“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Great condo, Great Location!” Great condo, great location! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently returned home from a 10 day stay at Papakea G-407! I wish I could have stayed forever! The condo is in a great location convenient to several gorgeous beaches and a short drive to Lahaina town. We had all the conveniences needed to prepare meals in and enjoyed dinner on the lanai several evenings with a beautiful sunset! Anne provided a great deal of information on the area as well as helpful hints for shopping, sightseeing, etc. The grounds at Papakea are absolutely beautiful! There are two great pools as well as two large jacuzzis. We will definitely return to this condo on our next visit to beautiful Maui! Thank you, Anne and Wes for sharing your home with us! “Wonderful accommodations” We stayed at Jean's condo for 2 weeks in Feb/March 2014. The condo was outstanding on the quiet end of Kihei Rd. This is a very nice condo with an island color scheme. The furnishings were comfortable both inside and on the lanai. There is air conditioning but you can get a nice breeze moving if you use the ceiling fans and keep the windows open. Everything was there for our use. The only thing you need to bring is a change of clothes, perishable groceries and a toothbrush. The cupboards were well stocked with almost everything imaginable including aloe vera for my husbands nasty sunburn. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a great advantage. The laundry detergent & fabric softener were provided. The kitchen has all kinds of stuff you might need including a mix master, food processor etc. We have made several trips to Maui and have never stayed somewhere that was so well stocked. The condo was very well cleaned without a speck of dust anywhere. The floors shined. The gardeners are meticulous. Not a single blade of grass was out of place. The area around the pool has several bbq's and an outdoor kitchen. The pool and hot tub were nice and didn't have excessive chemicals used. Jean was very attentive to our needs. She answered phone calls and replied to all emails within minutes. She provided a lovely gift basket for us filled with coffee, potato chips, chocolates plus other goodies. She has a book of information in the condo with recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. I would highly recommend this condo for anybody that needs a two bedroom. I wish there was a way to leave more than 5 stars because this place is a 10. Thank you again Jean for sharing your lovely condo with us. I cannot wait to go back. We will most certainly rent from you again on our next trip.

“In the Top 3!” We have been coming to Maui for over 30 years. In that time, we have stayed in many different condos and Ohanas(private cottages). This unit was definitely in our top 3. The location was perfect! We could easily walk out our door to grocery stores & post office or restaurants. The unit was a little more spacious than most. They have upgraded the kitchen & bathroom, doing an excellent job on the nice big shower. Being located on the ground floor, with a spacious lanai, & near the BBQs, offered us the opportunity to host a couple of gatherings for 10-12 people. The unit is pretty well stocked with almost anything you"ll need. We loved the king size bed and and the matching furnishings. Having a safe for our valuables was an added & well appreciated bonus.The grounds are well kept, with an excellent swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area. The beach is only a block away. The owners are very responsive to any problem that we had. There were only 2 negatives that we found but which we managed to work around. The w/d are not in the unit. Luckily, they are located right outside the door and there was a change machine at the pool, which helped immensely. The laundry so close, made it less of an inconvenience than we thought it would be & we were there for 6 wks, so we did do laundry. The most negative thing is that this complex bills itself as a nonsmoking complex but has no bylaws to enforce No Smoking on residents who choose to smoke on their lanais. All guests seem to follow the rules and restricted their smoking to the designated Smoking Areas. Unfortunately, the owner/neighbor next to us, even after implored by both the owners and ourselves to please not smoke because it drifted directly into our unit, persisted in doing so and was not reasonable when approached. Luckily, this will not deter us from returning to this unit. We had a mostly wonderful stay and sincerely look forward to more stays in the near future and for years to come.

“Great accomodations for Maui vacation” This condo was perfect for our recent Maui vacation. The unit was very clean and well equipped and the team from Maui Westside Properties were great to deal with. No issues at all with booking or the check in/out process. Honua Kai is a great complex - well maintained, lots of amenities, several pools, easy beach/ocean access, lots of parking, close to Lahaina and it's restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

“This condo is a wonderful place to enjoy Maui.” We had a wonderful visit to Maui here in this condo Hokulani 509. The views from the condo are breath taking. Before we arrived, I hoped that the pictures on the web site would be accurate. I was not disappointed. The condo is well stocked with what you need to make your stay pleasant. We were there for two weeks and did not feel that we were in need for anything. The grounds are beautiful with three pools and hot tubs. There is a restaurant on the grounds that is very convenient. We cooked in and ate out over the two weeks. Nice grills are available for guests use. There is a grocery store close by. There is so much to do between Lahaina and Kapalua. We would rent again.

