“Great Place for a great holiday.” The place is very homely. Very clean and cozy. Very close to the beach and very close to the street. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The booking was very smooth, thanks to Dominic. We were 10 of us, and all of us just loved the room, the space was perfectly thought out with all facilities and amenities required, rather more than required. Even with a family, the kids would love the lawn and the place. We will definitely visit this place more than once. And i would like to recommend this place to anyone.

“understated luxury, impeccable gracious service.” I had the pleasure of staying at Sayang Estate in September and it truly was exceptional. The grounds are immaculate spacious and private. The interior simple, airy and elegant. Many villas in Bali can be a bit "dated" or overdone in decor. Villa Sayang strikes the right cord of authentic Bali feel meets chic modern boutique. All of our needs were attended to most graciously from delivering wine and motorbikes to Babi guling but we were always given just the right amount of privacy. Fantastic location. Easy to get to town, restaurants and grocery store. My very favorite part of the day... breakfast in the open living room bale. Fresh fruits, local honey, yogurt, omelets and the best coffee! Thanks for a great stay!

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Sublime tropical villa” We give this Villa 5 or 6 stars of the possible rating (of maximum 5) because of: * the beauty of the villa * the amazing tropical garden * the gorgeous pool. However, internet connectivity caused anxiety on the first day; and when 'sorted' on the 2nd day, was still not reliable. We totally recommend this exquisite and private retreat. We will be back ... when the internet problem is sorted. We very appreciated Kay's plants in the tropical garden - and the absolute beauty that surrounded us in her villa..

“Amazing, authentic, gorgeous, romantic, and such sweet people!” My husband and I booked a last minute reservation with Jaya at one of his Bali Udud Villas. It was even better than we expected. Don't hesitate, stay here! We got to stay at two different villas and took a peek at a third, and all were amazing. Each villa is a true balinese escape. The design, architecture, gardens, views and pool were so breathtakingly beautiful. Jaya and his family were extremely sweet and took really good care of us. Wayan made us delicious breakfasts and served them right in our garden next to the pool. Jaya and his nephew gave us rides to wherever we wanted to go (much easier than driving and parking). But we just wanted to stay at the villa--really, it's amazing! Highly recommend! The villas are very well maintained, wifi is reliable, and location is ideal (just out of the madness of downtown Ubud). And very quiet (didn't notice any rooster noise).

“Best place to stay in Bali ! Simply amazing villa and much bette” We have spent 2 incredible months in Pandan Tree Villas starting November 1st. It became a home for us! We have also traveled around Bali and I will have to say that this is for sure one of the best Villas to stay in Bali.Go ahead booking it without a doubt! You get a great quality for a very reasonable price. Location is pretty good as located in Canggu, very calm & quite place surrounded by nature and not far from the center(5 min. to the Echo & Tugu beach where you can have surfing,amazing sunsets,breakfast & lunch and 20 min. ride to Seminyak for a good shopping,nightlife & fine dinning).I also recommend to rent a bike for moving around. Staff of Pandan Tree Villas is super helpful and doing a really good job.Always clean and tidy! Thanks a lot to Daniel, D.Pana, Nyoman,Ayu & Eka for care & truly friendly approach.You can ask for anything and they are always there to help you! Villa itself is very comfortable and is even better than shown in the photos.We often used open kitchen for preparing tasty dinner and the pool of course was our favorite place :) We are going to come back to Pandan Tree Villas for sure!Already missing it:) Cheers Davit

“Modern, Comfortable and Secure” We enjoyed our stay in Villa asri. It is modern, well appointed, comfortable and secured by a surrounding wall - not that we felt threatened in any way, quite the contrary. Penestanan is a wonderful village close to Ubud. It has a number of good cafe/restaurants, some with entertainment, and is surrounded by pretty interlaced pathways which take you through lush picturesque countryside. Our villa was serviced by 'houseboy' Kadek, who cleans, changes sheets and provides breakfast and has a delightful, unassuming personality. We used a motor bike to get to Ubud in approx 5-10 minutes, subject to traffic, and there is a taxi service close by. It is about a 20 minute walk. Our only problem was the internet connection but the villa manager, Steve, provided us with two modems from different providers which fixed it most of the time. Recommended for its fabulous location, comfort and amenities.

“My little dream home in Penestanan” When I think of the thousands of homes and villas available for rent in Bali, I still don't know how We got lucky enough to find this particular one. Hyacinth House was everything We had wanted it to be and more. It is a place that you love more and more every day until it gets to the point that you have no idea how you're ever going to leave. We fell in love with the house and then we fell in love with the staff. Our beautiful Ketut we miss you so very much. Your wonderful breakfasts, the way you kept the house so beautiful and clean, the way you watched over us and cared for us...these are the things we will never forget. Pia..you are a darling girl, so bright, so clever..thank you for everything you did for us and Made your quiet grace is utterly charming. Thank you all so much. Every day we would wander off exploring and I can't tell you how wonderful it was to return to lovely clean house. The bedroom upstairs OMG!!! It's just beautiful!! The outdoor shower down stairs won us over from day one and we never once used the other bath and shower. One night it rained and I still chose the outdoor shower...it's just so invigorating. We went in August / the weather was divine...in a 12 night stay we only put the overhead fan on two or three times. Penestanan gets the most beautiful breezes. If you want a place to chill out, just relax and enjoy, pull up a chair, take a nap on the day bed or a swim in the pool then Hyacinth House is for you. If you want adventure put your shoes on and go for a walk...everything's there! Want to eat out?...there are many places close by, we went to the local cafes all the time. The Elephant Cafe, Lala & Lili, The yellow Flower Cafe...So many to choose from. Ibu Putu's Warung( our favourite,) is two minutes from your door. Want to sit around and have a chat..the outdoor living area will suit you just fine...we loved sitting there with our early morning coffees. We adored this little house and will be returning in 2015. Until then stay safe Ketut, Pia and Made., may the Bali Gods smile on you every day until we meet again.:)

“Quiet, Peace and Tranquility in Ubud” From booking the villa to eventually having to leave, Rick and Ketut were great. We were welcomed into the place with smiles all around. We did not need to lift a single bag of luggage. The villa is even better than in the pics, and was awesome to just chill by the pool. The sound of the waterfall feature in the pool just instantly relaxes you, there is no sounds of traffic. The villa is located on a walking path a short stroll away from the main road, and there are numerous eateries nearby and taxis are plentiful next to Babu warung. Make sure you dont rush off every morning to the tourist hotspots around Ubud. Stay around to see the morning offerings in the villa and prayers up close and personal. I'd book again if I return to Ubud.
