“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Loved it!!!!” Would definitely stay here again in future!! Our room was wonderful and just a few steps from beach and pool area. Only con of trip water is still a little cold in April but once you get in it feels nice and refreshing. There is a free beach umbrella and chairs with our rental and we loved it we didn't have to lug all of our beach stuff down. We are also really close to shops and grocery stores. Whole family loved it!!

“Great location, beautiful views, and nice accomodations” We had a nice stay here at the Ariel Dunes II. The location is great! It is convenient to the beach (a short, but nice walk), and there are also a couple of good beach-side restaurants nearby. There's also a good grocery store nearby within a very short drive, as well as many other shopping possibilities a traveler might need. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated with contemporary furnishings and was quite comfortable. I, for one, appreciate places near the beach that are not decked out with peach and teal walls or seashell sculptures from the eighties. :) The view was also quite nice from the balcony and I spent some nice mornings out there having breakfast while soaking in the sights and sounds of summer.

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Nice cottage atmosphere” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay for the month of March 2015 and have already booked my stay for next year! The place was just as advertised, I loved the decor it really had a beach cottage feel to it, nice and cozy. I couldn't help but notice the prior review and have to totally disagree with it. The only insects I saw inside were a fly and a small dragon fly that I let in by keeping the front door propped open from time to time. The place was clean, towels and linens were just fine, granted the towels weren't of the heavy super plush monogrammed type you'd expect if staying at the Hilton! Pete H.

“Great Condo!!” We recently stayed here for our family vacation. It was the perfect amount of room for my husband and I with all 4 kids! Our girls loved the bunk room. The Master bedroom bed is one of the most comfortable my husband and I have ever slept in!!! It is also close to all attractions. The beach is a pretty good distance when your carrying things needed for six people. My only concern was the lock on the door. There was no way to lock it from the inside and it was easily opened by our 20 month old. It definitely kept this Mom on her toes! Overall, my family had a fabulous time in a wonderfully decorated condo! We felt at home and will definitely try to stay again.

“Wonderful condo with an incredible view!” I was very impressed with this condo! Beautiful view of the beach and only a short walk to get there. Lots of good restaurants around and great amenities in the unit. Would definitely rent this condo again if I'm ever in the area!
