“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Perfect localtion and great house with a perfect pool.” I'm a rookie at time sharing, but the owner helped me all the way. We saved money by staying here instead of inside Disney. The location was only 10 to 15 minutes for all of the Parks.

“Home away from home” This was our 4th year at Pinnacle Port and our favorite unit to date. The location is wonderful for families. Our total group ranged from 76-3 years. Proximity to the beach and pools is very convenient. This condo was very comfortable. I am sad to see it is not available for our usual dates next year, or we would be reserving it right away.

“Fantastic location!” I could not ask for a better location for a quiet family vacation. Unlike Clearwater, this was a relaxed, uncrowded beach. Great shells to fin and sunsets to see. Unit is right on the water, facing the ocean. It has a huge window to gaze at the water through. The interior is not exactly updated, but if you are here for the beach then that should not matter. Nice unit layout with lots of seating for watching TV and dining. Laundry is right outside your door. Unit has lots of books if you forgot yours and even some coloring books for the kiddos. We were surprised to see tons of beach toys and some beach chairs as well. If you are looking to walk to night life, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking to step out of the condo onto the pristine beach, this is definitely the unit for you! When they say the keybox is by the elevator/fence, they mean attached to the fence, laying on the ground like a realtor keybox. We couldn't find them at first because we were expecting a large box on the wall or something. Very nice stay!!!
