“Best family holiday we have had in ages” This is a really lovely place. The pool area and cabana are private and very user friendly. Beach in the morning and sheltered pool area in the afternoon, ideal with 3 teenagers. Bedrooms are spacious and everything works. We didn't bother with a/c just opened the house up and used the ceiling fans. Plenty of living space and room for people to do their own thing if they wanted to. Close to most things but far enough away from noise and crowds. It helps that Maui is absolutely brilliant. Andrew leaves you alone but is readily available to help with any minor issues. The kids said it was the best family holiday they have been on in ages. We agree.

“Breathtakingly beautiful” From the morning sunrises with coffee on the lanai to the afternoon/evenings watching the turtles this place is simply amazing. It is very quiet away from the hustle and bustle of being near all the hotels yet very centrally located and easy to get anywhere on the island. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back. This will be our Maui home unless we do something crazy and invest in our own piece of paradise

“Wonderful Time” We loved the condo, the only problem we had with the unit is it was too hot. The sun came in from 8 am till sunset. We love sitting on the Lanai but there is no sun screen to block full sun. The entire A building has this problem. We will only stay on B side from now on. Other than that it was wonderful.

“Great Getaway!!” I loved unit 1105 at The Palms. It was totally updated and very clean. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have. Loved the quiet nature of the Palms and the proximity to all of the beautiful beaches!!

“Ekolu Unit 805” Wailea Ekolu Unit 805 is a comfortable, clean, spacious, beautifully updated two bedroom/two bath condo. This first floor unit with a nice lanai has a partial view of the ocean and is located in a quiet area of the complex. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

“Great place to stay for the price” We loved the location and views from our units. The pool was warm and quite nice despite having many restrictions. The units were clean and nice looking however many of the amenities promised (ie. beach equipment) were not in good enough shape to even be useful. If you are advertising these amenities, they should be in decent shape (both beach umbrellas were broken and the cooler bag was so beat up it leaked water all over the place). The property managers skimped on some of the simple things like providing more than a couple of garbage bags and rolls of toilet paper or making sure the light bulbs were new (3 went out during our 10day stay). The garbage disposal in one unit was broken altogether and the screen door in the other had no handle from the outside (a big problem if you go outside and close the door behind you). The rental agency was difficult to reach but did eventually come and replace the light bulbs. All in all we had a good stay but these little things would make a big difference.

“Best experience ever in USA. Loved every minute of our stay.” #51 @ #48 condos were by far even better than the reviews and pictures described. My family from Canada and myself were truly impressed by the attention to detail and how well the units were presented. From the moment we walked in til the moment we left, we felt right at home with absolutely everything we could have needed or wanted to make our vacation complete.

“Great trip to Maui” My family and I enjoyed our time at Ekahi. Loved the view from the balconies, and chairs and other beach equipment was there for our use. The property management was very accomodating and when we had one thing missing from the condo, it was there the next day. I think this is a great condo for a family of 2 adults 2 the layout offers privacy in the master suite and a pool, is just outside the condo. Just be advised, it is a bit of a walk to the beach, however, you can drive down and park. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Quiet and pleasant. Lovely pool and rec area at the beach. I would stay here again, just a little closer to the beach.

“Some Concerns” There were some issues with condition of furniture; however, greatest issue was with the swimming pool - while the pool fence itself has keyed gates, and thus is not the fault of the rental company, guests were lax about making sure the gate was latched and locked. Be careful if you have small children.

“A breath of fresh air” I have stayed at many different rentals never knowing if the pictures show what the condo really looks like. This rental was exactly what was shown and more! We were impressed with the updated features and location. The balcony was our favorite and the condo was very clean and accommodating for all our needs. “You Should Be Here!!!” Within the pat 2 years, we have experienced an amazing time in Lahaina. Julie is an amazing person to deal with. Her hospitality has always been sincere and genuine. The condo location is ideal good people. Everything is within walk-in distance. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing with an amazing view of the sunset, sunrise, fresh crosswinds,turtles, whales, and that amazing sound of the ocean that serenade you 24/7. “Peaceful and relaxing” We had a relaxing stay at this condo. The pool and common areas were well kept and our neighbors were polite and friendly. We did not use the beach access here but did drive to nearby beaches. The condo had some upgrades such as the large kitchen island. In fact, the openness of the kitchen to the living room was very nice. We also enjoyed the lanai for eating meals and for whale watching. Watching the sunset from the property was a favorite way to end the day. The amenities were improving with the addition of new washers and driers in the community laundry room. Some may find this condo to be more rustic than luxurious but it met our expectations within the price point as cozy and a nice place to stay after adventure filled days. A big plus is that this condo community seems to attract a very considerate group of people. It was peaceful and relaxing to stay here and our overall impression was favorable.

“BEST VACATION EVER !!!!!!!” It was a great rental had everything we needed and more. The location was the best. Pool spa BBQ area for lots of family fun. We are back at home and planing already to come back in February 2014 the kids had so much fun and that is what vacation is all about fun fun and more fun !!!

LUXURY BEACH HOME POOL EXCELLENT LOCATION

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can.
