“Perfect!!!” Our stay at Wailea Elua was absolutely great. Our accommodations were spacious and beautiful with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The grounds were remarkable with close access to beach and private sitting areas. The condo had everything you needed. The staff on hand were very accommodating. And close to shopping and restaurants.

“Wonderful vacation at Elua Village” We stayed in Unit 702 in Elua Village in Wailea. The location was wonderful, you could see the sunset from the balcony and even sitting on the sofa in the living room. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We had two lanai's and were able to grill out and sit comfortably on the lanai. The location was so close to the pool and very close to the walkway along the ocean. Everything about the condo and the location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the seating at the dining room was great. I hope we are able to go again and we will definetely stay in Unit 702. The Vitello's

“A Beautiful Unit” This unit has everything that a family of 4 needs to have a great vacation. Our boys loved the short walk to the ocean but were a little disappointed that there were no rackets for the paddle tennis court. The housekeepers were very helpful and security was very professional. We would be happy to rent this unit again.

“Fantastic Stay at Makena Surf” We would definitely return to this property, if not exact condo, at Maken Surf. Great location and ideal building on the big beach.Make sure you see the development plan so you pick the right building - it's worth being beachfront. And when the west coast was in the clouds, we were always sunny. Lovely beach, quiet with just the right amount of action close by. Easy drive to area shops and restaurants. Condo was ideal and services were terrific. If you are looking for beach and pool bar, resort services - this is not your place. There is a beach and pool but no blended drinks being served. But you'll spend three times the money for a hotel room versus having the luxury of spreading out at "home" with your family for meals, movie night and morning breakfast on the lanai. A much nicer way to go and then eat dinner in all the great restaurants. Who wants to shower and dress for breakfast anyway? I'd rather eat on the lanai and relax. The condo has everything you would want for a lovely stay from good bedding, spacious bathrooms, beach chairs, daily maid service, to streaming Netflix and fully stocked kitchen. Rent a car and you are all set.You won't want to leave and you feel more like you live there rather than just being another tourist. Oh and having a washer dryer in the unit was super convenient. Overall... a lovely spot.

Stunning Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Condo MAKENA SURF RESORT, #G-104
Makena apartment
- 2 bedrooms

“One of my most memorable vacations.” Very clean, housekeeping would stop in to tidy up, (vacuum and check towel inventory). Location is private and secluded feeling with the ends of the property being fenced. This resort offers peace and quiet. Pools never had more than around six people when we went to use them. Location gives you some of the best snorkeling on Maui.

“Maui memories” We were excited to be coming back back to Makena Surf after staying there two years ago and being so impressed with the unit and the beautiful surroundings back then. We were somewhat fearful that we could even come close to matching that same experience this time around, but this unit exceeded our expectations. We will be back in the near future.

“Thanks So Much!” We had a great time. Also going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean right outside window WOW! The condo has a lot to offer, with a bathroom for each room and vanity area was a neat plus. The only concern was how the line of sight that others could see when they were on their balconies, if your curtain was open, it would be wise to be properly dressed because several times when you look up, you would see somebody looking at you. Our host Pat, Awesome!

Prime Location with Amazing Views!! - Kamaole Nalu #405
Kihei apartment
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms

“Our Favorite Resort in the Islands” We've been coming to Kameole Nalu for over 30 years. We have recommended it to many friends who also have enjoyed it. Unit 405 is OK but needs some painting. Our friends stayed in #506 which has been totally updated. Would definitely recommend either unit. The view and the snorkeling right outside your door are as good as it gets on Maui. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Don't miss "Da Kitchen" for a meal or two.

“Amazing and Beautiful” Loved staying at this condo. Great accommodations, great services and support staff. The only odd thing was the power kept going out in the master bedroom/bathroom. Other than that, it was a 10!

Gorgeous Remodeled Beach Front Condo! - Kihei Beach #506
Kihei apartment

“June in maui” We went to kihei for my husbands birthday. We stayed in kihei beach 506. Everything was wonderful and the condo was very clean. We loved the location. We were very happy being directly on the beach and loved sitting on the deck. The best part was we slept so good on that wonderful bed. I definitely would stay there again if we go back to Maui. Thank you Guy and Carrie

“The view was fabulous, and we had a great time!” This was our third year at Kamaole Nalu but our first in #606. It is a very nice unit. We enjoyed the updated kitchen as we cooked in quite a bit. We recommended Kamaole Nalu to our daughter. Consequently, she and her family and our niece and her husband are staying in #606 at the end of June. It was a pleasant surprise to receive the very nice gift bag this year. We really enjoyed the treats. One of the best things about staying at Kamaole Nalu is Pat, the manager. She is so helpful and friendly! We always enjoy visiting with her when we return. Paul and Judy Kuter

Beach Front With Sweeping Ocean Views - Sugar Beach #414
Kihei apartment
- 1 bedroom

“Sugar Beach Best” This is an awesome condo. I just wish there was more availability! Other owners at Sugar Beach should take notice of the remodel. If you haven't updated, you really should! The bathrooms at Sugar Beach are so small and if they aren't renovated, the experience is not great. Love the lightness of the paned doors for the bedroom. Many of the Sugar Beach bedrooms feel like caves. This one is light and bright. Plus, a TV in the bedroom. Bonus!!

