beach House # 3 in Quepos, Costa Rica was our last stop before returning to Los angeles after our tour of South america. It was the perfect way to finish our travel adventures on a high note. The Beach House is run with utmost care and professionalism keeping the comfort of the traveler in mind. We were a group of 6 (3 couples) spent 5 days - in what could be aptly described as Paradise. Beach Villa # 3 is well equipped and sleeps 8 people with no problem. The rooms are very comfortable,and brings in a lot of light. We wake up to the chirping of birds every morning. When you step downstairs for coffee seated by the pool surrounded by thick lush green foliage - expect the 'white faced' monkeys to visit you. Daily the garden is tended and the pool is cleaned and there is maid service to wash our clothes daily. The beach is about fifty yards from the swimming pool - but is well camouflaged by foliage and gives you absolute privacy. When you are on the beach you cannot see the Villa - such is the masterful vision of the architect who designed Villa # 3. There are several activities around the Beach House and Susan, the concierge will take care of everything.We visited Manuel antonio National Park,did one of the most exciting Zip Lining adventure with 16 stations, a boat trip to visit a coral garden - all arranged by Susan, our concierge. The chefs in our group decided to by pass the gourmet chefs who were available on call and cooked up a seafood feast comprising of squid, prawns and fish - all freshly caught. Thanks to the well stocked kitchen and the crockery and cutlery, it made the feast all the more enjoyable. Four of us who live in North america - originally from the tropical island paradise of Sri Lanka have now found a nearby exotic private beach to spend our vacations close to Los angeles where we now live.

“Exhilarating” The property manager, Alex, met us at the airport and took us to the home, carried our luggage in and made sure we were comfortable. The house is beautiful, with a spacious deck and dipping pool, surrounded by the natural beauty (sights and sounds) of the jungle. We felt very safe because of the 24-hour security guard at the gate. The "wildlife", however, gave us a few starts! Once we got used to the Jurassic Park sized insects and bullfrogs, we settled in and were very happy. We were close to Dominical beach and not too far from Manuel antonio Park to visit daily. We loved the zipline experience the best. This is a great place to stay if you want to be secluded from the entire world, and yet close enough to go visit places. I would recommend it for those who love nature, or just want to be away from it all!

“Best Vacation ever!” This home could not have been more perfect for our stay. We arrived January 15, 2014 at 10:30 pm and after a long day of travel (came from Oregon) we were ready to get some sleep. Susan, who runs the rental of this home, was waiting for us at the house with all smiles. She had turned on the lights and aC in everyone's bedroom so we would all be comfortable. She even offered to go to the grocery store so we would have food for breakfast waiting at the house since our arrival was so late. Susan took the time to walk us through the whole property and explained how everything worked which was very helpful because it is a big space. She had our tour menu laid out and all the important phone numbers easily accessible (including her personal cell phone) in case we needed anything. The house was simply amazing. Everything we could have wanted was in the kitchen to cook with. The beds were super comfy (not like a typical hotel) and the grounds were kept so well. The pool was always sparkling clean, laundry service was a huge help, and the wildlife was unbelievable! We saw more wildlife while lounging poolside then we did on our trip to the National Park! I highly recommend this house. It was so amazing, of our 10 day stay, we didn't leave the place 3 of the days. The pool overlooks the ocean/sunset and is private. Needless to say, nobody wanted to leave this paradise and we are already talking about when we can get back to Casa Colibri!

“Great location for a large group and the view can't be beat” My family of ten loved this house - everyone had their own space and everything was very comfortable. Larry the owner was very nice, Kenya the housekeeper was awesome and Freddy helped us book taxis and tours to ensure we had a great time. Monkeys were around the property multiple times (big bonus) and we woke to birds every day. The view was simply stunning - even when it rained. My only suggestion for travelers is if you have anyone with mobility issues in your group you should rent a car or hire a driver because the hill to the property is a little steep (bus stop is as the top of the hill).
