“Perfect!” My sister and I stayed in Unit 1 and had a fabulous time. We were pleasantly surprised at how nicely furnished, roomy, and well maintained it was. The kitchen is large and has everything needed for preparing meals. It is perfectly located right on Circuit Avenue, and is a short walk down to the harbor. We especially enjoyed the large balcony facing the street. Although it's located right above Sharkey's Restaurant, we hardly heard any noise. The owner and caretaker were very accessible if we needed anything. We can't wait to stay again next year.

“Beautiful home in the most perfect location.” This was the best vacation rental experience I've ever had. The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and in a perfect location that was close enough to downtime Edgartown, but far enough for tranquility and privacy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and outdoor shower were impeccably clean. The kitchen included everything we needed to cook our own meals, and it was all well organized and easy to find. I was unnecessarily concerned over not having air conditioning, but this entire home stayed comfortably cool through an otherwise grueling east coast heat wave! We slept like babies. The proximity of the home to Morning Glory Farms was a real treat. We walked to the farm every morning for coffee and pastries. Going out to eat in Edgartown was a short bike ride (or pleasant walk), which was perfect to avoid the challenges of finding a parking spot. On another note, the real estate agency was a pleasure to work with. The arrangement of the lease was easily coordinated via email and us mail. We picked up and dropped off the keys without a hitch and were extremely grateful for the agent and landlord follow up, after our stay was complete. I hope to rent this property again next summer.

“lovely, older vacation home with amazing view” We haved stayed in this vacation home twice. It is set up very well for a couple and several children or guests. There are lovely views of Edgartown harbor, and Chappy is of course away from the hustle and bustle of the Vineyard "towns". THe kitchen and bathroom are somewhat older but everything works perfectly well. There is a tennis court that is shared among neighbors. Our second summer unfortunately there were several days with bothersome mosquitos around the house. This was not a problem our first summer. We would still stay here again.

“Great home + Great location = Great time” The property was excellent - everything was as advertised and worked fine. We had a couple of minor issues and Sandcastle Realty resolved both w/in a couple of hours. The location was about a mile out of Edgartown and two miles to South Beach. Our party primarily used bicycles for transportation so we had no parking hassles. Worked out great. The owners even followed up w/ a nice thank you note - classy people.
