“Relaxing and Beautiful Getaway” My husband and I stayed at 33a in Ekahi for a week long vacation. The condo and surroundings exceeded all of our expectations. It is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The grounds, pool area and beach are wonderful. The lanai is a serene retreat. We ate all of our breakfasts and lunches out there and then dined on fantastic food for dinner from the many choices of restaurants. The keyless entry and parking were very convenient. We will return next summer with our children.

“Great place” It had everything you needed and a great location. I will try to get her place again. We have been coming to Maui for over 10 years and this is my favorite place.

“Fantastic Experience” Stayed with my partner, her 7yr old son, and 79yr old mother. Apartments on the North side were spacious, and even though it was a single room, had enough space for the four of us. Fantastic location with whales visible from the room/beach. Jim was commendable in being flexible with our plans, which due to flight availability, changed part way through discussions. He was very helpful in recommending locations and activities. Look forward to our next stay here.

“Excellent clean great location” We would definitly stay here again. This unit is appealing to the eye. King size bed invites good nights. Walk out to lanai for morning coffee. All the beach needs are here.

“Wiohuli Beach” Love it here and will come back. People are friendly and nice. Clean and relaxing.

“Can't beat the location” You could not ask for a better location in Kihei than where this condo is - you have a short 5 minute walk to Kamaole II. Kamaole II is great for snorkeling with rocks on both ends of the beach. There are several restaurants in walking distance in case cooking is not your thing. The outside lock box made our late night arrival hassle free - there was no need to wait for anyone to come and unlock the doors for you. It was also nice to have an assigned parking spot and the registration the next morning was a breeze. The condo has all you need for a great vacation - the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve. Both the condo and the appliances were clean and in great condition. It was raining the day we arrived and the condo was feeling hot and damp and it took a couple of days to dry out, perhaps it had not been used for a while. The main living area has an air conditioning unit - unfortunately the cooling does not reach the bedroom. We also were "lucky" enough to have a few hot and humid evenings and nights with no wind which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. However when the winds are present the nature's air conditioning flows great between the rooms. During cooler months this should be adequate for keeping the bedroom cool. In all our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

“Luxurious, well maintained, quiet "Paradise Beach Condo".” Firstly, the location was within walking distance to three great beaches, local shopping and great restaurants. This newly renovated condo was a "Home away from Home" with a "Wow" factor. The grounds were well maniquered with a lovely pool, hot tub and BBQ. Every detail in beach accessory from boogie boards, to snorkling gear to beach chairs etc. was at your disposal for a great day at the beach. We will come back again!!!

“Paradise Found” Thank you for providing a beautiful condo for us to stay in. The unit was in the perfect location at the resort. We loved seeing the lights from the garden pool outside of our bedroom at night. The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and the unit was very clean! We loved the spa shower! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to spend our vacation. We only wish that we had booked a longer trip. We will definitely be back. We really appreciated your recomendations on where to eat and what to see while visiting Maui. Star noodle is our new favorite restaurant! The location of the resort itself was perfect. We loved being able to walk to new restaurants every night, except for the nights we cooked in! We really enjoyed the Bbq's and the fully stocked kitchen. We were also able to find free parking every night on the street out front. Thank you again for lettings us stay in your beautiful condo, we will be back!

“Well equipped and maintained, comfortable and easy access to beach, food and shopping.” This was my second stay at this lovely 1 BR condo in Kihei and I enjoyed it even more. The location is great, just across S Kihei Rd from the beach at the north end of Kamaole Beach #1. You can walk on the beach all the way to Ulua Beach if you want. The place is amazingly well equipped. All you need to cook and toys for the beach. This time, I even discovered two yoga mats in covers and two yoga blocks to go with them. Perfect for home yoga or taking them to the beach yoga classes that sometime happen. It is also possible to walk to good food and even the grocery store. The building has a great pool for afternoon cooling and laundry facilities are available on site. There is a bit of a view of the ocean from the lanai, but the general vista of palm trees and tropical vegetation in the neighboring buildings was quite nice. Never used the AC, screens and fans kept things comfortable. Finally the electronics were great, big screen and lots of music and video service choices.

“Absolutely the best condo to stay in Maui” This is the second time that we have stayed here and we always book this place. Very clean, nice decor, and everything you will need on vacation. There is a beautiful beach steps away from the condo, along with restaurants, and shopping, all very close.

“Very good place” Convenient position. Clean room. There is everything you need on the beach. Some clean supplies, might be remains from previous renter.

“Exactly as promised” Very nice accommodation very central. Less than mile from downtown business. Some much closer. Shaved ice and other restaurants are closer.

“In the Top 3!” We have been coming to Maui for over 30 years. In that time, we have stayed in many different condos and Ohanas(private cottages). This unit was definitely in our top 3. The location was perfect! We could easily walk out our door to grocery stores & post office or restaurants. The unit was a little more spacious than most. They have upgraded the kitchen & bathroom, doing an excellent job on the nice big shower. Being located on the ground floor, with a spacious lanai, & near the BBQs, offered us the opportunity to host a couple of gatherings for 10-12 people. The unit is pretty well stocked with almost anything you"ll need. We loved the king size bed and and the matching furnishings. Having a safe for our valuables was an added & well appreciated bonus.The grounds are well kept, with an excellent swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area. The beach is only a block away. The owners are very responsive to any problem that we had. There were only 2 negatives that we found but which we managed to work around. The w/d are not in the unit. Luckily, they are located right outside the door and there was a change machine at the pool, which helped immensely. The laundry so close, made it less of an inconvenience than we thought it would be & we were there for 6 wks, so we did do laundry. The most negative thing is that this complex bills itself as a nonsmoking complex but has no bylaws to enforce No Smoking on residents who choose to smoke on their lanais. All guests seem to follow the rules and restricted their smoking to the designated Smoking Areas. Unfortunately, the owner/neighbor next to us, even after implored by both the owners and ourselves to please not smoke because it drifted directly into our unit, persisted in doing so and was not reasonable when approached. Luckily, this will not deter us from returning to this unit. We had a mostly wonderful stay and sincerely look forward to more stays in the near future and for years to come.
