“Peace & Tranquility” I have stayed here 4+ times, and I come home relaxed and rejuvenated. It's centrally located in the middle of the western cape, the sunsets are perfect, we usually have meals out on the expansive deck, we bring our kayaks, watch the shipping entering the canal, walk/run/bike the canal path(both sides), cook or grill fresh seafood from local stores, enjoy the wine tastings at the Belfry, jump over to the vineyard for the day, and did I mention the sunsets? The home is roomy, light and airy, plenty of parking, just perfect for us.

“Great time!!” This wonderful home was great for our Cape vacation! The home is beautiful and the owner's pride and love for their home shows throughout the property. The owners were excellent to work with, very professional and very responsive to inquiries. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. We appreciated all the amenities - inside and out, the huge rear deck was one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy the quiet area and the beautiful landscaping, we could even hear the waves at night. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shops and beaches and is centrally located to exploring anywhere on the Cape. We are looking forward to calling this our "home away from home" again!!!

“Great place for a family vacation!” The house and grounds are great. Close to the beach, restaurants and fun things for kids to do on a rainy day - or a day when it is too hot for the beach. House is perfect for a large family - plenty of rooms and the wrap around porch is wonderful! The owners are always doing something every year to make your stay nicer - this year new kitchen appliances! This is truly a family retreat. We have been renting with Martha Murray Rentals since 1992 and wouldn't go to anyone else - they listen to what you want/need and always find the perfect summer rental!

“Roomy, inside and out” Wonderfully large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom for a small Cape cottage. Yard is big enough for some really run-around good-time games. Washer and dryer in basement work well, porch is nice and airy and house is decorated supercute. all-in-all, one of the best cottages i have stayed in and the price was great.

“Heaven away from home” Love this house, our 2nd year here. The house is perfect for our two families or adults and 4- 20 somethings. Everything you need is here (except linens than can be rented from auntie Vi's)which makes life easy to come off of the private beach for lunch or dinner. Great restaurants nearby (walking distance) including the Ocean House and the Oyster Company and of course never skip Sundae School for dessert. My only complaint is that the seaweed needs to be raked and the beach is not marked as private so people from the public beach adjacent come over to the beach.