“Perfect Stay in Paradise!” Tracy's condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary stay! We would not stay anywhere else on Maui except in one of Tracy's amazing rentals! The condo has a great location (across from the beach) and close to restaurants and shops. It is brightly decorated with happy cheerful colors and special touches! It was like a ray of sunshine! Both my husband and I loved the fact that the condo was well supplied --- everything from shampoo to an ice cooler and more. Tracy has thought of everything you need for a terrific stay --- even electric candles! The bed was so comfortable and relaxing! Tracy's binder on the coffee table was full of tips for a great vacation as well as menus from area restaurants. We loved seeing the large sea turtles swimming in the lagoon section at the beach across the street. The property is extremely clean and well maintained and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at the condo as well. We were sorry to leave and return home. We can't wait to return to stay again at one of Tracy's Tropical Treasures condos! We enjoyed it so much that I have recommended it to a recently engaged friend for her honeymoon. Thank you Tracy for providing such wonderful accommodations and making our 30th wedding anniversary so memorable! We will definitely be back!

“Exceptional home away from home!” Just as described, the kihei oasis is an excellent vacation rental. The layout of the home, furnitionings and it's convenient surroundings, I would definitely recommend staying here. The jacuzzi was a hit, but the real bonus was the little amenities that you don't really think of until you need it. I opened the kitchen cabinets and found foil, oil, shoyu sauce and lots of helpful seasonings. The bathroom cabinets also had additional body wash, shampoo, lotion and for kids too. Although we brought our own amenities, I'm glad you have them available especially for large families. Also a garage wall dedicated to fun in the sun activities, boardgames and so much more. Mahalo to the Morts ohana for providing such a lovely home away from home, We definitely enjoyed ourselves!

“A wonderful, relaxing place to stay in Maui” Just what we wanted! “Wonderful time!” My husband and I had the opportunity to spend 10 days at Tracy's place and loved everyday! She has stocked everything needed to make it a worry free vacation. It was wonderful to watch the sunset each night from our place. Also, there are a bunch of delicious places to eat at nearby. It was nice to be able to bring home leftovers, to enjoy the next day. “El Dorado Condo D206” This condo enjoys a great position within the El Dorado complex with wonderful views of the ocean. the near by Islands and of course the Sunsets. Very convenient to parking, the reception area and one of the three pools on the property. It is a short walk to the beach and the private cabana or you could take the resort shuttle cart at your convenience. Whalers village, with shopping and restaurants, is very close and an easy walk as are the other Kaanapali resort areas and Dukes's on the Beach. Lahina is a five minute drive with more shopping, including a Safeway, and many more restaurants. The condo is well equipped, clean and very comfortable and we really appreciated the additional paper goods and cleaning supplies that were provided. The full length lanai is a great place to relax at the end of a "Busy" day on the beach and watch those sunsets. We had a great vacation and our thanks to Walt and his staff and the friendly resort staff for making it a great time in paradise, and we will be back.

“Paradise on the Beach” We have enjoyed our stays in Maui for 12 years and found this condo to be a perfect fit for our family of four. We have just renewed our reservation with the owners for our fourth consecutive year. We love all the extra space and that it's a corner unit with lots of windows to view all the beautiful surroundings. Having the large heated pool beside the apartment is very convenient. It is located just a 5 minute walk through the garden to the beach cabana. The condo is stocked with all the amenities of a home. We love the convenience of having a shuttle to take us to and from the private beach cabana when the kids are tired from all the play on the beach. The restaurants and shopping at Whaler's Village are within short walking distance. Kaanapali has a shuttle service which provides transportation throughout the village. Grocery shopping and Golf courses are within a very short drive from the resort. we will continue to return to this comfortable resort - and apartment! Doris

“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Family Vacation” Fantastic! Wow! Super! Our family of 19 used this condo as our gathering place for meals, games, conversation and relaxing. The 6 of us who actually stayed there felt like we were in the "lap of luxury" - every detail was carefully planned in the condo right down to beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen area an was a superb place to prepare meals with assistance from the Viking grill on the lanai. The lanai provided breathtaking views of the ever-changing ocean and rainbows. The matriarch of our family had no trouble navigating the condo in her walker and wheelchair.

“Wonderful week in paradise!” The staff at ali'i Resorts is fantastic and helped us to plan fun adventures for our family throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was attentitive and worked hard each day to help make our stay great. The property and condo were both very well maintained and beautiful- with spectacular views throughout. One of our favorite features was the patio and the amazing view that we enjoyed while dining outdoors. The beach access was convenient, just a short walk down a paved path to the beach that offered kid friendly boogie boarding waves and rock outcropings for snorkeling. We have stayed in a few of the luxury hotels in Wailea and prefer the relaxed environment of Makena Surf.

“Room was great!” This room and condo development is great. The construction next door was not overly intrusive with the windows closed - they always closed down for the day before dinner so we can enjoy the balcony. My only negative is that they should have a few more blankets in the room available to the guests.