“Wonderful stay in the perfect home. Great golf and beach locatio” My friends and I stayed in this high-end well-appointed home while we were on Maui. Our main purpose was to fit in as many games of golf as possible as our wives shopped and relaxed by the pools and enjoyed the beaches. This plan worked out perfectly since we were located right on golf course and a short walk from the beach. Everyone was more than happy with our accommodations and being able to rent a spacious home in the center of a luxury resort was ideal. This home was an exceptional value when you consider that most of the hotel rooms in the Wailea/Kihei area go for the same price for just one room. Everyone in our group felt as though this was our own home in Maui and we expect we will return again as soon as we can. We highly recommend this place and would like to thank the owners for extending us their every kindness. Sincerely, Don M

“Sugar Beach 121” Such a great place to stay. Very centralized in relation to all areas of maui. The beach is fantastic, with nice white sand and awesome body/ boogie boarding waves. Another plus is parking is included with your suite rental. Not like most places up in Lahaina. Also the tour booking company attached to the main office has wonderful service. We booked all our trips there.

“Sugar Beach sweetness” Sugar Beach has a convenient location to the airport and Lahaina. It's away from the more crowded part of Kihei and right on a very nice beach. Condo was well stocked, clean, and the grounds are very well kept including the pool/spa area. They have water equipment to rent and a nice BBQ area. I have already recommended it to family and friends. Finally, the resort representatives were extremely friendly and checked in periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was going ok. Lots of Aloha!

Gorgeous Fully Remodeled Beach Front - Sugar Beach #329
Kihei apartment

“Truely a wonderful time, morning, noon and night.” We were here two weeks, we loved our home on the beach. We would definitely stay in 329 again, we went walking on the beach everyday, twice a day. It was clean, and the maids came in once a week to change your linens for you. The best is waking up in the morning, having a cup of coffee and watching the whales you can see from your lanai. Great for a couple who wants a quiet get away together. Only complaint I have is it needs a new couch. Other than that you'll love it.

“A vacation in paradise!” Our recent stay at Sugar Beach was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent in all regards and everyone is so friendly, including the amazing staff and the other guests. The condo where we stayed was superb, with lots of room, all the amenities, and a decor that makes you feel at home from the moment you come through the front door. Your location on the beach is awesome, and despite a little rain and wind we were able to find so many neat things to do during our stay in Maui. What we liked best about our stay was the friendly atmosphere and warmth wherever we went, then being able to come back to this magnificent resort at the end of the day to relax. Thank you for being such perfect hosts, and we certainly look forward to returning in the future. Sincerely, Mike and Joyce Rainone Dale and Linda Widdifield

“Would stay here again without hesitation” Great beach/water location. Loved being able to sit on the Lanai and see whales, dolphins and hear the waves and yet high enough that had complete privacy from anyone on the beach. Great location on Maui (central) which was great for getting to/from other activities. The condo provided our family of 5 with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Everything was as expected. The unit is on the 5th floor at the end of the complex away from the elevator so you either use the 5 flights off stairs or a walk from the elevator (but this also gives the privacy). The only two items I would recommend that could be improved were that that the oven took 45 minutes to pre-heat to 400 degrees (minor given that we only used it twice) and it would be nice to have a few water toys included for the kids to use, given that it was such a great beach location. We spent quite a bit of time in the water right in front of the place and it would have been nice for the kids to have a few water toys such as a boogie board, paddle board, or mask and snorkel. This was our first trip to Maui and we are completely happy with this unit and would stay here again.

Spacious 2 BDRM Ocean View Condo - Sugar Beach PH#12
Kihei apartment

“Great value. Nice place.” Overall a great value, and I would consider staying there again. Ideally, I would get a unit that faced the ocean directly, rather than the complex interior. The complex is older, but you'll only notice this from the layout. The unit itself was updated and very clean and well stocked. The pictures are accurate with a nice pool+grass+beach+ocean view. Plenty of parking. Nice people. Kihei worked well for us as it was centrally located, but be aware that it has a reputation for being windy, and was for us. Positive experience, we enjoyed it, but consider these few items that may influence your selection: You can hear mild road noise There's a constant AC or Koi pond pump hummmmm. Don't know if you can escape this anywhere, but it distracted me from the ocean sounds One of the bedrooms shares a wall with the elevator, and you can hear and feel it when it's active Check the location on a map...there's not much around the complex. We liked that, but you may want easier walking access to places and activities.
