Dos Rios RV Park
Diamond in the Rough

Most people will read "RV Park" and scroll past it. This wonderful area actually has 2 private cabins for those looking to get away and lost in nature but don't have a mobile hotel room to take along. Extremely convenient with all the amenities that were inside. My husband and I brought along our Teenager and 4year old. It was a very last minute trip and we got lucky with a cancellation for the smaller cabin. Although the cabin was meant for 2 people the owner and the park managers were gracious enough to allow us 4 people in the cabin with no extra charge. We were still able to comfortably sleep all 4 with a few improvises. Next time we'll buy an air mattress! The Cabin had everything we needed inside, as well as what we wanted outside! It was only about 100ft away from the Llano river, that is easily accessible with it's private entry! We didn't have a Kayak which would have been perfect for the river, but we brought along a SUP Board (Stand up Paddle Board) and had a BLAST! It was definately a challenge but worth it once we saw the amazing view and the limestone walls that we eventually climbed up and ventured on. I recommend this place for COUPLEs as well as FOR FAMILIES! Not to mention the Park managers Dan and Ashley were very informative, friendly and helpful! We're definitely coming back!see more
