“Great view of lake” This was a great place for my elderly dad to spend a week on the lake. The covered patio is fantastic for watching lake activity when you don't want to be on the dock. This is a very pretty area if you are looking for a quiet time away.

“Relax, and unwind!!” My family enjoyed there stay and felt at home. The home was very clean and well kept! The neighbors, and everyone we encountered in this gated community were were very friendly! The Private beach was nice, as well as the indoor pool! If we visit Myrtle Beach again I would love to stay there again!!

“Pennsylvania and Nebraska Friends Meet in Branson” This place was fantastic! Easy entry for my husband's recent knee replacement, and once inside he enjoyed the step-in shower in the guest room. The condo was very inviting and made us feel as though we were at home! The owners provided many of the extras that you would normally have to bring. (Soap, paper towels, napkins, laundry soap, dryer sheets and many more items!) They have toys/games for children, movies for young and old. Thanks Sandy and Gene!

“Awesome ❤️❤️❤️” First of al I like to thank Amanda for quick response to my inquiry and also for Flipkey. This property at Davenport is amazing it was clean which is the most important, the bedrooms , bathrooms, the showers the kitchen, I'm a medical person so these things are important to me, very beautiful property near the gate and pool, spacious, complete kitchen needs, extra toiletries which we were not expecting so we brought our own before we came, they have extra towels, my family and I were very pleased and Linda who is the property rep responded to all the.calls we did. And NO Bedbugs which was my major concern. And the receptionist at the front desk of Regal Palms were courteous and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property. If I will booked another vacation I will surely comeback to this property.

“Comfort of home - epitome of a "getaway"” I would highly reccomend this cabin. It has ALL the emmenities a cityslicker family like ours could dream of, while being immeresed in a secluded (but not eerily so) woodsy location. Throughout or stay, I felt as though our family were guests in a friend's home. Everything was updated, fully-functional and all around top-notch. House was quite large - so large that our family of four regreted not bringing grandma along to hang out w/ the kids so mom & dad could have some grown-up hiking adventures. I can't wait to come visit again.

“Fantastic!” This villa was a great place to stay! Close to Disney parks! You do need a car to get around but everything you need is within a short driving distance. It was awesome! The home itself was clean and well maintained. It was great having a private pool to come back to after we went to the park. We would stay again!

“Panama City Beach on the Beach” We stayed the first week of april 2014 on the 9th floor and enjoyed everyday...We had great weather and the views are spectacular from the Condo...the beach is soft white sand and the water is clear...The bedrooms are comfortable and clean...something not listed is three bathrooms...also the restaurants we ate at were fantastic and not very expensive, it helps to get the coupon books available at the visitors center too, also the owner was very helpful by email...Enjoy

“Great house for all ages! Beautiful, private, and clean!” Clean! Great amenities, beautiful setting tucked in the woods but easy to get to. The owner is easy to work with quick to answer and i was impressed with the organization of the house and how clean it was! Feels very comfortable! deck is accessible and private. The house is set up petfect with a main floor and a finished area downstairs perfect for kids to hang out in. Stayed here with three grown kids ages 19 to 21. They immediately started playing ping pong! I loved hearing them laugh and enjoyed a relaxing Friday night. Saturday was 70 degrees so we went to the town of Jim Thorpe not too far away.... about 20 minutes. The town is quaint and beautiful and everyone is friendly. We ate at a breakfast diner East Mauch Chunk Eatery. Highly recommended! Hiked at Glen Onoko then went to walk broad street to shop. The kids said the town reminds them of the setting for Twilighy. Temps dropped that night and it snowed a bit... so snow tubing on Sunday! I would definitely rent again and go back to see Boulder Field and for more hiking and sightseeing! Thank you Kerry and family for a great home for our Pocono stay.

“Sun and serenity” EEXCEPTIONALLY clean, comfortable, condo on the 9th. Floor. Quiet, lovely ocean view. Beverly responded immediately to my last minute request to book.

“Would recommend this Condo to anyone!” The service in getting our reservation booked was great...directions were very plain and easy to follow...clean and well cared for property inside and out...the location was easy to find, very quiet and great parking...roomy condo with everything you need for your vacation stay!

“Table rock lake July 4 vacation” It was absolutely wonderful! The accommodations and weather were just what we were hoping for. The unit had everything we needed and more along with the complex--very pleased. Would definitely stay there again.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Perfect vacation destination!” I had such a wonderful time on Sanibel. This condo is wonderful...comfortable,clean,roomy and well decorated.It has a great layout if your going with your family or sharing it with other couples. Sanible is now one of my favorite vacations. Whether you're interested in something adventurous, slow paced or just scenic, this area offers a wide variety of activities besides great shelling. We will definitely stay at this condo for many vacations in the future

“Best vacation ever” My husband and I stayed at 307 Pelicans Landing and it was the best time we have ever had at Myrtle Beach. We have stayed many places through out the years and by far this was the best place we have stayed. It is so close to Restaurant row, Barefoot Landing and Tangier outlets. The condo was immaculate and the owner Melissa is the best!! It was the most relaxing vacation!! We have already booked another stay for next year.
